Organic Cookies Original sensible Seeds Girl scout cookies 8 weeks of flowering completed 29th March 2020 Hi Everyone I hope you are all well and staying safe during these strange times we are all facing at the moment. This Girl scout cookies plant is getting closer everyday but so is the risk of mold . Ive already needed to chop out a few pieces of flower that were starting to turn moldy so it's been a very stressful and watchful week for me. Ideally I'd like to let this plant go atleast another week or even two but with the weather the way it is and the forecast for is yet to come suggests i will need to harvest well before then if I'm to get uneffected buds that can be safely smoked. I havent been game to even water her for the last 3 days due to the very high humidity but luckily she is showing no sighns of being thirsty or needing any food. Had some issues with mold forming in the bottom part of the pot”1L water bottle”. So I thought I should make a couple of new ones. For what so ever reason I started stabbing the bottom of the new empty bottle and stabbed myself on the hand😀.No comment. I think this is a result of an experiment I did to check the drainage of the pot. I’ll water a very little bit and let the girls to use all of the water near their old soil. I’ll also wash the old soil and let it dry in the sun. Gorilla looks kind of bothered these days. Hope the changes and the change of the fan's volume ,from 2 to 1 non direct,help. Thanks for reading. Banana Kush Auto has been growing great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 in the Athena blended line nutrition. I lollipopped the plant, then defoliation was done since she was super bushy. I proceeded to lst the stretching branches outwards. Her solution was also topped off with a good dose of nutrition. She is doing great at the moment. 📋 Comments Lemon cherry gelato by MNSL Is a good plant to grow. She has produced some nice flowers and is a very forgiving plant. 📋 Data Seed to havest=113 days. Veg time=35 days. Flower time=78 days. Wet weight=917g Dry weight=104g 📋 Smoke report After 11 days of drying i trimmed half the plant (trim jail) and finished trimming the day after, it. Not the easiest to trim and not as dense buds as the other plant in the grow but damn this lemon cherry gelato is absolutely dripping with trichomes and has a really fruity smell. There is a decent amount of trim to run some bubble hash. This is an excellent smoke, quiet sweet with citrus/lemon and slight cherry or fruity taste to it. Quiet strong maybe 25%THC. 📋Grow stats for GDG 22 #1 Lemon cherry gelato=104g #2 Zoap=79g Total=183g Lights on. 20hrs×7days=140hrs 18hrs×33days=594hrs 12hrs×78days=936hrs Total hours=1670hrs Light power=211.09Kw Rad power=415.73Kw Extractor=43.5Kw 4 gang=56.62Kw Top fan=27.82 Total electricity=754.76KW Electricity cost @£0.25/Kw=£188.69 Average light power a day=1.78Kw Average watt per hour=106w g/watt=(183÷106)=1.72g/w £/g=£1.03/g 📋Final word.
