Day 49 - Still giving the ladies just PH water with no nutrients trying to see if I can fix whatever is wrong with them😅 All in all the White Widow & Orange Sherbet plants I took individual pictures of are growing great & should have a pretty nice yield! Eccoci qui... Per problemi di lavoro ho tardato un pò la pubblicazione delle foto, la piccola purtroppo ha subito un forte stress durante le settimane precedenti e ad ora sta un pò meglio ma comunque ne ha risentito. I was unable to use the full use of the Optic 2 LED due to height and heat issues. Which were impacting the amount of light each plant was receiving this stunting their growth. I have now brought/installed the HLG 260w Rspec and have noticed a improvement. The new light covers the canopy well and I am now able to give the plants more light which will hopefully help them develop better buds. The Blue Gelato #41 has responded well and has started to drink less which hopefully means she be ready for harvest in 4-5 weeks time. Although I have stopped using my PK boost, on my next run I will start the PK at the first sign of flower as I feel from week 4 is a little late. Happy growing 🤙🏿

Put the largest nothern lights in its own mini green house, both have x2 large bug nets around them instead of a plastic cover as the temps and humidity were off but are perfect now. Plus it will reduce the chances of bugs flying in while also allowing the wind to pass through, I’ve used some Biobizz leaf spray no further leafs have been eaten since using it which I’m happy about.

Two days after their first feeding, they are already looking healthier

Harvest and grow was easy just too much going on around her for good yield cant blame the plant nor genetics as she did produce. Not expecting too much here 128 grams... 128... SMH damn fungus gnats

Day 7 from switch to 12/12, ladies are show first sign of flower and they are start to stretch! I had to put another scrog net to separate all branches and to sustain the future buds, still watering with simple compost the made of worm casting and kelp, I don’t measure ph or ppm cause I’m in living soil. Wow she's grown 24cm this week. I'm getting excited about her! I think she's looking to be a fab plant. Doing well in her fabric pot.

Ok start of week 5, as stated in the video I finally got on top of the ph drop. After some research I found that dwc systems can have 2 problems that can create this problem. One is the air it pulls in is to rich in co2 and basically creates acidic resovour but since I have been changing the system weekly I didn’t feel this was my problem. The other reason could be too low ec for the plants. Basically every plant has a natural ec lvl and if the nutrients are below that of the plant it can create an inbalance that leads to ph drop. I upped my nutrients from 1200 to 1400 and since I done that my ph has stayed stable at 5.8. Also had signs of slight light burn so lifted the light. So on we go learning this system day by day. Will say I have seen some great explosive growth since it’s all been stabilised.
