Found large numbers of spidermites as well as some thrips. Luckily all were on my marigold plants, a few had wondered on to my ladies but the issue has been contained with minimal harm to the plants

🎼 Week 13: The Grand Finale Approaches (Flower Week 8) One love growmies, we still not done yet with this BPP auto 😻🤤 I’m giving them like 2 more weeks maximally. The finish line is in sight, and the symphony is reaching its crescendo! This week has been all about patience and classical vibes. I’m still playing B. Smetana - Vltava every morning, and I swear the trichom production is responding to those majestic crescendos. Some buds are becoming rock-hard and the scent is so heavy it almost has a texture. 📈 Final Weeks Strategy: I’m starting to taper off everything. Just pure, clean water from here on out to let the plant finish its cycle naturally in the living soil. No more top-dressing, just letting the biology do the final touch-up. Girls are almost ready to graduate. It’s been a long journey from that first Scrog tucking to this massive sea of purple and green. Trichoms still not even cloudy so stay tuned, the harvest is just around the corner!

Slight mishap on one of my plants. A SIP had cracked and wasn’t holding water unbeknownst to me. She as drooping bad, once I flooded her and got her into a new SIP she perked right back. I did quite a bit of defoliation, cut back fan leaves that were shading buds.

420Fastbuds FBT2310/Week5 What up grow fam. Sorry for the late weekly update but was having some technical difficulties. This week has been eventful to say the least. My heater went out letting my Temps drop to high 40'f for a night or two and wow did the plants tell me they're angry. Definitely starting to bounce back but just goes to show the reselants of Fastbuds genetics. I lollipoped and did one more defoliation this week so hopefully flower stage will be smooth sailing. All in all Happy Growing

This week she has responded to scrog really well and is evenly distributed her cola sites throughout the grow room. She is the biggest grow I have done yet following my previous succession of her mother plant (this is her clone) looking forward for the next few weeks.

It's been 28 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Didn't want all them to smell like nuken marshmallows lol. It's awesome that I can get right inside the tent to do any work i need👍. Even if I wanted an 4x8 tent. I'd rather this 8x8 because it's so easy to work with the plants and have so much room to move around and massive headroom when I'm in there chillin with the gals🤣🤘. Our number #15 is the tallest of the grow, a lanky that seems to fill out well, we always hope it gives its best in this respect because if it finishes filling well it will be perfect. We measured it at 125 cm which is not bad for an 11lt pot indoors but we are waiting to see the flowers that swell slowly but seem to swell. https://seedsmafia.com/en/ https://www.mars-hydro.com/

🍋 Lemon Cherry Gelato — Week 7 from Seed Flower Week 3 | 12/12 from Seed Welcome back everyone — and welcome to anyone just joining the journey 👋 This is our Lemon Cherry Gelato update, currently Week 7 from seed, which we’re considering Flower Week 3 in our 12/12-from-seed room. There’s a lot to talk about this week, so let’s start by bringing everyone up to speed. ⸻ 🌱 Quick Recap — How We Got Here This run is part of a larger 8×8 mixed-genetics environment, where multiple cultivars share the same room, light strategy, and environment. The approach from day one has been: • low stress • observational • plant-led decisions • learning in real time No chasing perfection — just paying attention. The Lemon Cherry Gelato plants have been vigorous and very bushy since early on, with strong branching and dense foliage that required intervention as flower development began to accelerate. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation — Why This Week, Why This Way This week we performed a fairly deep defoliation, similar to what was done on a few other girls in the room. Why? • The plants were extremely bushy • Light penetration was becoming limited • Airflow needed improvement • Bud sites were stacking fast We removed a significant amount of inner and overlapping foliage to: • allow photons to pass through the canopy • improve airflow • help the plant focus energy where it matters It may look aggressive in photos, but it was done intentionally and carefully. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Structure & Phenotypes You’ll notice two slightly different expressions in the photos: • First photos → Lemon Cherry Gelato • Second one → what we’re calling the “other” Cherry Gelato Both plants: • very bushy • beautifully structured • incredibly lush green One plant showed some funky leaf expressions, but nothing concerning — genetics being genetics. Both were defoliated deeply, but not excessively — just enough to give them room to breathe. They are not alone in the room, and in a shared environment, balance matters. ⸻ 🔥 Minor Observations • A few burned leaves from under-canopy lighting • Nothing serious • Easily managed • Already addressed You’ll spot them in some of the mini photos. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & Feeding — Why We Changed Nothing This week, nothing was changed on purpose. Current parameters: • Day temperature: ~28 °C • Relative Humidity: ~65% • EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 • Plant height: ~40 cm to ~80 cm • Lighting: LED Many growers would say these temperatures are too high for flower — but context matters. Under LED lighting, leaf surface temperature runs ~2–4 °C cooler than ambient room temperature. Because of that, we focus on leaf VPD, not room VPD. The plant is what matters — not the number on the wall. We are not chasing numbers. We are paying attention to them. ⸻ 🌱 Plant Response The plants are telling us clearly that they’re happy: • deep, lush green foliage • no visible stress • strong internodal structure • uniform nutrient uptake across phenotypes When the plant is happy, stability beats adjustment. That’s why the feeding stayed exactly the same this week. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and Not Expect) Next Week What we expect: • visible bud stacking • calyx development accelerating • stretch slowing down • energy shifting fully into flower production What we don’t expect: • major environmental changes • aggressive interventions • unnecessary corrections Next week is about watching, listening, and letting the plants work. ⸻ 🙏 Final Words To our humble eyes, this garden is looking outstanding — but we’re always open to: • criticism • suggestions • questions • different perspectives Lovers, haters, followers, OGs, newcomers — everyone is welcome here. This is a shared space, and interaction is how we all grow. Big thanks to: • the GrowDiaries platform • the sponsors • and everyone who takes the time to read, comment, and exchange energy If you have thoughts, ideas, or see something we could improve — please drop it below 👇 Let’s keep learning together 🌱💚 📡 Please stay tuned they can try and take us down but we never quit https://www.youtube.com/@DOGDOGTHEDOCTOR NEW 🙏 Thank you for your patience and continued support. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together! As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. 23.8.26 Buds have started to stack nicely this week. Both plants are using a full litre of water a day now. I have alternated feeds this week, one feed and next plain PH balanced water. Some leaf tips are burning but this could be because they are pushed up against tent walls. I realise now that I should of started sone LST during veg. I have 2 Melon Mosh seeds left so after this cycle I will germinate them and either mainline or LST this time. These are the largest plants I have grown so far. I think keeping them within the suggested VPD at each stage has allowed them to grow without being pushed or stressed. My previous grows produced smaller plants but good yields. I figure around 2 weeks to go yet before I consider harvesting. Hoping to get some frost by then. Another good week in the tent.

this girl grew close too the same size and same shape as the California snow and looks the same and is growing the same rate , she is also drinking about 8 pints of feed a week , bud production is coming along nicely but i really hope she swells up alot more before she ripens up , but so far so good with absolutely no problems at all and looking a picture of health as are they all ,
