I started flower on 03-27 and gave em the week prior 2x some Bud-Ignitor to help em switch to flower a little quicker. I also did some heavy defoliation at the start of the week on the lady's, but 4 day's later it was like the junglebook again in the Budbox. (I will keep defoliating through the first 3 weeks of flower to open up the canopy) Well thats it growmies👍 Stay lifted🤗

This Mexican Airlines Plant is developing nicely after the initial stretch , I gave her 1/3rd of a cup of Mr B's Green Trees Bloom Mix plus a qtr tspoon of Great White. It is fairly easy to apply you simply sprinkle the Bloom mix and Great white across the soil around the base of the plant and water it in well. Green Crack is wack!! Both ladies got the chop and are drying now. Both packed on considerable size during their last week, hopefully it translates to higher dry weight. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight and smoke report.

Haven’t done anything, other than start a full dose regiment of nutrients this week. Working on a bigger light situation for my large tent, in the meantime space is limited 😢

Defoliation done on the last day of the week, everything's fine so far. The flowers have already started to give off a wonderful scent, everything is going as expected. Looking forward to the next few weeks... ✌️

This week was pretty mellow. Not much done. Watered twice this week, with second watering made some compost tea I brewed up on Thursday. Plants seem very happy. Smell is getting a little stronger. Not sure I have smelled anything some grapey. Very strange doesn't even seem real...lol. Loving this grow!!!

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. 30.12.24: So I finally became brave enough last night to use LST on my grow for the first time. Watermelon 🍉 is doing much better than the other plants were at this stage, and still better than one that's 7 weeks old already! I'm very pleased with this strain and phenotype so far. As I've implemented the LST much earlier for her, I'm very excited to see what happens in the next couple of weeks 😃 Thanks for checking out my diary 🙂🍃✌️

the strain is really strong , low temperatures resist , 3 weeks around 12/16º graus and steell growing wel nice new colos between week 4/6 in flowering. really good strain to manipulate! 5 stars * * * * *

This week we encountered some problems and we lost a couple of days of growth. It was smooth sailing up to here and maybe a little too smooth. I saw that the buds didn't develop right after the previous post last week. After dropping a question and establishing possible reasons I did some interventions to let the plants recover. I raised the light which was real close and temps were too high. Next to that I watered with just some normal tapwater as I suspected some too low PH. I started ventilating more to disperse the heat a little. These actions seemed to have helped as last couple of days I see some real fattening of the buds. This SP-3000 is real powerful and cant be as close as my previous leds. Again props to Mars Hydro and a big thank you to @MarsHydroLED!! Let's hope we do the last couple of weeks with less stress for all of us! Sorry for not posting any Sunshine posts, I have a Christmas surprise in store for those enjoying the mixed reality shots. Apenas a crecido 4 cms más con respecto a la semana pasada. He visto que empezaron a aparecer las preflores, así que en breve empezara la floracion..regue con oro negro y organic power 2ml y 1ml x litro respectivamente.

On the start of week 4 flower the gals are doing well :) The Blueberry scent is getting stronger. I defoliated lower growth sites and cleaned up the top canopy to let more light and air in. I couldn't get everything I wanted to prune because I cant reach the back of the canopy, so some larf will be expected on my plant in the back of the box. On day 2 its all on cruize control now not much else to do but keep my reservoir on point and wait for the girls to bulk up and mature :). On day 6 I mixed up a new 5 gal reservoir with my bloom nutes. At the end of week 4 flower the girls smell great :). the smell is building every day along with the buds :) I'm really happy and surprised with the production at only week 4. It seems my clone may be optimized to my growing environment and or the increased light levels from being too close to the grow lights have accelerated the flowering process.

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going.
