We are a couple who decided to plant cannabis for the first time during the covid-19 quarantine, and it helped us get through it, during and after grow =] Before deciding to plant, we studied a lot and saw many diaries here, so we didn't have many surprises during the cycle, also because we were able to see, compare and know what to expect from our plant. It was really cool to see the result of what we had studied happening in practice, we learned a lot from Grow Diaries. Definitely we will do a lot of different things next time, but overall we were satisfied to be able to smoke our own weed. Grow diaries helped and motivated us a lot, both to learn new things and to organize and register our grow. Our intention is to continue growing and sharing our experience here. *Week 4 Flower 09/24* Both Mimosa girls appear to be running fine with Mimosa (1) running a little behind but is catching up accordingly. Small oversight in early growth resulted in a minor stunt but she is improving dramatically. Water Feed has increased by half a gallon ( 1gallon clean - .5 gallon nute feed) *Week 4 Flower 09/28 - Mid week update* Both plants are flowering accordingly - Mimosa (1) is a bit taller then Mimosa (2) Buds are becoming dense and covered in trichomes. Been researching more on compost teas and with about week before the flip to flower, think it’s time to brew up some compost tea! --- Using the TeaLab brewing rig to bubble and mix the stew! --- Going to attempt to brew a fungal dominant tea using a modified compost tea recipe from Dr. Elaine Ingham. --- Unlike most compost teas, her recipe lacks molasses and sugars which promotes a more fungal dominant brew instead of anaerobic bacterial microbes. --- Okay let's start brewing! --- Assembled and installed the TeaLab brewing rig into a 5-gallon bucket and secured the unit using a garden support wire. --- Have a few empty buckets under the main brew bucket for insulation. She just looks stressed. --- TKO looks healthy and what I normally expect from cloning. There are yellowing leaves, but new growth is perky and green! Removed the lowest yellowing leaf which was starting to get necrotic. --- Using a spray bottle, misted the top growth with RO water. --- Opened a top vent. Now 3 out of 4 vents are open. - [21:18]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Tanks are still full and no leaks found. --- Another grow week done! --- Need to check the clones for roots next week and hopefully will transplant into solo cups soon. --- Oh yea! Gelato 44 is doing great, she is coming closer to make some beautiful flowers and I will use some stakes to stabilize her a bid, the weight of the flowers will be pushing her over I think. Plant turned out beautiful so far, great trichome production and an incredible smell. The feeding stays the same for now, I just added some Bio Grow from RQS.

Hey hey ! I left my girls during 4 days without watering due a hospitalization ! I discovered this girl like this when I opened the room and she exploded !! Day 3 : floweeeers comin ! Day 6: little defoliation and 🍭 lollipop on this girl : she’s clean now !

Getting close to the finish and it’s very pungent smelling it’s hard to pin a nose on her! Still filling out and getting dense towards the end!

She’s bulking up and smelling up the tent! She’s definitely the first thing you smell. Couple of weeks left. I’ll just be flushing from here.

That's the hard work all done. Few weeks on plain water and I think these girls are about ready. Lights are on 100% and they're reacting with some nice purple hues. Out of the three strains I have running these look the biggest tightest buds. Beautiful aromas from them too. Apart from my over watering they've been a very easy grow. Would recommend these to beginners happily. Big buds, easy grow, not too much stretch. They look great in my opinion. They're absolutely stacking the trichs on. Couldn't fit any more on. Few cloudy ones appearing. I usually wait for mainly cloudy with a lot of amber. I like a heavy stone from Indica dom strains. I've out a video on, hope it's come out OK.

The plants are starting to fill out the scrognet. Might leave them vegging for 1, 2 or more weeks. We'll see how it goes.
