Black Opium has just begun to flower. It has grown quite a lot since last week, and we are looking good overall 👌 Here is what I did this week. 9.8.25 I top dressed this week for the first time for this plant, along with the Pablo Escobar. I planted these at the same time. Here is what I used for the top dressing. I top dressed with the following organic dry amendments; As a base for the dry amendments I used: 🧡 Worm Castings - 1 Cup 🧡 Coco - 1 Cup 🧡 Perlite - 1/2 Cup Dry Amendments: 💚 Ecothrive Life Cycle 1TBS 💚 Ecothrive Bloom 1 TBS 💚 Ecothrive Charge 1TBS 💚 Diatomaceous Earth 1TBS 9.8.25: I watered this in with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with; 💜 2ml Trace PH: 6.5 PPM: 336. Genetically the strain grows in Colombia / Brazil / Afghanistan demonstrating resistance to imperfect conditions and a strong immunity to moderate temperature shifts. No expressed vulnerability to fungi or mold has been noticed with Auto AK-47 XL. I will put this strain on the real environmental test. These plants are starting to show different traits more and more. Each day I'm in there defoliating and trying to keep this jungle tames as much as possible. Just been water only. The worms are proliferous and have been pouring out of the bottom of the pots. It's actually kind of wild. I'm not sure if this many worms is better or worse or if it even matters. So, I start the harvest last week, but didn't get time to post here, first were the top bud, and this week I got the rest of the plant, it is a good strategy as the lower buds could develop a little more! Amazing growth! I am very happy with the wield, it was my 3 growth at all and my first LST! Great results! Thank you all for the support! Now I will stop for 3 months, going to Africa for a little bit! :-)

Pheno 1 dark purple : On the nose, it reveals a sharp burst of fresh lemon, layered with a powerful eucalyptus aroma that’s both invigorating and camphorous. Wow these plants took off and have not looked back! I am going to have to switch to flower in the next week or 2 or im afraid they will stretch further than my set up can handle 😆 🤣 😂 the gary payton x king louie og i ended up throwing in a 7 gallon plastic grow bag and she is getting MASSIVE the leaves on her are bigger than my hand same with the highway og #2. Used 6" metal plant anchors to anchor almost all them down to help with keeping them short and bushy ,using foop and organic inputs on the 707 headband

Last full week till Harvest,plants are very solid and smell so fruity😍. Can't wait till next cycle to do better! NOTE: I usually start counting days from the first couple of serrated leaves

Day 5 since time change to 12/12. Hey everyone ☺️. Finally the time has come :-) The lady moved into the flower tent on January 6th, 2021 😁. The day before, of course, a cutting was taken 👍. In the flowering tent, the distance between the plant and the lamp is 40 cm so that she can get used to the strength of the lamp. After 3-5 days I go down to 30 cm. This week it was watered twice with 1 l per plant. GHSC enhancers were added to one wash :-). Flower fertilizer will only be added in 12-16 days as soon as the first blossoms are there :-). Otherwise the tent was completely cleaned and the humidifier refilled. For the next few days I have filled fresh osmosis water in canisters again :-). Next week I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up going into small popcorn buds 😉. There is nothing more to report this week and I wish you all a lot of fun with the update 😀. Purtroppo le 4 gorilla 🦍 hanno delle carenze importanti e anche dei moscerini che girano nella terra e nelle radici, penso siano i moscerini dei funghi e se tengo le piante senza annaffiare più tempo loro soffrono perché gli piace l umidità e materiale organico di cui nutrirsi, ho sbagliato due settimane fa a preparare quella soluzione forse un ambiente troppo dolce gli ha richiamati…spero di non avere ancora più danni ormai le piante

Lack of azote due to the PH imbalance in week 7

Defoliated and fully leaf stripped. I am going all out to see what happens. Wedding gelato is a fairly tall plant for my tent and future grows will have to be properly trained and tied down. Live and learn. So far happy with the results from hydro grow. Roots have worked their way into the res so I have added an air bubbler to the submerged roots.

Day 16-27/12/21 that lemon baby is getting strong!!!! Day20-31/12/21 all loooking good just need space in other tent so I can move half of them!!!!

17 Oct 2021 Today is the 45th day of flower, and according to Humboldt Seed Company, my Ladies should be ready to harvest!! I took several trichome pics of each plant today to check and see if they are ready; and they are!! Awesome! I’ll upload all the pics today for your viewing pleasure. Week 15 officially kicked off yesterday, but today is the first entry of the flush in order to get my girls ready for harvest. Each of my plants received a gallon of water with properly adjusted pH. The initial pH for C1 was 6.9, C2 was 7.0, and C3 was 7.1. I added .2ml of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted all of them to 6.4. The TDS going in for C1 & C2 was 85 ppm, and C2 was 84 ppm. Runoff measurements were as follows: C1 - pH: 5.8, TDS: 1796 ppm. C2 - pH: 5.7, TDS: 2086 ppm. C3 - pH: 5.6, TDS: 1979 ppm. The tent temp was 82F, and humidity was 42%. My plants are doing great, and I’ll be flushing with fresh water for the remainder of the grow until it’s time to harvest in a week or two. Hopefully they’ll be done in time for the Diary of the Month contest, but in reality, I’ll just be glad when they’re done! Happy growing everyone!! 21 Oct 2021 I have been a lazy bastard lately. I wanted to water my plants two days ago, but didn’t. Then I wanted to water them yesterday, but again, I didn’t. There isn’t any reason really other than just plain laziness. Today I’ve decided to stop being lazy and to continue the flush of my lovely plants! Each plant is getting a gallon of properly pH’ed water and nothing else. The details for each gallon are as follows: Initial pH for C1 & C2 was 7.0, and C3 was 7.1. I added 0.2 ml of pH DOWN to each gallon which adjusted the pH of all 3 gallons to 6.3. That’s what they were given; a gallon of fresh water with a pH of 6.3. The TDS level going in was 58 ppm for C1, and 86 ppm for both C2 & C3. Runoff levels were as follows: C1 - pH 5.9, TDS 1234 ppm. C2 - pH 5.8, TDS 1326 ppm. C3 - pH 5.7, TDS 1182 ppm. The TDS level for all three plants fell significantly from the first flushing a few days ago. Hopefully the levels will continue to drop quickly so the harvest can commence! My ladies are all starting to show their age now by looking at their fan leaves. Some of them have begun that late flower stage dry out, but not many. The plants are still looking great and their buds are starting to weigh down some of the branches. I’m going to get a few more support sticks to keep them from being weighed down too much and breaking. I’d hate to lose anymore branches before I cut them off on purpose. I'm not happy with the overall harvest...it produced some good tasty smoke due to fine nutes and a wonderfull strain but i fu**ed it up by using a very bad soil...growth was very slow and also lost like 25g due to budrot/mold...again my fault as i set up ventilation the wrong way (RH was good but some buds didn't get enough airflow) Again i learned alot of things and got 275g of good, great smelling smoke...so not that bad...but could be much better 🙂
