Day 105 - Week 15 has arrived. We are getting close to harvest. So far everything looks spectacular and the colas are getting fatter. I will provide full nutrition for another week and then start flushing.

When I began the contest I had only grown Magic Melon once before (last winter), it grew in an 18 litre pot, became around 4 feet tall, and completely filled a 3'x3' tent. A friend of mine successfully grew a seed I gave them this summer in a container about 4 litres and the plant was considerably smaller. The fact that it can be successfully grown in less than 250mL is astonishing, I have buds from the one grown last winter that are bigger than the can I grew this one in. Harvested 91 days from sprout.

Did some more LST. Added a CO2 bag (first time using CO2) it will be interesting to see if this adds to yields. Also, decided that the Phlizon light was not performing as seen by the the fact Ultimate 3 is a dwarf compared to the other two so added a Mars Hydro TS 600.

As you can see from the third picture on day 29 she is looking a little ugly and unkept. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing or something I need to take action on. Advice would be great. So day 30 rolling around. Decided I had to try LST again. She felt more receptive to being bent over today as well. I mainly had to attempt it for space reasons. With the current covid panic all the markets where I buy my buckets from are closed and I can't procure a new one to increase my height for probably a couple of weeks at this rate so LST was my only option. She seems to have taken well to it and I will upload a finished picture of her shortly. Day 32, watered and fed her. 500ml of water plus .3ml each of fox farm trio. Hoping to see her perk up a bit. Concerned about the large brown spot on one of her leaves which made me think she was having a deficiency? Probably a bit early to worry about buds fattening up also but I am worried they are looking a bit airy at the moment on the non main cola sites. I'm not sure if my LST was effective at tricking her into trying to have more than one top cola? Day 33. No noticeable gains today, at least to my eyes. I can spot a little nute burn perhaps but hopefully nothing too serious. Looks like a cola that isn't the original top is starting to fill out just as much, if not more, than the original top though. Hoping they all catch up at a similar pace to each other and reduce the pop corn nug potential! Day 35. She has shown a few more bud sites since last post. I am worried that she is going to produce a fair bit of larf/popcorn bud and wanted to know how to get rid of that? I am not confident to remove any growth without knowing for sure it has a beneficial impact on the overall health of the plant and the final results. Any advise is appreciated. She also seemed a bit thirsty to me. The leaves were feeling a bit thin and dry so I gave her 1L of water with .7ml each of fox farm trio. Hopefully she responds well. I will check her in an hour or so to see if the leaves are starting to point back up - fingers crossed.

Le piccole hanno sviluppato un intenso odore, le note dolci richiamano le rose, mentre quelle acide il limone. Che dire di più!? Fantastiche Grazie per essere passati 👍🐵👍

Entering week three of flowering. Budlets forming everywhere. About 40 tops. Need another round of defoliation to get more light into the canopy. Nutrients ate running around 800-900 PPM. Not as strong smelling as I would've thought by now. Will see how they are by the end of the week.

Week 4 was actually pretty smooth. she was showing nitrogen and potassium deficiencies because she was being terribly underfed and because i had weened her off the veg nutes WAY too soon. I found the dyna gro nutrient schedule and ive been following that. i will definitely be following the schedule much better next round as i wasnt actually aware they had a schedule out. Shes currently week 5 day 1 and shes already fat af and super trichomey.s he still got at least 2 weeks left. she might be ready by week 7 honestly tho who knows guess well see. Ive been giving her 1 gal each time of dechlorinated tap water just straight water. it has been phd to 6.6 ph. runoff tested at 6.3 ph. will probably flush one last time before continuing the bloom feed.

Did some more LST on the bty. Going to let it veg until march before i flip to 12/12, as long as its tall enough. I accidentally topped one of them during lst so it will be an expirement to see how it goes. Light at about 65% inensity until i can keep the tent cool at 100% intensity. Plants looking good, getting a little nutrient deficient so the soil is pretty much done. Will start their feeding regiment with florafex full tilt nutes next week

Blütetag 63: Super Strain! Wie vom Breeder beschrieben, werden die Blüten so schwer, dass die Äste knicken, was ich leider beim Bewegen der Pflanze, um eine andere zu Ernten, feststellen musste😅 hat sie aber anscheinend ohne große Probleme weggesteckt. mein Pheno war vom Wuchs eher wie eine Sativa mit langen Blüten. Geruch mega skunky und mega frosty Blüten. Ertrag XXL! Update: wegen den bereits geknickten Ästen habe ich sie old school mäßig uspide down trimmen müssen. War bei den ganzen Verzweigungen auch eine Menge Arbeit. Bisher der längste Trimm in diesem Grow! Die lasse ich erstmal so wie sie ist hängen.

Last 2 weeks was good, but buds gettin not as big as i thought. But i think, 7 to 10 days to go, could be get bigger. Have nice week everyone✌️

She has turned an absolutely beautiful pine/dark red. Buds appear to be medium sized ROCKS. Trimming this one will be an absolute breeze. Trichomes keep developing but mainly on the lower decks. (Upper decks are mostly populated I guess...) SHE IS NOW SMELLING LIKE EARTHY+SPICY ORANGES/PEEL. - From skunkyfunky to funkyfruity to this has been a super-fun olfactory ride! In the early flower weeks I had been skeptic where this is going, but now I'm convinced! If she just stays like this I'll be fucking thrilled.. but she has about two weeks to go and we'll see where she ends up. I'm excited to see/smell! Still super fucking happy with her root system/infrastructure. I'm feeding her (late bloom now) at about 1.6/1.7 EC with 20:9:18 N:P:K and 13x/4x mg Cal/Mag per L. No deficiencies no nothing 😍 Also: no further defoliation 😊

Grüßt euch Freunde! Heute ist der vorletzte Tag der Woche 6. Die Blüten entwickeln sich prächtig und Resin ist ordentlich vorhanden. Man kann schön sehen wie die Blätter langsam ‚faden‘ . Ziel ist: am Ende alle übrigen Nährstoffe verbraucht zu haben, sodass wir einen angenehmen smoke bekommen. Werde daher die nährstoffzufuhr einstellen und sie das verbrauchen lassen, was noch in Boden und Blättern gespeichert ist. Bin der Meinung, dass davon einfach noch genug gespeichert ist. Wer da andere Erfahrungen gemacht hat, kann das gerne mal kommentieren! Bis dahin euch allen eine gute Woche !💚

i started with LST. unfortunately the plant grew too fast in height, which doesn't make it any easier now. next week i'll try it with twine. maybe i should it just let it grow as it likes.

As you can see, I don't do heavy defoliation on my plants as I think it's not natural to shock them like that. I don't give a flying f@ck about yield. My philosophy is turned towards good flavors before all and I like to follow plants development in more natural way when comes to defoliation. I believe that plant will always adapt and focus on where energy comes from, and in indoor grows we all know that bottoms will get bleachy as we enter late flowering. On the other side, nobody wants mids and small buds, so yes, of course I remove bottoms, but only first few nodes and not in a way of lollipopping or something like that. I'm just trying to be in balance with natural process of plant development at all times. I'm not saying defoliation is wrong, but since I never grow the same cultivar twice, it's way safer to observe their natural behaviour, instead of forcing techniquies other growers are claiming to be "the best". With that being said, my plants are exploding from happiness, as you can see. I got two of more indica leaning phenotypes and two taller - more sativa alike specimens. But all have a distinctive OG structure and smell is getting super intense. It smells diesel and chem like no run before. It's the reason why I'm growing it in the first place. And what better way to try out the true OG than from the original creators of White Fire OG. Yes. If you didn't know Terence and Philip, in collab with Rascal, the real OG's, also known as Payaso and Cannabis Gardener, are behind the legendary OG cross and all the rest are just white labeling this famous cross. Know your genetics, brothers and sisters. There are too many copycats out there, so try to show respect to the origins. Tienen buen color y ya van progresando esas flores, encontré algunos plátanos pero a estas alturas es ir retirándolos y con suerte se podrá aprovechar todo y estará rico pero seguro se folla alguna parte. Máximas de 28 y mínimas de 25 ahora viene el calor y ando jodido en humedad ronda el 50%.
