The girls are doing well so far. Advanced nutrients in combination with the Lumatek Zeus 600W Pro 3.1 is a killer combo. Also the coco substrate is working well so far. I placed them in bigger pots today . 🌱

Grow diary / germination / The new adventure begins Hello, dear grower friends! 😊 I’m back with a new grow diary and a new adventure. This is my second grow and I’m excited to try new things and improve my skills. I’m thankful for all the support and feedback I’ve received from you . 🙏 In this week’s update, I want to talk about: My setup My seeds My germination My expectations My setup My setup is still an 80 by 80 by 180 cm tent, which is a bit small but nothing else fits in my room. I’m very satisfied with it for the beginning, but I will get a Homebox for the third run because I find the zippers better processed and the inlay reflects more light. My lamp is a LUmatek 200 watt pro edition, which I’m absolutely happy with. It has great handling and processing and it gives enough light for my plants. If I get a smaller tent for a mother plant, I will order from Lumatek again 110 percent. My exhaust is twice as strong as I need it so I can keep it at a quiet 50 percent. It keeps the air fresh and the temperature stable. The temperature is around 25°C and the humidity is around 60%. I water my plants manually according to the Biobizz fertilizer scheme. I use organic nutrients and adjust the pH of the water. The plants are in Lightmix now and will move to 20 l fabric pots in Allmix when transplanting. My seeds As seeds I have this time: 1 Orange Sherbert from Barneys Farm 1 Bruce Banner 1 Apple Fritter 2 Lemon Gelato from a collaboration of Zamnesia and Kannabia These are all very special strains that I’m curious to try. The Lemon Gelato seeds were limited to 500 and I hope they will be fantastic. Of course I have conserved some for later grows. My germination I germinated the seeds in a glass of water for 24 hours and then planted them in small pots with Lightmix. They sprouted after 2-3 days and are now showing their first true leaves. They look healthy and happy, except for one Lemon Gelato seed that didn’t make it, which was probably my fault. The other one is very lively. I have them under the lamp at 18/6 light cycle and at about 50 cm distance. I water them every two days with a spray bottle and a little bit of root juice. My expectations I’m looking forward to the new challenge, especially because it’s a mix of 4 strains this time and I hope we can build on past successes. I want to improve my scrog technique and top the plants at least 3 times. I also want to try mainlining on one of them. Weekly update on these sweet smelling ladies. The cherry and soda terp i like to call it is wild. I decided to try and do a little test wash to see if this one would make good FreshFrozen live Rosin but unfortunately the results weren't what I was hoping for. So they'll be used for flower and drysift. Definitely getting close as I'll start pulling some out this week thst are ready to be harvested. All in all Happy Growing

Week 7 update on these big girls. The uniformity on this strain is wild. All the plants look very similar and have stacked great. Still early into flower but the sweet smell followed by the pungent smell of OG. Excited to see how the next couple weeks do. All in all Happy

Day 70 Really struggled with high temperatures this week everyday was 33 plus and nights wasn’t much cooler just glad it’s over now got a week left until I have to harvest hopefully they be ready to go by then most of em anyways

Here we are for Week 6 and things have been smooth as can be. With them being at the start of flower I went ahead and did the last defoliation I'll do for this grow. The flower sites are nice and exposed to receive as much light as they can. The overall canopy of the grow space is pretty even except for AK-49 #4 it just never really grew like the others did but I still keep her going. The ladies received their usual watering and feeding of the week but this week we went up on the nutrients. I personally feel this has been a fairly easy grow so far especially with being six plants in the tent at the moment, just been letting them do their thing while just giving them the basics nothing special. Day 78-Day 15 of flower for GSC and 19 for GG#4. Did some rearranging in the tent because I ordered a new flowering tent setup. I’m excited to split these two girls off from the auto in the tent and put them under 480Ws. Fed em with 2L of nutrient solution and left it at that. Day 82- After I got the new flowering tent setup I did some defoliation on my girls so they can soak up all that extra light they’re getting now. Just put em under a 480W Ecofarm LED but it’s only at 50% power for now. I’m not supposed to be doing any of this because of the surgery I just had but I just can’t bring myself to wait for someone to come around and set it up for me.

It took some time for these ones to get going but they look to be well on the way now and have showed good growth over the last few days since giving them their first feed. ✌️

Pink kush has been flowering the quickest, she’s growing well and her new leaves don’t show any sign on the claw so good thing I backed off of that two weeks ago. Her preflowers are turning purple and sometimes it almost looks as if she’s bleeding pink blood. I’m giving her big bud already as she started flowering a solid week before the others. Only giving a little lst and defoliation lately. Canna cheese just keeps stretching, I can’t complain because I let her go. I just hope she won’t overgrow her space. She has a nice thick stem and drinks plenty. Only a little lst and defoliation lately. Alien berries so far is the smallest of the bunch, although she’s the slowest to flower, I gave her one more dose of grow nutes before committing to bloom nutes for her. She keeps stretching and gets awfully bushy. Some light Defoliation and little lst. Strawberry Skywalker has a nice fat stem for its size, she’s short but wide and is throwing out some insane preflowers. She gets very bushy so I defoliate and lst her. In the next few feeds I’ll add big bud to the rest of them.

We are getting there can wait for end results..

Day 50 from reciving my seeds and equipment and day 46 since I put her into Coco: 25/Oct/2018: She is doing so well and is in her first week of flowering! I saw massive differences and a boost in her budding thanks to Canna PK 13/14 and for those that suggested I start using it (I started at 0.5ml per L, 3 days ago). Her roots seem to be doing very well (I see fuzz of healthy fungus and microbes on the roots when they sprout out of the fabric pot! Please send any suggestions on my use of nutrients!

So let’s start by saying I was Mis sold original bloom with the hydro coco version and me being me expecting what I asked for and as I bought soil 2 bags with it you’d expect to have indefinitely what I asked for but sadly not, I can say it hasn’t caused a problem on my autos and I now have the correct nutrient but the first feed was with it! Results would apparently be not as good as the soil version but I imagine being the first feeds it’s not as important as if it was through 2-4th week of bloom, but again this is the start!
