Que pasa familia, vamos con la segunda semana de floración de estas Gorilla girl F1 de Sweetseeds. Vamos al lío, las plantas se trasplantaron a macetas de 7 litros. El ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. Me gustaría estar más encima este cultivo pero la salud me está impidiendo un poco este 100% con el proyecto. As I was planning to harvest this week, I started flushing Mishka with PH 7.5 water and no nutrients as per guidelines.

Day 106 - I feel like my patience is going to be tested while waiting for this girl to finish out. She was fed today, 3/4 tsp Bloom (I went up a little from last week, but still under the suggested amount of 1 tsp) and 1/2 tsp of Mag Pro per gallon of water, with 160 oz given. Day 107 - Nothing to note today. Barely around enough today to even get a picture. Day 108 - I will highlight it in the coming days, but it seems that a few of the flowers are packing on some more calyxes. Not sure if it is the start of foxtailing or if it is the start of the final weeks weight packing, though I definitely hope it is the 2nd option. Day 109 - Fed to with 3/4 tsp Bloom 1/2 tsp Mag Pro per gallon of water, 170oz given. Day 110 - Nothing really to note. Just moving on to another day. Day 111 - I got to say, it seems that the pistils are changing quickly, hopefully a sign of being close (being relative, assuming like 2 more weeks optimistically). I have yet to get a loupe, and my attempts to get trich shots with a DIY lens results in blurry pictures all the time. Day 112 - Fed/watered today. 180 oz of water given, with 3/4 tsp Bloom, 1/2 tsp Mag Pro per gallon. I'm definitely feeling impatient. I want to harvest this thing soon, and I look at it, and realize it really isn't all that close.

I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 7.5.25: I retied down the branches on FastBuds Mystery seed #1. I had to clean the tent, so the opportunity had to be taken, I hope not to have to move them again. I ended up snapping a small branch off another plant 😖 She is looking big out of the tent, and bigger than I thought! Now, having readjustmed, the fabric ties, and she is looking even larger still. This really is a sizeable plant! 😱 I really am struggling to get them all in, I think the 8 gallon pots were a definite factor in that. They certainly are great for getting big plants, but be prepared if you have a small space. Really focusing on her bud development in these mid flowering weeks. I watered some bloom nutes after I top dressed, with Mega Crop Part A by Greenleaf Nutrients. I watered 3.2 litres PPM:745 PH:6.0. This time, I'm going to keep the top dressing moist. So as not to kill all the beneficial microbes. Other than that, I will wait until the pots are light again. Overall she is doing great, I wish she had stretched a little more evenly, to catch up in height. I just can't even out the canopy anymore. I'll leave it and hope she'll sort herself out 😅 I'm very excited to see what happens next! This is going to be crazy whatever happens! 😍😋 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). I had never done such extreme defoliation, I feel nervous to see the result, I hope this technique helps to increase the growth of flowers and not make it slower.

Week 2 of Flower- Plants have been getting defoliated as needed. They have also been fed Mother Earth bloom (x2) & Cal-Mag each feeding. All are reacting well. No light stress.

📋 Nach 16 Wochen Gesamtlaufzeit ist heute der Tag der Ernte für die Mimosa x Orange Punch von Barneys Farm gekommen. Die Pflanzen stehen voll im Harz und haben ihr biologisches Ziel erreicht. Ich beende den Run punktgenau und bereite alles für die Trocknung vor. Die Genetik hat über die gesamte Zeit eine beeindruckende Stabilität gezeigt und liefert jetzt zum Abschluss genau das optische Bild, das man von einer Top-Sorte erwartet. 🌡️ Die klimatischen Bedingungen in der Zielgeraden waren stabil und auf den Punkt. Der CO2-Wert lag im Schnitt bei 736 ppm, was den Pflanzen geholfen hat, die Blütenmasse bis zum letzten Tag kompakt zu halten. Maßnahmen gab es diese Woche außer der Kontrolle der Werte keine mehr, die Pflanzen haben nur noch ihr restliches Wasser verbraucht. 📸 Ein Blick auf die Fotos zeigt den hervorragenden Zustand der Buds. Die Blütenstruktur ist extrem dicht und zeigt die typische kompakte Form mit leichten Ausstülpungen an den Spitzen. Die Harzproduktion ist massiv, die Trichome überziehen nicht nur die Blüten, sondern auch die Zuckerblätter wie eine dichte Schicht aus Puderzucker. Farblich hat die Pflanze ein wunderschönes Spektrum von tiefem Violett bis fast Schwarz in den Blättern entwickelt, was einen starken Kontrast zu den hellen, harzigen Blüten bildet. Die Stempel sind fast vollständig braun und zurückgezogen, was das Ende des Reifeprozesses markiert. In der Nahaufnahme sieht man, dass die Trichomköpfe perfekt milchig mit ersten bernsteinfarbenen Einschlägen sind. ✂️ Jetzt geht es in den Trockenraum. Die Buds sind beim Zerlegen extrem klebrig und verströmen ein schweres Aroma von Zitrusfrüchten und süßem Treibstoff. Die Dichte der Blüten ist beeindruckend, da gibt nichts nach, wenn man sie leicht zusammendrückt. Die nächsten Tage verbringen sie bei kühlen Temperaturen und kontrollierter Luftfeuchtigkeit, bevor es ans Curen geht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Harzbesatz und der allgemeinen Vitalität bis zum letzten Tag. Das Ergebnis im Glas wird sicher ein Genuss.
