Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one. Last of the 5 Papaya Cookies still going strong.Ive given her just plain water when the pot is dry.She is still showing some signs of new growth and has more time to develop.cut the last Papaya down trichomes were cloudy. I’m going to dry her a little differently than the rest.Im going to hang in small branches on hangers as I’m trying to avoid any molding on the big center cola.Drying at 67 degree and 62 percent humidity and she smells amazing.

6/1 topped all of the mains(about 5 or 6). Shes so fucking bushy its crazy. Each main is branching out more and more at each node. Shes gonna be a huge bush by the end of summer. Also attempted to defoliate some of her more crowded areas 6/2 Shes looking super happy after a good feed yesterday. Responded super well to the topping on most of the mains. Watching these lava cakes grow is a nice privilege. Ill be pushing them 1 week longer do to a trip change. But I think things will end nicely. 2 more weeks until I start flushing.

Girls are developing well, i have a minor issue but is making me uncomfortable, a bug for the third time something that by research seams to be a lace bug, basically is like little drops of black oil in the leafs this develops in to a little static larvae then it becomes black, is tiny. And apparently does nothing on the surface to the plant, but man this bastards are imortal, I’m in the point of dropping a nuke or using a flame tower in the grow room. I’m deep in to flower... Besides that fir the third time, all good...

The heat wave has just passed, after 15 days of hell no serious problems to report just some critter bites. Very high tolerance of heat. She's doing very well, in full stretching and according to RQS's data sheet now is the tallest among sisters. What a smell! Stay safe Bros

Buds should begin to fatten

'Not all those who wander are lost' What started out as an experiment, turned out to be an adventure of epic proportions. What hangs here behind me smells like the weed I knew in the 80's, skunky and full. But look at those buds. DAAAAANG.... These are the biggest buds Ive ever grown, I didn't know what darkness precisely did before.... now I know... My god after a few days they oooze cristal liquid from all its holes. They are greasy and sticky, full of weight and I think well hit the 300 grams per plant with this one, taking our total to 600 grams what would be 2 grams per watt used. If that's so, Ill never use another light again! Thank you Mars Hydro for letting us try it. And by god so should anyone wanting to up their growing game. I keep increasing the light and she seems to enjoy it, growing new bud sides and leaves everyday. Defoliation continues. I can’t go below 25-26 Celcius due to increased light though. She has also been moved to back middle.

previously, all my seedlings have almost stretched. this time i put the cm led lights 2 inches away from the seedling, and it seems to have induced self-fimming and divided into 5 or more branches. despite looking at many timelapse videos of germinating seedlings, i have not seen behavior similar to that of my little girl. besides that, it was a pretty uneventful week. i mixed and changed nutrients once testing the doser - still feeding at 1ec, pH 5.9. I had one leak, i think the hpa nozzle was shooting water from the side as i was not sitting correctly on the grommet - i must figure a way around this. i did not build the garden master controller yet with high-pressure sensors, hopefully soon.

1/22 After some conversations I think I’ve determined the source of my issues. Using primarily coco for organics I guess has some drawbacks and it’s possible that’s why each grow has similar problems around this time. Only thing I can think of to do is top dress in some worm castings mixed in with some more Coco Loco to top off the pots, and then tomorrow I’ll water in the compost tea that I just set up to brew. After that I’ll be doing recharge in almost every watering. Going to try maxing out the microbe content for each pot as much as possible. Along with this I’ll be steadily raising the light intensity to where it should be. Current light setting is 490 PAR / 35.2 DLI. 1/23 Top dressed in about 2 cups of Coco Loco and 1 cup of worm castings to both. Since my coco medium isn’t doing a great job of handling organics I’ll just have to turbo charge the microbe level as much as I can. Both also got a compost tea that I started brewing yesterday. Readjusted the light to 600 PAR / 43.2 DLI. I wanted to go gradual but I’m also curious if they will take that hard step up in light. 1/24 Everything looks really good. I have a good feeling so long as I keep up with recharge and water from here on out it should be fine. 1/25 Both got a full watering with recharge. 1/26 Buds getting fatter and frostier. Looks good.
