She is budding nicely now, looking like 16 colas once they have fully developed. Now starting to a get sweet smell. Very nice purple colours are now appearing. I cant wait to try this strain.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive.

Flushed the Biggest plant sataday flushed the others today, two week maybe less with Justin plain water, the smell is just nextlevel 👌🏻

Moving the light schedule to 12.5hrs on on the way to 13hrs on by week 5. I'm super happy with the growth, though the flowers are about half the size as it's pot-mate's.

Chopped her down this morning got her having in about 63degress and 59% humidity with a little fan running on the floor. Stinking up the whole house since the drying closet has no filtration.

7 weeks into flower final flushes . Small foxtails forming

Cruise control. Buds are getting thicker.

Satisfied. However one of my plants is showing signs of either dying or it is dead. Hanging over and the leaves haven’t got as big as tho other plants.

Won’t be defoliating until about 18-21 days of flowers

Pics are from day 19, which is the day I topped all the plants. Topped them for a second time a little early - should have waited a couple of days for the new growth. No real damage done though and a lesson learned. Topped to the 3rd node, stripping everything below, and topped each "stork" at the next node creating 4 main branches per plant. Seen a little cal deficiency, but increasing the feed concentration to 2.5ml p/l of each will nutrient type sort that out in the coming week. Will be transplanting to 5 gallon pots in the coming week, once the plants have bounced back from the heavy mainlining techniques they've just been through.

Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. What up fam, weekly update on these ladies. They're progressing beautiful and starting to get close to being finished. I'm thinking of washing these as I think the fruity tropical terps would be amazing. All in all Happy Growing.

Everything is looking good so far. Plants have really exploded in growth since the flip and are filling out the screen nicely so far. We will keep tucking till she stops stretching and hopefully get most of the screen filled. We flipped her a bit early In the screen fill stage do to a shortage of stock so we need a quick turn around on these girls cause even in Canada with legal weed it’s hard to find good medical grade that’s not ridiculously priced at a legal store. Wayyyyy cheaper to grow our own. Water was changed out at beginning of this week as well and nute’d at 3/4 strength with Remo flowing lineup and UC root at full strength. These girls are also the early version so should be 45 days or so apparently.... we will see...lol
