👋🌱✨ day 82 Harvest happened right in the middle of a heatwave. During the last few days, I was barely able to keep the temps around 26–27°C. To keep the temperatures down, I turned off the bottom light for the last few days and dimmed the main led. + day of darkness before harvest.

____________________________ ~Seedsman Fuel D.O.G.~ ____________________________ 'Fuel D.OG Feminized was bred by crossing two highly celebrated and popular strains from the USA - Chemdawg (Sour Diesel x OG Kush) and Fuel OG (Diesel x Headband). Fuel D.OG is a 70% sativa, 30% Indica plant with very good potential yields both indoors and outdoors. Resin and THC production is also at a very high level. Its large trichomes, concentration of terpenes and the sheer quality of resin make this a very serious proposition for extract/concentrate makers. Fuel D.OG has more intense OG Kush flavors than the Chemdawg parent, with increased diesel emphasis and with citric, lemon and grapefruit scents. THC content is very high with low proportions of CBD. Today I watered her with 1.5g de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ added, then ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. I turned her pot and plucked a couple of yellow shade leaves...the basic daily maintenance. 9/22- I didn't water her yesterday as she looked great and was 'praying' hard. Today she was given 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ which I gave her through her drip pan (bottom chuggin) and I also gave her pot a turn. I'm keeping an eye on what appears to be a few seeds developing. I'm hoping they're just fat calyx's that haven't matured yet however there's a strong possibility that, due to a temperature fluctuation that was excessive (20℉) may have caused her to stress and turn hermaphroditic... Fingers crossed! 🤔🤞 9/24- We're getting close to wrapping up Week Six of flower in a couple of days and she'll be around four more weeks from finishing, with the most exciting weeks yet to come! I didn't water yesterday and today I went ahead and Top Dressed her with 2 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1 tbsp/g Dr. Earth Gold Premium 4-4-4, 1/2 cup Down To Earth Bio-Fish, 1/3 cup Down To Earth High Phosphorus Bat Guano and 2 cups of Worm Castings. I watered in the Top Dress with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉ and let her enjoy her meal! 😜 9/26- After her heavy watering on the 24th I didn't water yesterday and when I checked her today at 'lights on' and she still had some weight to her pot and her leaves were praying hard so I held off on watering today and will hit her tomorrow with her usual 1.5g watering. ~Thanks for stopping in! 2/4: Photo session day! Both of these girls do seem to be mostly sativa, as billed. The have a very pungent aroma..not quite normal. I removed most of the lower fan leaves. I had a total infestation of Cattus (felis) which I documented in my photos. Eradication seems impossible, so I'm opting to allow a degree of predation, but hoping trichome production will, at least, deter them soon.😁 2/5: I fed everybody today with about 3/4 gallon each and sprayed them down with Axiom harpin proteins for the last time this run. I made a DIY CO2 generator today using a 5 gallon cat litter bucket, a small aquarium pump, some air line tubing, and a bubble stone, plus 6 cups of sugar and 30 grams of wine yeast in 2 gallons of warm water. I put the tube where the CO2 is exhausted up against the back of the oscillating fan that aims down over the plants so they are being constantly forcefully bombarded with high levels of CO2(1300+ppm) from above. I set the ac infinity controller to allow the temps to climb up to 89f before the fan turns on. 2/6: These girls aren't stretching much, but continue to spend energy on their lower branches. I bought some Gro-Pro pot risers to elevate the pots so that they will dry out faster..seem pretty effective. 2/7: I foliar fed with big bloom and tiger bloom today. 2/8: I ordered a second 6" AC Infinity fan to connect to my controller, some ducting, and a diffuser which I'll mount to the wall, down near the floor. The fan unit will be in another closet, adjacent to the garden closet, and I'll run ducting up through that closet ceiling into the attic, with a filter on the end to keep bugs and particulates out. For the next 6 weeks or so, it will provide a supply of colder fresh air. I did the math, and it will now only take about 1 minute and 40 seconds to completely exchange the air in the closet. Depending on the outside air temp at the time, it should take anywhere between 8 and 20 minutes for the closet to heat back up to 80f and the fans to kick back on again. This Spring, on days when it's warmer than 72f outside, I'll disconnect the duct in the closet and stretch it into that bedroom, clipped to the window unit air conditioner output, cranked down as low as it will go. This Summer, I'm gonna just run a pair of the quantum boards and grow 4 or 5 autos in there, but this should help keep the temps cooler in summer as well, without dedicating an air conditioner to the grow op.🙏 2/9: I foliar fed them with grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom and checked moisture in their pots. They're due for a good watering tomorrow.

Orange pistols have started to show up but other then that nothing special happening , plants are starting to thicken up and still have many more weeks to go till harvest. Started to add some flora bloom to the feed to boost the finally product and increase the ppm because will the organic line I'm finding in it hard to get the ppm past 500.

The buds are nice and compact, super sticky too… The terps are really amazing, just like the mother plant 🔥🍒

Day 78 - Was just about to go ahead and chop today but decided against it and will give her till the weekend. She’s at about 25% amber so just about where I’d like her to be so just letting her completely dry out before chopping. Day 79 - Just letting her go until the weekend when she’ll get chopped. Hopefully her being dried out gets her fattening up a bit before beforehand. She’s about 30% amber so thinking she’ll be right about 40-50% but chop day.

I purchased a pack of 3 seeds, and one of them didn't germinate. I must admit this is discouraging, and I believe reputable seed banks should address this by providing guarantees to us growers. I'm not wealthy, and when a seed doesn't germinate, it feels like I'm wasting money. Regarding the fertilizers, they come in powder form, but I didn't see the option to measure in grams, so I used milliliters instead. The iron supplements I use are effective; I even found it strange not to have Plant Prod around here. It's a very affordable Canadian fertilizer that delivers good results. Many brands don't want you to know about this fertilizer. Look it up and let me know what you think.

---GENERAL COMMENT--- Girls are at day 4 technically, but i like to update Sunday always, so keep that in mind, is 1/2 a week now. From germination to soil emerging took 3-4 days, no issues at all. 100% germination rate from multiple breeders till now. I will try my best to do a stress free grow again, so will grow mainly naturally. ---RQS QUICK ONE--- She is tiny, tiny, tiny. The smallest seedling i ever have worked with. Hope she takes off soon! ---DAY 10 UPDATE--- over some days she got volume, just started to use RECHARGE, and wow, that thing works, 48H you could tell something is different, since watering with it the stem is thicker and is growing more vigorous, lets see how it will impact overall! ---DAY 14 UPDATE--- This is the last day of this week and this girl is showing some kind of wired markings since the beginning in the first sets of leaves, will do her anyways... She grew a lot, showing already the intension of shooting up more stems like her cousin. She will be on plain water and recharge till i stabilise and figure what is going on with her, at least for a week. This strains tend to be easy and do well with low nutes, light and etc, really basic, i like to pay to see so i never give up from a pheno, but is not fun to have issues... No worries though there is always a crop after the other 😎👍. Lets see what happens next.

Day 40: They got recoverd from overwatering. Leafs got darker because I gave them more nutrients, but gained early signs of slightly overfeeding ( Burnt tips on leafs). I had to boost them to fix it because there isn't much time with autoflowers. Now i only have to adjust my nutrient feeding with just 10 to 15% and its all good. They did stretch again, some growers love it but i think it is ugly and you will gain weak stems. I have to do something about the heat soon, because i want my buds compact and not fluffy. This will happen due lots of heat. I also have to start give them cal/mag, i saw first stages of deficiency. Not a problem when you are early with spotting it. Nice lovely buds so far Thats all for now Day 42: I have been defoliating alot to get the air between the plants. There are still some leafs and branches i want to get rid off, but i don't want them to stress out to much. Also i have killed of 23 smaller plants to make more space for the others. This is always painfull but stupid if you don't do this. If the plants didn't stretch that far due heat and low placed lights, this would not have been the case. I would still have alot of small nice plants. This was more the case for the gorilla's but it had to be said here as well since the Cherry Cola's will profit from it as well. See you guys next week!

Royal Queen Seeds website says that harvest time is 9-10 weeks after sprouting. This is week 11 so I am going ahead and harvesting even though I am not seeing a lot of amber trichomes. If you take a look at my pictures, you can see how big my cola is!! It is sooo packed and dense. The entire grow is 36.26 grams. I did flush this week before I cut it down. I am really pleased with this grow. I learned a lot and had a lot of difficult weather to overcome such as 100 degree heat and a hail storm. Miss Dosido danced her way to the end of the summer with a great cola and dense buds. Stay tuned for a dry weigh and smoke report. As always, you comments and likes are appreciated.
