Time for some light defoliation to allow more light penetration. Might gave gone a little overboard with the defoliation, I tend to do that.

Original Sensible seeds GIRL SCOUT COOKIES 8th Week Of Veg December 30th 2019 Firstly ignore the white residue on the leaves as it's only Diatomaceous Earth that I mixed in with the Worm casting and Mollasses tea that I brewed up and sprayed on all my Plants. I did it after dark to alleviate any stress from sunshine or heat. The Diatomaceous Earth should hopefully deter some of the insects that are taking the odd bite out of some of my plants leaves. I suspect grasshoppers are the culprit and I know that they do not like the DE. The Cookies plant is looking really healthy and as you can see from the above pics I topped her to make the plant bushier. Cheers for Looking in on my Diary update Have a Safe and Happy New Years Celebration and I will be back Next week in 2020 馃挭馃挭

Had a bit of a cat-tastrophy this week. I left my tent open to go and fill a bucket of water, came back and zipped it up. What I didn't know is that the cat got in. Not 5 minutes later I can hear all sorts of shit moving around so I came in to find I had zipped him and and he went bonkers and bent almost every branch on the Skunk. So I had to do emergency tie jobs, but I ended up losing 2 medium colas and 1 small one. Could have been much worse if the skrog net wasn't there to stop them from snapping. Injuries look like bent plastic straws, so I'm going to be watching her closely to see if she herms from that massive amount of stress. Some of the pics have cat hair in them, thank the little brat. Anyway, Skunk is a 45-50 day finisher so I'm going another week and then she gets the chop. Lots of microscope videos today and finally found an amoeba. Also something moving in an egg...what is it? That's at 400x so I think it's a nematode egg based on what I found online. If you look closely at the super zoomed in trichome shot, you can see the reflections of other trichomes...just fucking epic.馃憦 All the food stops now, too much in the soil for her to start senescence. Nothing but water and FFJ now. New pistils are still coming in so who knows, maybe she'll keep going a few more weeks.

FEEDING As previous weeks, plant was given nutrient solution twice a day in the concentration down bellow -聽聽聽 FloraSeries Gro-->1.8 mL/L -聽聽聽 FloraSeries Micro-->1.2 mL/L -聽聽聽 Flore Series Bloom-->0.6 mL/L -聽聽聽 Calcium solution-->1 mL/L I started with 5L of tap water measured at 240ppm. Then added Calcium solution from gardening store and ppm were around 500. Then Flora series nutrients were mixed in and ppm reading was around 1000. This is to high so I diluted the solution with tap water to 800ppm and ended up with 7.5 L of nutrient solution. Plant was given a total of 12 L of nutrient solution every day. DIARY Day 105 I did some defoliation on the lower branches...nothing too serious, just the leaves that were in contact with the soil. WEATHER REPORT Day 99-100 It was mostly raining these two days. On day 99 we had some hail to, so the plant had to be moved under the roof. Day temperatures were 25 掳C, night temperatures were 18 掳C Day 101-105 Weather was sunny all the time. There was some raining going on during one night. Day temperatures were 35 掳C, night temperatures were 23 掳C.

Soaked in a glass of water for 16 hours before moving on to the paper towel for a couple of days until the roots were to my liking and than I planted them in peat pellets.
