In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Beatiful smell of fruit came in from this girl! Althought I had overfert problems, the situation seems to be under control. After 9 days from the root flushing the girl seems to be very strong and her flowers grows fast!

I am so glad I decided to do some low stress training!! After that one feeding at the end of last week the plant truly bounced back and showed no more signs of deficiency problems.. 😅 Because I started some early LST I began to see the much smaller nodes develop over this week and it started to give me hope lmao. There was not only a difference in the vibrancy of the green leaves but there was also a difference in the texture of the leaves as well! The ones that were damaged were thicker and more rough, while the new healthy leaves were much softer! For now I will leave some of the damaged leaves on because I don't want to strip her too early but periodically over the next couple of weeks I am going to start pruning and training her more (especially since she's a keeper). I also went ahead and started giving my girl a foliar spray feeding of diluted garlic & onion peel water which I plan on continuing with while in veg.

Plants still growing. Amnesia #1 is just a bit smaller then #2 but I'm happy about my scrog... 😀

Still fighting the heat, added a stronger bottom vent, managed to stabilize the temp to 25C. Relative Humidity is still a bit high, specially when opening the tent in the morning and at nighttime. AC working strong. Started taking PH measurements, though not very accurately (chem test). Apparently my mix of 2:1 Brita/tap water was good, the water in the tap is very alkaline (>8), the filter reduces the PH nicely. I read that Brita also filters out CalMag, so I've added a little boost. I'll stop using the greengro nutrient next week, I think it's Nitrogen level is too high. I received Johnny Green's Greengro in a grow deal, the other nutrients (except CalMag) are from the same line.

A mold infestation has appeared. The humidity has been 70% for the last 2 weeks. The weather has been disappointing for the umpteenth time. It's hard to get a harvest in the summer without an air conditioner) I was 2 weeks short of harvest. Today I trimmed the foliage, which I usually don't do at this time before harvest. I'm unlikely to reach the finish line; the weather forecast is rain.

Hey Growmies, I apologize for the lame diary this week. I've been sick on and off the last two months and it's really taking a toll on my body and heart condition. Please forgive me as I'm trying to heal up. I'll do the best I can at updating this as I go along. I'm not giving up! The girls look great, despite not giving them as much attention as id like and they deserve. Great week of growth. I let her do her thing. I did minor LST and some hst on the other girls that I haven't made a diary for yet but will. Day 19 of flower.. week 3 of flower is about to wrap up which is nearing the end of the stretch phase. I was pleasantly surprised with the growth on the Watermelon Zkittelz, I've been putting the most work into her as the technique I'm using requires a lot of attention. Next run I will use tie downs and I'll most likely add a trellis here soon too help hold the heavy colas.. but we will see how it plays out. Looking forward to seeing her buds start to stack before my eyes! Thank you to everyone who has helped me through this journey! I've been really sick lately and my girls help keep me going! Day 20 of flower Today went well, I reorganized the tent and cleaned it a bit, I try to clean it once a week or so. I've been hand "drip feeding" one of the girls the last few days. Just an expierment and the plant seems to love it so I'm going to start hand "drip feeding" all of them. I think the Watermelon Zkittelz is going to love some extra food every day! I know us humans do but it's important to make sure the girls aren't stressed and isnt in a nutrient lock out or something. I think it's best when she's running prime! At the end of day 20 of flower I took a video of all the new growth and it was after I reorganized the tent and I feel so much better after doing this. I also turned off all the lights and turned on each light individually so I could see how each light was casting on each plant. This way I know the plants are getting enough light coverage as that is a huge disadvantage of using these budget lights. Excited for the 3rd week to come to an end!! Adding new nutrients next week!! Hallo liebe growmies, ich hoffe euch geht es allen gut! die Woche war wieder eine erfolgreiche Woche 😁 ich muss sagen ich bin erstaunt wie gut die runde bis jetzt läuft und wie schön sich meine Ladys entwickelt haben, bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Mängel vernehmen können und die Damen sind meines Erachtens nach auf dem besten Weg zur sicheren ernte aber nun zur Woche Am 08.03.23 also einen Tag bevor diese Woche begann habe ich den compost Tee angesetzt dafür habe ich 2,5L Wasser was ich ja eh in der Tonne ab stehen lasse entnommen und habe es in einen leeren behälter von destilliertem Wasser getan, dem ganzen habe ich 2x luftstein hinzu gefügt mit Belüftung's Pumpe (Eheim 200) eine kleine mini heizung für 8 L Aquarien (regelbar) auf 20 Grad eingestellt. Dem ganzen habe ich dann 15g/L wasser compost Tee (37,5g bei 2,5L Wasser) hinzu gefügt bactrex drauf 1g/L wasser (2,5g bei 2,5L Wasser) und 5ml/L orgatrex ( 12,5ml bei 2,5/L wasser) gab es auch noch hinzu das ganze habe ich dann 24 h belüftet und bei ca 20 Grad Wassertemperatur gebraut (Bactrex gab es jetzt 1x bei dieser gabe hinzu,bei dem nächsten compost Tee fällt bactrex dann weg) hab jeder Pflanze von dieser Lösung jeweils 0,5L an die Pflanzen basis gegossen vorher habe ich die Ladys aber natürlich Gewässer mit 2,5L Wasser und Dann Die Lösung oben drauf. Danach saß ich Dann knapp 4 Std vor dem Zelt und hab ausgeschnitten unten rum (alle Blätter und Triebe unter dem netzt entfernt) danach hab ich noch ca 1 Std damit verbracht Triebe von oben heraus zu entfernen die zu dicht an anderen standen ( war echt nicht einfach da nicht zu viel weg zu schnippeln) aber ich glaube ich bin auf nem guten Weg. Den Rest der Woche habe ich nur noch gehofft das sich die Pflanzen gut erholen von dem was ich ihnen angetan habe, und hab die Fächer Blätter so gut wie es geht täglich runter gedrückt unters netzt damit genug Licht eindringen kann in den Baldachin, aber irgendwie hat die Damen das harte ausrasieren nicht wirklich gestört da wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist der stretch immer noch in gange ist, aber schon deutlich weniger geworden zum Ende dieser Woche. Am Sonntag dem 12.03.23 gab es nur Wasser zum trinken hab jetzt 3,5L Wasser gegossen und somit den Topf komplett mit Wasser gefüllt es kamen dabei ungefähr 20 ml Wasser unten raus, was halb so wild ist, aber immer hin Weiss ich jetzt die gieß menge um den Topf gleichmäßig zu füllen. Day 94, 5th of November 2020: Nice strain no really strong smell haha good to grow more safely :) This situation is crazy never happneed to me. It is only the 5th week of flowering and she looks ready to be harvested.... WTF.... I immediately stop fertilization.... I checked the trichomes and it is interesting. I see ambers and I see milky ones but also translucent ones.... I have an idea what happened. She had gotten aot of darkness I mean she did not get always the standard 12/12 she qas once 3 days in darkness before owering that's ok.... After I left her one day in darkness once.... And what I think is when I went on holiday my friend looked after her so she was with different strains and needed to remove out of the tent manually so he went to work early and back late so she spent 14 hours darkness but stilll.... I have no idea ;) I am going to make a question here :)

First week of flower for this healthy and happy FFT. Really looking forward to Fastbuds releasing the names of these strains, because they all grow very differently. I'm guessing at #8 being cheese, but it will be a complete surprise on all the others. This girl is sitting pretty and taking up her designated space perfectly. A heavy defoliation on F1 opened up some tops to the light. There has been a massive growback in just 3.5 days of flower, as well as a massive stretch. I have all the headroom in the world, so I will let these maximize. All healthy, no spots or bugs, so these are just booming. They will get a final heavy defoliation on F21, and then maintenance plucking to maximize cola exposure.

Dry weight 16oz (pound) between 4 plants. Some Cali quality herb. Haven't fully cured yet but getting better day by day. Clean smoke experience with note of lemon lime. Despite the picture the inside of this baby is purple. I may post more pics as I quickly put them in cure in heat sealed grove bags. Overall 5/5 experience with khalifa genetics I will definitely grow their products again in the future
