Sorry for the lack of updates. Flowerings going well, day 10 now. The kush main colas are pretty much in the light which is a bit problematic but I have the hps dimmed to about 180 watts so its doing ok with being so close. I'm going to try feeding them a bit more than i have been. I definitely let them get a bit too big before I flowered them!

This week has had some real THICKENING! The colas are chunking up like crazy so far I've had to add supports to the Jaeger and had to do some crazy work to get Mimosa from toppling a bit and bending all over herself had to help her stand up but she is composed. The mimosa is a good 12 to 13 inches taller than the Jaeger which sits at around 24''. I am hoping to hit the OZ mark with her I'm thinking it won't be a problem. I'm tapering off feeding and will be going super light on nutes and go full waterboy status with some high quality h20 in the coming week after. By March 6 I will be drying her on the pot for a few days the chopping those beautiful legs and hanging her up!!!

Okay, that's it, I couldn't watch her suffering like that anymore. Her trichomes could've gone a little longer, but her overall appearance clearly was over it. The lack of aroma and stickiness from the trichomes worries me, but I do know how much she struggled during flower and that the nutrient availability in the soil was off, so I'm not really surprised. I've downgraded my expectations for the end result quite a bit over the last couple of weeks to a more realistic level considering the circumstances. For drying I'm trying something new - I've got a wine chiller, a poor man's Cannatrol, that I want to keep the temps low during drying in summer and for curing and storing in general. Curious to see what effect this has on the dried buds.

The plant is coming along nicely, building the flowers. Day 50. Tallest Kush chopped by breeders recommendations, but in my conditions like a week at least away. Had max 20% milky, most clear, plant suffered some deficiency and was faiding slowly, still. Instead of Christmas flowers - 5 colas surprised my friends, colours and crystals are amazing. She was watered last 4 rounds with water and i will compare taste and effect , but i think it's a loosing tactics - such early crop. Not more than 40 expected from what left ;))) 5 out of 17 colas was taken away. I will add a third of weight, for real feel in totals. Day 67. After 24 hours of darkness all girls are chopped. Will make review and update in a week or so.

We start to see some beautiful flowers being created. She is taking a nice shape. It is a bit hot at the moment and I hope the plants can cope...

Sep 21: at end of week 30. Plant is nearly done but I think I need to start another diary to finish this off. The weather is nice for another couple of weeks so I should keep it going. Sep 25: continued in new diary.

Shes growing fast i think the extra leaf helped but sadly it looks like it may have grow out of the triploid structure. Maybe its too soon to tell but this week should have some nice sun and she will be much bigger by the end of the week and i will have a better idea. Only had to water once as it was so rainy and cloudy. It was a mix of the cal mag and kelp I like to use.

Week 14 complete..and she's still going!! Trichomes are getting there..slowly but surely!! Buds are really fattening up and she smells bloody lovely!! Earthy pine and lemon/citrus. It's just a waiting game now. Just a couple of white pistils left so I'm thinking this could be the week!! But she may still need another..I'm in no rush!! The packet says 10-12 weeks but she's well past that so it shows patience it's extremely important!! Still giving her water at .5l per 24hrs. And when the tricomes are more towards at least 70% milky and the other 30% a mix of amber and clear I'll starve her of water for a couple of days and that should finish her off!! Really looking forward to seeing what the root ball looks like as it should have a crazy mycillium network that should have regulated everything as well as it has!! This update was made Day 58 from seed. I just now realized I've had my day count offset by about 2-3 days. No biggie, at least it's been rectified. Anyways, onto the update. Beautiful deep purple tones have begun peeking throughout the plant. Similar to my lemon berry but with more of a magenta hue. Feedings have been rather frequent. 2-3 nute feedings last week. With XSD. For the rest of the grow, XSD will be omitted. Just molasses and Liquid Seaweed from here on out. Absolutely love the development of this photo period variety. I'll probably give this strain a rest for the next journal, however. Still need to spread my wings with Ethos' catalogue.

Day 27 flowering : Wow this girl want a title. She is about to go i to her 4th week tomorrow and her bud size is huge compared to the other strains. Her stacking is rapidly increasing and her while stem on a few mains is joined up. She is smelling of orange now and is very sticky to touch. Love this lady and her abilities. humidity has been a bit high due to weather pattern in uk at minute but with lots of air getting around it should be ok for mould resistant conditions. All in all a great week for the Orange girl.

The ladies hitting week 5 and from now it'll be a pleasure to watch them 😁😁😁. Can't wait to get home from work and take care of my babies 😂😂😂😂. Damn it feels good to be a gardner 🌲👆🏼

This is my first project. I hope to learn a lot from this new experience and get the best feedback from it. Its good to say that i have been applying some work experience in project design and management in this new hobbie.
