Week 11 July 16-22 hello friends and followers, welcome to week 11. I started seeing trichomes last week on Gaia and Circe. I don't smell anything from them. Only cream caramel gives off any fragrance. After flushing for 3 weeks, I've reintroduced fertilizer. I am using 1/3 to 1/4 the recommended dosage. How do I know what is the correct range for ec and whether I've unlocked the nutritional bind.? 7/16 flushed each with 1 gallon of water. 7/17 flushed each with 1 gal 7/18 fertilized at reduced strength each got 3.5 liters. Tps1 15ml, cal mag 1 top, big bloom 6 tbsp, signal 2.5 ml. Pictures and video. 7/19 no water, tent cleaning day, vacuum, wipe up dried spills. Took the girls outside for a few hours. 7/20 reduced fertilizer in 2 gals Tps1 7.5 ml, signal 1.25ml. Each girl got only 2 liters today. There was very little run off only Gaia with EC .80, ppm 570. Their tent mate cream caramel is very sticky and fragrant. This week has been very busy. I packed up more geneology albums and shipped to my sister. I found my some of grandmother's award winning photographs and awards, certificates and brass plaques. Until WWII women did not work outside the home. If they did, they were teachers, nurses or secretaries. During the early 1920-40 she raised her son as a single mother and found work during the depression as an executive secretary. Her family men were bankers and merchants so she had awareness of business practices. The r3cipe calls for chocolate chips but It is versatile in that you can add nuts, dried fruit, caramels etc. If you want to taste my cookies the way I make them, you have to chop Lindt 78% dark chocolate bars and use that instead of chips which are sweeter.This time I added macadamia nuts as well. Yummy. 7/22 light defoiliation , and no water or nutrients.

The AvT was in Preflower since last week and switched to flower on day 28. Really good plant. No problems at all.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of water to be fed. Day 1 we have high temperature of 91°F with mostly sunny skies. I watered 2-3 gallons from the hose. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 90°F with clear, sunny skies. I watered 2-3 gallons from the hose. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 97°F with mostly sunny skies. It was a scorcher. I watered 2-3 gallons twice today from the hose. Day 4 we had high temperature of 95°, but it felt like 102°. Skies were partly cloudy. I watered 2-3 gallons twice today. Day 5 we had rain the previous night and early morning. We had cloudy skies, with high temperature of 81°F. I did not water today. I added 50ml blood meal to each pot spread evenly on top of the soil. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 87°F and mostly sunny skies. I watered 2-3 gallons. Day 7 we had partly cloudy skies and a high temperature of 86°F. I watered 2-3 gallons each pot This week was a success. These girls really began to fill out. We've got another month ish til flower begins so I expect these to be monsters.

Plant grew well outside if a little rot issue. Was operator error. She grew well under the Mars Hydro FC4800, with the Athena blended line nutrition. A berry sour smell with lots of frost. She should be a good 4 to 5 ounces once done. I did use mire then Athena recommend in flowering. I will be back with smoke report in a few months. Well the first seedling week is out of the way. Now to start my nutrients and transplant the Root Riot cubes into the net pots with Hydroton. I have 2 ladies that are keeping up with each other while I have one that seems to be a little behind, and then the 4th lady is for sure a runt of the liter but I will keep working with her and will make the best of her, who knows maybe she'll catchup some how. Next time I germinate I make make sure to put each seed in its own 16oz. Mason jar 2/3 full of water so each seed does not suffer because it can't soak up nutrients in the small amount of germ water that all seeds soak in. Every seed has plenty of micronutrients to start out with, without it fighting for it due to many seeds in the same jar soaking it up the same minerals. Ladies got cut down on day 61, the gorilla girl wasn’t the biggest but she has super frosty, tight little buds should be a great smoke! The CM on the other hand had some huge buds & was probably the frostiest plant of all, she smells amazing as well🔥😋 will post a harvest update as soon as these ladies get dried & trimmed! Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week and staying safe. It was a nice week for the Glueberry OG as she grew to her 7th node on day 26 and I just popped off number 7 gently so she will end up with 10 main chutes from 5 nodes as i also removed the bottom node which typically is larfy popcorn buds. If she had not reached node number 7 by day 28ish I would have just topped her above the 5th node as I have had great yields that way as well. Dutch Passion says she takes 11-12 weeks but autos usually start preflowering/flowering between days 28-35 depending on strain so I try to complete all toppings by day 28 or so with autos because if you top them after they start to flower they will suffer. I have topped above the 3rd (for mainlines and mainifolds) as well as the 4th, 5th, and 6th with great results from each. As a general rule, the longer the autoflower is expected to take, the higher up I top her as she will have more time for more colas to develop. Some people think that topping stunts an autoflower, however as long as you allow her to grow a nice ball of roots and she is healthy, it only stunts mine for about 30-45 seconds. Glueberry OG Auto is absolutely loving this Medic Grow light so far, and I am super impressed with how tight she is keeping the nodes. I am running on 60% power in the V1 or vegetative blue stage. I will start working the UV/IR Spectrum into the mix as soon as my 2 seedlings go into coco coir and can handle some more light. The Glueberry OG Auto is currently 6 inches tall and was topped above her 6th node, and since the first node doesn't start until 2.5 inches from the coco, that is a tight group! I will start LST tomorrow on the two top mains, as it has only been 48 hours since topping and they are growing fast. I see alot of growers tie down their entire plant to the ground for LST and that is ok but not beneficial imo. My goal is to keep her nodes tight, and then just LST the mains from the uppermost nodes, as to allow the lower nodes to catch up., while I typically clip the bottom most node as she typically only produces larfy popcorn buds. These are certainly usable for bubble hash/edibles/cannasugar etc. but they do drain some energy from your top shelf colas. The goal of LST should be an even canopy as to minimize apical dominance. This will allow the plant to better utilize the existing light and limit wasted light that converts to heat. Tying a plant down restricts the airflow from the plant and impedes the growth of the lower mains. LST does not require pinning a plant down to the ground with staples, and although a cannabis plant will bounce back from this, it certainly will not reach its full potential. As far as nutrients go, I feed veg nutrients until my auto is almost done stretching then I transition to full flower nutes over about a 6 day period. The only exception is if my plant is growing out of control and I am unable to slow it down through topping, LST, super-cropping, etc. At this point I would make the switch to flower nutes slightly sooner. So she will be feeding on silica, cal mag, and veg nutes for at least a few more weeks here and just some LST. It was interesting, my first growing from beans. I knew this is a strain that stretches, but I never expected 150cm of girls. Incredibly resistant, during the whole vegetative phase I did High Stress training mistreating them but without scratching them I did schwazze defoliation to counteract the heat and too much humidity but the girls continued bulking, really strong! First experience with co2 from the next diary everything will be documented. Goal set at 500g ... let's see at the end of the treatment ... Keep it growing gromies 🍀🍀🍀
