The girls have gone through a lot this week 😬After a couple of days of LST, I let them recover for a few days. Once they were looking perky again, I decided to top all three. Day 31 - topped the girls after some deliberation. I had been undecided, ultimately figured that it was best for my situation, whether or not I decide to use my DIY scrog screen. For those unsure of when to top, 5 nodes or true leaf sets seems to work for me. Find the shoot at the very top, make sure it’s got some small shoots on either side started, and snip! It’s that easy. Topping will disrupt the hormones being distributed through the plant instead of the top, and force your plants energy and growth to the lower branches. Not to mention you will now have two main tops growing instead of one 😎 Give the plants some time to recover before doing anything major again, and you should he able to see your plants get bushier instead of taller. Once they were topped I bent and worked all the stems and branches between my fingers making sure to get all of them. As you can tell from the main stalk, the twisting and bending works, she thicc already! I also put their wire ties back on and bent all three over as far as I could get them to go comfortably before feeling like they would snap. This was a lot of stress for these girls, but they have shown they have a great stress response, and recover quickly. Can’t wait till the weekend, my big tent will be cleaned and ready to go from my last harvest, they are growing so fast! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Day 82 and we are water only we have been for about a week at least a week and she has at least a week or more left to go but as you can see she's starting to get pretty and have hues of multiple colors.. Sensible Seeds thank you so much this plant is starting to look very good and I'm very excited for it.. who doesn't love blueberry.. hope everybody's ladies are doing good and overall not bad considering she's in less than 2 gallons of dirt and I gave her no nutrients aside from a little recharge and The Roots organic terp tea bloom... Day 64 for the monkey 🐒 the arms is getting fat with the monkey hair. Starting this week with some top soil mixed with some microrizer too give the roots some more food and keeping het healthy. we Just struggling with some pest that is eating some of the leaves. Not happy with that, spraying them with some hydrogen berocxide. Hope it doesn effect the crop

Thanks again Short Stuff Tha Shiznit this one should get real nice. For sure. Tha Shiznit is an Auto strain of the highest possible quality. The Urban Dictionary describes the phrase, ‘Tha Shiznit’ as ‘The greatest, the best ever, simply the shit…’ and this autoflowering strain matches up to that description. Tha Shiznit is a complex hybrid of Amnesia kush, Diesel, Master Kush and Jack Herer so you have some serious genetic quality in the mix.  Shiznit produces medium to large, plants which can easily surpass 1m indoor. She has larger internodal spacing with chunky buds forming at each internode. She will generally have a thick central stem and a dominant main cola, large fan leaves and thick clustered buds. This plant is extremely resinous as you would expect for a strain with so much Kush heritage and in a percentage of plants you can expect to see some pink and purple coloration.  Tha Shiznit gives off a classic old school skunky flavour/fruity and some phenotypes express a unique strawberry smell. When smoked you get an intensely strong flavour on the inhale with the fruity aromas coming through on the exhale.  This strain was tested at Spannabis 2014 and recorded THC levels of 20.6% which for an autoflower strain is quite incredible. These high levels of THC mean Tha Shiznit is one of our most potent straisn and produces a powerful cerebral high that keeps you chatty and motivated.  Tha Shiznit is a very straight forward strain which can handle plenty of nutrients and requires little attention. If grown with some care she can easily produce 60g+ per plant. 

Well it been a week since the move indoors and she is just getting accustomed to the new surroundings. Things took a couple days pause and had no growth for the first few days but she seems to have finally started to fatten up her flowers again. She is drinking about a third less water than before but maybe that will pick up some more as well since her flowers are getting bigger. She is pretty sparse in terms of vegetation so will only remove leaves on a must need basis only. Watered her this morning and she received a low dose of calmag and bloom nutrients ( King Kola) by Emerald Harvest so should see an increase in flower size shortly. Have been increasing the duration of light each night and am currently at 18/6 have been toying with the idea of going to 20/4 and beyond to get the DLI up into flowering requirements. We are stuck at 450 PPFD so I don’t think I can her too many hours of light per day. I will be watering the other two girls later today with a update for them also.

Week 4 flower has come to an end if really happy with the look of things atm all plants are stacking nicely and kicking the crystal right out there's a nice variety of strains by various breeders all different sizes and smells 😊 the Divine indica by divine seeds has the largest flowers this has been an awesome strain that will definitely be getting run again the opium also by divine seeds is huge aswel. The 3 barney's farm strains left in there also look very promising the mimosa evo smells unbelievable and the pink kush and weeding cake are ticking all the boxes. Day 42 flowering: What a start to this update with the #3 Mango cream being ready for harvest NOW!!!. She has been maturing very quickly during the last few weeks and I have been concerned that she was somehow going towards a toxicity issue. Her buds began darkening really early in flower and I thought it looked very different to the others. As the last week has passed I have been looking at her trichrones with the microscope as they oustils had all gone majority brown too. They had mostly clouded and a couple of odd amber spheres were visible too. as the week went on I saw more begin to amber so took her out a day ago too have a dark period before trimmed for drying . She is the first I have ever had this quick in decades of growing !. The video shows her colours off well and her maturity to harvest too. @exoticseeds have a winner here. lol she smells amazing too with a really nice icky sticky feel . I will update her progress once trimmed. #1 is the smaller of the 3 remaining ladies now ansneven with the #4 beingna week behind her she is still the smallest in height. Her buds are nice and chunky and just as we hit the budswell period too , so shebshould finish with some nice sized colas. #2 Mango is a beast of a plant and by far the largest. Her main is a beast of a cola already with the side branching really picking up some size now too. A brilliant example of the strain I think. Her main is really tacky to touch and the nice smell it leaves all over my fingers is mouth-watering now. She should yield very well. #4Mango at day 35 looks very like the #3 plant for her bud appearance. slightly different pheno i think. More like a wedding cake strain but still very nice and colourful. She has been using pellets in the soil mix and just waterings but they are not good in my opinion and I have had to add megacrop to keepnher growing well now I waited as long as I dare to see if the pellets helped in flower but even using the second part of the feed has not helped. The megacrop has already begun to colour them back up to a more healthy green so i am hoping I can keep her happy until harvest now. She is pushing out a very nice fruity smell now too. I am looking forward to trying the photoperiod strains I have from exotic now and will be germinating Herz Og and Quick sherbet in a couple of weeks time for the summer run. Top genetics from a great breeder . Thank you Exotic. ###UPDATE###UPDATE###UPDATE### The Mango cream #3 has been in the dark for the past 48hrs and has now been trimmed and is hanging to dry. She will be dried low and slow now for approx 10-14 days at around 15-17°C in a large cardboard box with a steady air exchange. She has a surprising size and weight to her for such a short time from seed and is as finished as any plant i have harvested before . What an amazing little lady she has been to grow She looked a little stunted initially and soon filled the pot she was in. 20L was way too small for these genetics to flourish and at least a 30L would be my advice. Happy days , let's see what she yields dried while we wait for her sisters to join her. Be well Growmies

This week I found fungus gnats I added sticky boards and mosquito bits. A small amount of fading on oldest leaves. I did a small defoliation of the yellow fan leaves. I added bone meal to the top layer of soil and worked it in. Water at 6.5.
