Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:45 AM D 62 -Ooof! Not really sure what happened but a couple of my plants got rocked pretty hard. I must’ve overwatered them. I bought a soil meter so I can check what’s going on. I’ll put some pictures up. Hopefully it’s still going to be some fire. The strawberry crinkle is kicking ass one of the blood oranges is looking good and smelling great but the other blood orange and the forum Stomper got hit pretty hard. The blood oranges leaves have started to yellow and the smell It had disappeared. The forum Stomper still smells good but its leaves got hit the hardest. -this is my first indoor soil grow. Before this I grew everything hydroponically and if I dealt with soil, it was all outdoors. I’ve also grown using cocoa so I had that as a reference. That was a mistake. Growing in cocoa is really hard to drown your plants. Drenching a plant that’s growing in soil is not a good idea. -It might sound dumb to some of you growers out there, but having a digital meter for your soil is awesome. I stick that thing in there and I stop watering when it tells me that it’s good, highly recommended.

RH is a struggle, it is a hot and wet summer, the dehumidifier is on from time to time but it adds even more heat. The ORP probe is not calibrated and values are to be taken with a grain of salt. week 5 when the thrips first showed themselves. I noticed them cuz some silver stains started appearing on some leaves. you can see them better under LED light. So, I sprayed Neem Oil all over the plant. I could notice that if you don't do it well, spraying and rubbing the leaves with a piece of cloth, the oil will also create some stains. 2nd topping. killed some thrips this week, they're cute and didn't seem to harm the plant seriously. Neem oil worked fine to control them. No other pests that I could notice + Defoliation + LST Flowermind (4ml + 0.5g)

Since day 12 they are growing much better, very satisfied. Day 21- first time LST

Just been adding water when dry. Adding some pure worm castings top dresses. Will be adding Gaia green all purpose in a week or 2 when needed.

Seeds were inside a glass of water for 2 days and then in a paper towel until they were long enough to be planted in soil. The soil is a light soil, I think is Top Crop. I added a little of mycorrhyzal fungi to the light soil with another little of trichoderma powder and diatomaceus earth. I also added some well cocco coir and that was it. With this gentle mix the medium of this babies will be just fine. In the first irrigation I'll add a bit of molasses like top candy to feed our micro friends and a root stimulator like top deeper.

WITH A DAY OFF I GIVE HER CALCIUM ( 235 PPM. ) WITH SHORT FLOWERING. TOTAL: 905 PPM.

Watered in 2ml of ChitoSal this week, also introduced TNB Naturals Co2 "The Enhancer" into the tent to help raise the Co2 levels in the 2X4 tent. Adjusting LST ties as the plant grows, and removing drying/dying fan leaves from first and second node.

The ladies are getting close, all trichomes are white and milky with very little amber, so I decided to start the flush today, and I will harvest the Apple Fritter and Durban Thai X C99 next Saturday. This week I followed the same feeding schedule as the previous week for the first half, and today I started the flush. Harvest is expected in the next 3–4 days. The plant is clearly reaching the end of its life cycle, and with the flush I want to support it through this final phase, as it has already reached its maximum potential in terms of yield. The aroma is strong, fruity, and floral, with a scent that strongly resembles melon. The buds are rock-hard and extremely resinous. Very impressive genetics from Zamnesia. Visually, it's a rich green with purple and pink hues. I’m really looking forward to trying it.

So end up losing the first set (guess that's how you know it alive n real) never the less week was great...will do some transplanting nxt week also wanna get some more gelato cuts to get the numbers up but will see how that

Plants are now growing slowly and start focusing on flowering. Compare last week more pistils are visible and getting bigger and longer. In this week, LST is still on effect and no defoliating at the moment until I flush the plants around week 10. Still same feeding schedule, twice a week with interval of 3-4 days. Temperature and humidity are monitored daily, as well as tucking leaves that are blocking the pistils underneath.

I am excited... I have never reay grown CBD strain, she should be 1:1 Ratio of THC and CBD 6.5% : 6.5%.... despite heavy rain again this week plants keep showing its tenacity to grow. Also noticed some leaf claws from nitrogen toxicity, some flushing should fix it
