Hello all! This plant looks mature and I have a microscope but the thing is I thing it has over ripened and, some trichomes fell off? Or let me tell you my trichomes never turned MILKY OR WHITE. Some of them are amber tho. Anyways, on growweedeasy.com there is a guide that says : Harvest even if your trichomes are not ready. I guess it will be more a gut feeling to chop or not chop. Any input greatly appreciated. And yes, I have chopped down the main cola and dried and smoked it. I guess it gets me high but I smoke all the time so it's hard to evaluate because I have also bought quality weed to smoke So guys, only from the photos, what do you think? My trichomes looks like half clear %10 amber. Do you think it could go to amber without stopping at milky? Or milky trichomes fell of but there was new growth and I could never see clear trichomes? INPUT ? :)

This week is another wet week with 72% humidity!! I am watching really closely for bud rot. And, I tend to get nervous and take a plant down too early when it rains so much. I can't really feed them any nutrients either because of all the rain. The good thing, however, is my skunk of doing really well considering the hail storm and broken stem it has had to endure. Miss Skunk has been brave and withstood the test of time. She has long, thin stems but she is packed with small buds and lots of resin! Royal Queen Seeds says, "Sweet Skunk Auto seeds produce plants that grow to a very manageable height of around 60–100cm, which translate to 40 inches. My Skunk is currently 36 inches!! Sweet Skunk Auto seeds are ready to harvest just 11–12 weeks after sprouting." So, I should be ready to take this down pretty soon.

Week 1 of flowering is progressing well. The canopy is flat and filling the net evenly. Started adding Top-Max and keeping up with Calmag

Loving how they smell, nice colas and a huge crystals forming, next time will make sure to get more seeds, the banana blaze is huge and really different from previous grow, certainly is is a light issue glad I got my grow lights

Still dealing with some deficiencies in Thai one growing three other plants in same tent no issues like the one with this one

Flushing started. The reason why this plant took longer to flower than expected was probably because I kept the light too close. I also think that during the plant's life cycle I should have done a few cleansing flushes on the roots so that they would have absorbed the nutrients better and that's why the plant suffered from an overdose of nutrients. The quality of the buds seems very good. The buds are rock hard and have a lot of resin on them. I'm waiting for the amber to appear in the trichomes before I harvest. The plant is also still swelling. The flush may take a little longer.

ATM I HAVE'NT ADDED ANY NUTRIENTS OR SOIL. BUT I WILL BE ADDING LIQUID NUTRIENTS NPK 40:20:20 FOR VEGETATION IN THE NEXT WEEK. Hey Friends, end of week 5 from seed - Installed New Grow Tent @CoolGrows 36x36x72 - After Adjusting the light, I decreased the wattage and plant #2 is looking much healthier and is growing in height :) - Still can't detect Plant #2 gender - Will flip to Flower next week, 12 hrs of light 12 hrs of darkness - I am glad I transplanted to a 5 gallon pot, each day the leaves are looking better. Hopefully its a female, see you guys next week!

Still just waiting patiently for her to be finished so I can see what she tastes like she smells pretty good

AUGUST 24 to AUGUST 30, 2024 Sunrise 07:05, sunset 20:50 for total daylight of 13:45 hours. Specimen continues to push upwards, gaining approximately 13cm in height over the past week. Plant is taller than anticipated and planned for, which could present some difficulties as it's getting into the oscillating air circulation fan's wake. Was surprised to see the continued stretch, but there were two days of high heat that may have been the trigger, or, it may have been the result of defoliation and pruning, or it was simply the plant's final push, or a combination of all those factors. It appears to have crowned, or is close to being fully crowned, and as such I undertook a fairly heavy defoliation to improve airflow through the bottom of the plant, and strategically removed leaves in the upper canopy to improve light exposure. Fungus gnats did regain their hold, and so I decided to top dress with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via pulverized Mosquito Dunks) in an effort to kill larvae, treated with Soil Pest Defense (Neem Oil, Castile Soap and Yucca Extract) and replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps at soil level. Effects were pretty immediate, but I will need to stay on top of this. Would like to cease use of Neem Oil in the soil, so considering acquiring some beneficial nematodes to combat the pest issue. Overall, specimen and its' "neighbours" in the greenhouse are doing well, and filling the room. When accounting for the bench and containers, tops of plants are over 152cm (5ft) from ground level. It is making management a little more challenging, and proving to be more difficult to find good angles to photograph (the space is pretty much filled up). The scent of citrus, skunk and spice emanating from the greenhouse is building, and at times quite strong. Still appears to me to be on-track for ripening the week of October 14, 2024. Day 120 - n/a Day 121 - Drip watered 5.0L of plain rainwater with pH of 6.7 Day 122 - n/a Day 123 - Defoliated specimens, focused on removing leaves from lower parts of the plant to improve airflow (lollipop), pruning hidden or non-producing branches, and strategically removing select upper fan leaves to improve light exposure and airflow. Day 124 - Top dressed with pulverized Mosquito Dunk (1/4 unit per specimen); 1.5L drip watered with plain rainwater in the morning; Hand watered 2.0L of Soil Pest Defense Drench in the afternoon; Hand watered 1.0L of plain rainwater about 30 minutes after soil drench; Replaced Bug Scan Yellow Sticky Traps (1 unit per specimen, cut in half and rested at soil surface on two sides; With defoliation from yesterday, room air flow seems adequate, after increasing speed of lower fans. Day 125 - n/a Day 126 - n/a Next week, planning to feed the rhizosphere with Compost Tea and continue efforts to control fungus gnat population.

Opened the tent this morning to be hit in the face with some strong dank smelling bud, it's moreso the plant that's a week or two behind at the back The purple plant tho has a mundane flowery smell rather than a gassy one. Added some explode and A+B bloom (dutch pro) this will be last and only feeding of nutes as I feel like big purps will be ready for the flush in a week or two after that feeding. Asides from that everything is stacking up nicely, little to no deficiencies thankfully ( growing in compost) my first run was in Coco and that was a nightmare checking and regulating EC and ppm every feeding. I'm glad I moved from the Coco as it's just a pain in the ass.

a lucky man I am. She is a regular seed and in its first germination was female. she grows healthy. in her second. flowering week .. 102.cm still does not show her potential...

Had a productive week for growth and made a few improvements. Bud development has been great this week. The buds are filling in the gaps mostly and creating nice colas. My plan is for the next 2 weeks to feed AN Overdrive. Then flush for 2 weeks i think. She is very sticky and has a sweet smell of candy grape. Still not a blast of smell when i open the tent but smelling her close she's sweet :D I re tied all the outside colas to make them have even spacing again. The red poles were in need of some better reflection so i foil taped them. The sealed box for my carbon filter was made when i was using the cfl. The way i needed to hang the light meant the outlet from the sealed box into the tent could only be 4 inches in diameter. With the Cob Led, it's attached on the side poles, so decided to max out the outlet. It is the full 6inches and cooling is more efficient now. (Maybe i should try origarmi) The black clip on fan was touching the tent so not drawing air as well. Also made an annoying vibration if touching the tent wall. I used the extender i had on the side vertically and mounted it horizontaly. Has opened the tent out a bit and have free space behind the fan. Have add photos of all improvements. Checked on the outdoor grow and is looking good. Did improvements on it last week by adding a 'gate'. Had spotted deer when visiting previously so didn't want to take any chances. Attached photos from visit yesterday. Video is from week before when i did the gate and surround supports. Left plant Glue Gelato Auto is my friends. It's the same age as my Wed Cake but grown outdoors it's whole life. Right plant is Purple Punch auto which is mine. 4 weeks younger than my Wed Cake and Glue Gelato but started indoors and then planted outdoors. Shes booming through the stretch! Got branches rowing up great as she fills right out. Did a big defoliating of most the leaves under the first net. Allow some air flow through the under skirt. Did a preventative treatment using dr zhymes. Than gave her a good shower to wash off any residual build up. I'm just starting to see pre flowers coming in at the nodes. So she will still have some stretching period to go. I'd say atleast another week of stretching out and filling up my net. Before I start seeing those white stigma pom poms coming in at the bud sites. Lets see what this lady can do. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

10-1 Day 2 week 3 of flower. The roof was on fire, ppm 9k, fire dept came, put it out, ppm 1750. Still a amber burning, maybe it will settle! Ph 7.2 Doesn't seem too mad atm! Ouch . Looked up my water report all I could find was mag ppm7 out of tap. Nothing about cal. It makes complete sense, I have an issue with cal/mag every time. Still figuring it out. I would have never figured this out. Ty amazing people!! 10-5 Water .2 mg epson per liter. Cal/mag, yucca Fingers crossed. 🤞 So maybe I have soft water and need to add. Gonna just use dolomite lime next grow and for now on I guess. 10-6 1/4 cup poo, 3 tbs buildaflower, scoop connect. .

this should be the last week of vegetation. Flowering should be starting soon. Seems like no end to this drought we are suffering from in Southern Ontario.
