16 Diciembre: El runoff ha alcanzado los 10EC, las plantas siguen creando puntos de floración con espacio internodal corto, gracias al stress generativo, están de 80~85cm de alto aprox. Hay una sola planta que tiene más de 90cm. En unos 2 días más se alcanzarán los 21 días de floración, ese día se hará una defoliacion grande y Lollipop, después de esa defoliacion se volverá a riego vegetativo para estimular el engorde de los cogollos. 18 Diciembre: hoy la EC del runoff alcanzó los 12EC, mañana se harán más disparos de riego para bajar la EC del sustrato. Hoy también se realizó una defoliacion agresiva + Lollipop, para que haya mejor penetración de luz en el Canopy y mejor flujo de aire. Queda solo una semana de riego Generativo, después de eso se vuelve al riego vegetativo para engordar los cogollos.

Pretty happy with the grow and the harvest, the drying went well also! Each grow highlights changes for the next and this has been no different! I'll be making more training adjustments in the next runs to try and refine the vertical scrog and get to the point where it's a wall 1 bud thick! I know it will get there in the end it's just like relearning how to do a horizontal scrog! I just need to predict the way the plant will respond when the light is from the sides! Bravery and brutality during pruning I think is the key! 😂✌️💚

May 18: starting the fourth week in much better shape than in previous years and about two weeks ahead of last year’s development. Was only about 2 C overnight and frost is predicted tonight so everyone will be inside the house. Foliar spray with Extreme Blend this morning. The mini-greenhouse on the Veg-Trug is quite effective. It was about 8 C earlier today but it was about 23 C inside. It heats up very fast in direct sun and you have to leave it partially open to prevent wild overheating. That’s warmer than inside my house so all the plants are in the greenhouse today. Forecast low of 2 C overnight with a frost advisory so she’s back in the house overnight. May 19: rainy and overcast with high of only 8 C today and tomorrow so the cannabis plants are staying inside for now. May 20: been inside under light all day and likely tomorrow too. Just under cheapo LED grow light from Canadian Tire that works great for this purpose. May 22: still cool but some sun so she’s back outside in the greenhouse this morning. We are in flower ! Trainwreck is doing great, the defoliation delivered the shape I wanted like always, simple training but can change the plant shape a lot. The flower stretch went super well, I think she will stretch a bit more but should be almost done. I cleaned the lower branches completely to avoid any problems down below, better airflow and less risk for Pm etc. Still not using any nutrients, all living soil from Sonnenerde.

After this upcoming week of veg I'm switching to flower. Although I like the idea of having so many plants I am considering following through with my survival of the fittest and only keeping the plants I can tell are hungry and growing. I have noticed that some aren't growing as fast anymore and I have a lot of strains to plant after this.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had plenty of rain this morning with partly to mostly cloudy skies. The high temperature was 86°F Day 2 we had a high temperature of 91°F. Skies were clear but it was super humid. I defolated some more today. I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94° with partly cloudy to clear skies. It was super hot and humid. I watered 3-4 gallons from the well. I'm defoliating a few leaves here and there and opening these girls up. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94 with average humidity of 94. Skies were cloudy and we had thunderstorms that produced high winds and heavy rainfall. Several of my 7 gallon pots that hadn't rooted into the ground were blown over. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 83°F. It was super humid today and we had a very heavy fog this morning. I watered about 4 gallons of well water. Day 6 we had cooler weather today with a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were partly cloudy and I watered about 3 gallons from the hose. Day 7 we had cooler weather again oday with a high temperature of 79°F. Skies were mostly sunny and I watered about 3 gallons from the hose. Overall this week was a success. Unfortunately all three plants have powdery mildew. They are being treated with a bio fungicide. I'm removing leaves a little at a time. I'm going to be more aggressive next week in trying to get this under control. This weather has not helped. We have had one of the wettest, most humid summer since I've been here. Powdery mildew is on several of the native plants along our tree line and yard. It's been an issue and typically fastbuds have had a lot of resistance. This weather has been brutal and I'll be doing what I can to keep this under control. I didn't feed any this week as the plants are showing signs of excess phosphorus and the feather meal breaks down to feed slowly.

Had to toss one of these but have a clone still. Going to post pics of #2 in its place. Aight so the other day I found another hermie in the very early stages. So I emptied the tent and sat in there in the pitch black for 15 minutes to let my eyes adjust looking for anywhere light could get in. Because I have 2 veg tents in the same room on 19 hr schedules it's impossible for me to have the room the tent is in be pitch black. There was no leaks in the fabric but the air vents at the bottom, even tho I only have 3 open a little bit, let in the slightest amount of light. I had to toss out a mandarin cookies R1V2, a bwiz x Rocberry and a gushers. I found a male flower on a Hawaiian snow x wc x g33 on a lower but instead of tossing it I removed all the lowers and am going to check daily to see if its aight or not. I ordered a ac infinity 4 inch fan, some light proof ducting and a intake carbon filter to be able to set up a intake and close the vents. Very little pollen may have dropped which could seed everything but I might have found it just in time we will see. I almost retired on the spot but I'll give the intake fan a shot as a last ditch effort. Otherwise I would have to remove the veg tents or have intake fans and no open vents for all tents. I seperated them now. The bigger one stays in the 90ltr Pot. The other got in a 13ltr pot. Later in 20ltr. Topping the small on in 1 or 2 weeks. Than LST and 12/12. Its a bit hot the next weeks. Have to look more after the plants.

Well it turns out those little white spots were a leading sign of spider mites. I loaned my loupe to my buddy and don't like trying to use my hand microscope directly on a plant so I did some minor surgery for inspection... and there's Nothing creepier than seeing little mites scurrying around on your babies. Pisses you off too. 😡 So we made a trip to the local hydro store and my friends there recommended Plant Therapy. https://www.lostcoastplanttherapy.com/ This stuff looks Way safer than some of the alternative products. In fact, it turns out Azamax from General Hydroponics (which this same local hydro store had sold me a year or so back) can no longer legally be sold so they removed the product. Exactly why Azamax is a problem he didn't say... but it is referenced heavily in a positive way in what is now my growers reference Bible which I've provided a picture of here somewhere. "Marijuana Horticulture Fundamentals" is so far beyond anything I had before it's humorous. I grew a couple 4 plant crops in my backyard about a decade ago and all I had was stuff written in the 1960s and 70s. I look back on those now and laugh - hippy sh*t. Now the serious children have taken over, and around here it's legal now. So screw you Mr. Sessions.

This week was a tough one because we were not prepared for the heat and lack of clouds/rain that we were going to get. After the rain from last week died down the plants had a chance to get some raw sunlight. This was great but the temperature of the greenhouse did soar and the 'windows' could only do so much. PLUS there was barely any wind. We had to leave the Ghouse door open during the day but at night when the temperature dropped we closed it. The girls were doing great and you could tell who really loved the nutrients and who didn't... I recommend leaving ghte nutrient until the plants have at least three sets of leaves each, not including the initial sunleaves that will eventually die.

The four Bubblicious Autos have maxed the tent at 1.14 meters high this week, buds are slowly developing, I have taken out the Biogrow and concentrated on the Bloom and Top Max + added some CalMag. Surprisingly the late starter, the smallest runt at the start of the grow in a narrower 10ltr pot is taller than the ones in the larger wider 16ltr pots . Keeping the feed lite on these sensitive autos, adding 4ml of each flowering nutrient into an 8ltr filled bucket, 2ltrs for each plant every 3 days seems to be adequate. I dont want to over feed or over water, this is the right balance so far.
