Planta linda, com buds com tons de laranja muitos lindos. Com muito polem, deve ser muito boa para fazer haxixe com dry-ice e sobre tudo muito resinosa. Tocar nela é ter certeza que ficara com a mao colando. Pelo contrario sinto que os buds estao piquenos... Nao sei se é por causa da minha lampada pois sinto que os tricomas estao ficando leitosos só que os buds nao engordaram...

Beginning of week 5 The Plants finished stretching & started producing flowers. I did some more defoliation at the bottom of the plants. The Co2 in the tent is getting a little bit better, but in my opinion still way to less. But overall, the plants are very healthy. These ladies are drinking about 2.5 liters of nutrient solution every day, they thirsty as fuck.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. One problem with growing dope here is the UV light is weak this far North in the fall so for most people it’s better to just do autos outdoors and timing it so they ripen during the stronger summer sun and you’re done by the end of August. But if you want reliable big yields these fast flowering photoperiods are definitely the best choice. Sep 23: seems a bit off colour so I added some Alaska Fish Fertilizer for N. Always warming the water to about 26C these days to help keep the plant and soil bacteria warm and happy. Sep 25: this plant and Bruce both got blown over twice today. This is because the small 5 gallon bags aren’t big and heavy enough. The plants are fine. Oh well, the advantage is that I can move them around easily to maximize direct sun. Don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re going to immediately use a 730 nm far red light to put the plants into dark mode. It’s a great trick as a bloom booster and moves up finishing time here by a couple or three weeks. Sep 27: harvest will be tomorrow because of some bad weather moving in. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.

This is technically what I call week one, the first week of germination doesn't count! LOL Anyway 13/14 germinated and 12 of them are right on track, Little Baby Super Glue came out of the gate stunted and is slowly making a comeback. I also added a video of my little happy place!

08/26/2020 2nd week of flowering and temps are down in soil to 68° going to be 56 tonight. Put a video of her sister plant. These girls should go another 8-9weeks but our first frost date is around the 10th of October hope for a warm and dry fall. 08/29/2020 got her tied down, snapped the center branch so I tied her stem upright. Gonna give her one last dose of blood meal (12-0-0)before week 3 starts that should be good for the next 4weeks, and 2 tbls of (4-9-3) so my last feeding will be (16-9-3) for the stretching fingers are crossed🙏

All's well that ends well. The last 2 weeks there is only purified water and enzymes. Temperatures down. Humidity down. And slowly starve and die of thirst. Always a little difficult for me - saying goodbye! 👋 I make tea from the sugar leaves and also like to use them for cooking. Flash-frozen, they remain nice and fresh and aromatic. My math on the nutes had been off, so should start resolving this week. For this change, I used 2gl of RO water per plant and introduced some cal/mag to level things off. This is also the first week of using big bud and bud candy. I'll only use the big bud for this week since it's supposed to be for the first 4 weeks of flower and this is week 4. Trimmed off a few bad leaves (after the pics) but not all so the pants wouldn't stress. The system has been adjusted to keep temps below 80 and humidity under 45%.

4/20 Still having trouble getting seeds to grow! 4 out of 6 seeds from the initial pop have died, so I've popped one more Chemdogging and one more Sour Diesel. Placed the popped seeds directly in the pot they'll stay in for the whole grow per suggestions. Built a 30"x36" trellis out of 3/4" PVC pipe, will install a double trellis netting on it once I set up the Blumat watering system. Also added in a smart power strip that now has built-in timers I can control from my phone. Organized all my extra grow equipment and cleaned up the room! The little pots in the photos are some random seeds I'm starting off in here to give to some friends to grow outdoors. 4/25 - sour diesel popped up today! 5/2 Still no luck getting the Chemdogging to sprout, currently waiting on C-dog and a Blackberry auto to sprout in my other two pots. Set up some random plants from seeds I found in a bag of Black Lime and Cookies, put them in a separate room to flower so I can find out if they're female.

Week 5 Day 29 Performed extra LST and fed her 7.5ml/1gal of floranova bloom to start flowering season!! Day 30 Spent the whole morning outdoors until 2.00pm Day 31 Plan on to make Scrog soon for the ladies, in the meantime we continue their sun and light schedule 19/5 lately Day 32 Gave her some water early morning and took her outdoors until 3pm Showed her first white hairs We were wondering when And omg here we go! Day 33 Fed her extra 5ml (flora Nova bloom) Raise from 1300 to 1450ppm Day 34 Those nutes are doing her very well Woke up like this! Day 35 Showing more tiny hairs all around Day 36 Developing more leaves and hairs to start making Buds full of Trichomes :)!

An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. Next to thanking Santa Maria for her healing, we would like to thank our friends here, all who shared their kind words, advice, and attention. I've taken all I'm going to take from below the scrog. Buds are producing nicely. Haven't gotten what I need for the fungus gnats yet. This batch looks like it will produce a higher quality flower than my last batch.
