***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D63 (26/04/2021) : I top dressed the soil of every pot with Gaia Green power bloom 2-8-4, earthworm casting, bone meal and shrimp compost. I think it was a bit late in the flower to top dress the Glue Gelato. From now on I will only give water. D66 (29/04/2021): I saw more calcium deficiency but on the Banana Kush this time. She is really close from the light and I think this is why the closest leaves got some rust brown ish spots. The lamp under the Banana Kush and the Gelato is higher now. I made a gallon of home made organic CalMag supplement with Epsom salt, crushed egg shell and molasse. I gave all 3 plants 200ml of home made CalMag when watering them. I will gave them approximately 100-150ml of this CalMag supplement every other watering. D69 (02/05/2021): The smell is crazy 😍 It smells soooo good! The house is starting to smell strong too 😳😅. - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-26C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light.

Another good week done. Increased feeding to near on 1000ppm Wanted to do things differently with these to try and get the most out of them, so I am and will be feeding every time they are watered where as before I was alternating PH water with feeding every other day. No sign of starting flower yet so could potentially be a long Veg auto or I could be mis sold photoperiod plants. Should know more next week. I have seen some are 5 week veg so not too fussed at the moment. Humidity is high in the tent at the minute and that’s because I forgot to empty the dehumidifier and the damp outside weather was no help either, it tends to stick to 45%-55% See you again next week

Still not touching the plant or setup and just letting it be pretty much. Did a full tank water removal and started to add some Calcium Magnesium as I'm seeing some deficiencies on the leafs. So far this setup has been incredibly easy, haven't had to do anything, no topping, no training, etc. Could have used a scrog to keep the main branch a bit shorter but it looks like it should work out.

The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. The near infrared (IR-a) borders around 700nm up to 1400nm @ photon par flux density of 1.8 instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. Think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, your RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level you set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches desired% RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always be releasing more water into the air, so the RH% of the tent overnight will always increase, so long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential which will work wonders on your grow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. FBA2505 is getting harvested today. She has a strong smell and frosty purple flowers. She has a sweet fruity aroma. I had a lot of issue with this grow, but she came through it well. She is coming to the end now. Big fat juicy buds and a crazy sweet smell. I alreadt know this will be a good one. I will chop her this week and then update with a harvest and smoke report in a few weeks.

General —— Plant is doing fine. Had no issues this week and the devlopment looks solid. Stretch seems to have stopped at this point. Nute Burn is getting stronger but she will get a lot of PHed only water in Week 8 without additional Nutes besides CalMag. Nutes —— Watering 2L of Water every 3 days with CalMag and Horsetail Extract. She got Biotabs Bio PK 5-8 this week and reacted with a bit more of a burn. She'll get only PHed Water for approximately a week. Light —— Light is running at 240W and around 45cm above the plants highest top. DLI is between 40-45 Defoliation —— A couple of leaves here and there but nothing major. Week 8 will be a bit more including larf that won't form any substantial buds.

Day 30 and girls are In need or another lst big time photos to be up loaded later alls looking well slight discolouration on blue dream 1 but I'll see how she pulls trough Lst video up gsc growing slower than the blue dream so tied the blue dream alot more trying to level things out.

So I finally got to the point where I didn't like how much amber there was so I decided to chop. I was trying to let her go and little longer for some better pictures but I will end up hating the smoke. This harvest was pretty easy because I had the plant stripped of most of the fan leaves for more light to hit the bottom buds. I only took a few pictures because I had some professional pictures taken but I have to wait a week for them and I will post them when I get them. Overall super happy with the buds and can't wait to smoke it. Till next harvest

Hello. It 35 c. in the greenhouse today with 5 fans running. Stinkin hot in there. I hope the heat doesn't melt my THC crystals. It's suppose to be as warm tomorrow too. > I have not seen any powdery mildew on either Amnesia Lemon this year. >I have started my 2nd flush today. I' try for 4. But might have to cut a little earlier because>>> > AAHHH, I found a small patch of spider mites on the Amnesia Lemon. I only have a week to go so I decided to turn up the fans instead of spray. Yes they will progress, but slowly and they cant spin their webs in the wind, so it slows them down. And I don't mind smokin dried spider mites (isn't it extra protein). I'm blaming the house behind me, I looked through the fence and they have about 12 large pots growing cannabis, imagine that. >Starting to get some color on the Burmberry and the Sister Amnesia Lemon looks ready to be cut down. > I'll take some more pictures just before harvest and during and after. It took me 2 days to cut it down last year. I wet trim. I grew Dr. Green Thumb seeds Big Laughing last year. They made decent buds but they were not very strong, disappointed. Thought I'd try some stuff that did well inside and see what they did in the greenhouse. These plants were taken as clones, near the start of the year 2020. I moved them in the greenhouse when it was warm enough and did some training then. I started to flower them at the end of May. The tent worked great at forcing flowering at the brightest time of the year. Less chance of problems then trying to flush on a cold October day. I hope I helped makes it clearer in what I'm doing. Hello Diary, The first week of vegetation on my little farm has ended. I'm a little late in updating the diary, but I'll try to change that. After the plant has received 4 leaves, the vegetation phase officially begins. In the case of Cherry Pie, it is 9 days since I planted the seed in the ground, or 5 days since the plant sprouted. Cherry Pie has been growing beautifully since the beginning, you can see a drastic difference every day. I have put photos on the 1st day of vegetation and the 7th day of vegetation and the difference is obvious in those seven days. Cherry Pie - Day 1. - 3.5 cm Cherry Pie - Day 7. - 7 cm Conditions on the farm are not ideal. I still suffer from the unbearable summer heat, which also affects the temperature in the apartment. When I add Migro Aray 4 to that, the temperature sometimes reaches 32 degrees. I don't see that it has a bad effect on the plants, but I would like it if the temperature were lower. The lights are now set at 35 cm from the plants and are dimmed at 40% of their power. Watering is every three to four days. I prepare about 4 liters of water, add 1 ml/L Calcium and Magnesium supplement and this week I started adding Bio Grow Fertilizer, a new product from RQS. After all, I lower the pH to 6.0. and with that amount I water all three plants on the farm. Here's a quick recap of the week. 25/07/2024 - Day 1. The official start of the vegetation. After photographing the plants, I watered them. I still put the seed booster in there, also a new product from the RQS organic fertilizer collection. 28/07/2024 - Day 4. Watering. I prepared 4 liters of water again, added Calcium and magnesium supplement, Bio Grow Fertilizer and finally lowered the pH. with Lemon Kick. 31/07/2024 - Day 7. End of the first week of vegetation. Taking photos and after that I watered all three plants on the farm. Cherry Pie - Day 7. - 7 cm. That's all from me for this week, see you soon.

27/04/2021 (Day 42) Todo viene muy bien, las plantas están comiendo con muchas ganas y consumen unos 15L de solución diario. La preflora está comenzando! Ya se puede observar como van estirando y mostrando bastantes pelos! Los Citizen x 8 están trabajando a un 80% rondado los 500W. 28/04/2021 (Day 43) Se realizo un nuevo cambio de solución, las plantas ya están tirando pelos y los leds están al 80%, se observo un gran crecimiento radicular y las paredes del tallo son increíblemente gruesas y duras. 03/05/2021 (Day 48) Las plantas vienen con un crecimiento optimo pero la flora se está tardando demasiado en hacerse presente, se estima que es debido al estrés que tuvo en semana 3 de vege produjo un retraso de algunos días. Esta semana se incorpora Safe Roots al sistema con la finalidad de que deje la solución lo mas limpia posible. También se realizaron bastantes defoliaciones ya que no existía penetracion de luz teniendo en cuenta el tamaño que están ocupando (85% del espacio de cultivo a 30/35 cm de altura)

It was a longer road until here. With all the reading I did I still made rookie mistakes. To much nutrients and to much light stunt my plant and created some deficiencies ( CaMg). Hopefully I will do ok from now on.... Lifted the light at 3 feet on 100% power and decreased the PPM’s to 600. Hopefully that will help and I did not create to much damage. Wish me luck. I invested a lot of time and money on this grow but the experience is not there yet. I’m ok with what it is, I’ve learned a lot from this grow.
