Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Another week of this lady flexing hard! Looks like she's done stretching and is now on to body building, hopefully she packs on some pounds in the next month or so... Smells and frost are coming on and she's just rolling along. I expect another strong week upcoming.

After a healthy week of growing,I decided to top and do some LST. The bending went great the plant was very flexible. Now just waiting for the recovery period. If you see anything that I've missed or should be doing the suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Bloom week # 1 , had to dial the nutrients back a bit but I think I’ve got it dialed in now , explosive growth now with the heat pump and Co2 are in a sealed room . Lots of new shoots , going to be a very full canopy . Did some cleanup in the bloom room last night and lollipoped the Zombie Kush , will finish the under canopy cleanup this weekend

Hello Bros and Sis! How you doin? I'm back with some amazing strains from Royal Queen Seeds (thanks goes to James), Biological Seeds, and finally have the pleasure to try Humboldt genetics! YAY! Let's start saying that I've upgraded my tent to a 0.90*0.90*1.60m (3*3*5ft), so more space for the beauty and a more neat space for work&play! 😍 This time I've want to grow some Kush, to see and taste what everyone talk about, and something classy like the Royal AK (never tried before) and UK Cheese Auto, I wanna try with my own hands the speed of the fast flowering Speedy Chile and Candy Kush and make a jump into CBD's strain with the Pink Doctor... that's all, guys!😀 The girls are 1 week old and seems fine. A little stretch for them beacuse I prefer that than an heat stress caused by the MH upon their tiny heads. I try to follow the "Organic path" as much as I can do, and don't feed the plants until they really needed to, and I guess they don't ask for because the soil of choice is Plagron Allmix. I enriched some lightmix by Biobizz with 25/27gr of Vertafort pellets, for the Pink Doc that hasn't popped yet, so maybe I'll upload some new pics in the next days. As usual come and say Hi! Ciao!

i looked awesome all growcycle...i streched alot & i noticed it drank alot more then the other plants while growing...had a good yield, i´m very happy overall

All have taken well to nutrients, will probably keep at same ratio throughout flowering. Will also be using 1ml/l of b52 from flower week 3 and then ripen before flush. A few seem to be fattening up before the others but all are doing OK. Will update every 1-2days.

Settima settimana quasi le piante sono state travasate tutte peccato per una perché nn avevo più vasi grandi e lo dovuta mettere in un vaso da 3L. Tutte sono state toppate altre spezzate e abbassate per promuovere i rami interni in modo da avere più schermo verde possibile tra un paio forse anche meso due settimane vorrei swicciare 12/12 vedremo.....per il momento le piante hanno reagito bene al travaso solo una mi sta dando qualche piccolo problema con la fertilizzazione, staremo a vedere.

Day 172. Some strains ended up frosty, smelly and nuggy, so I already have 76 g from first Strawberry, rest should bring some buds too, couple plants will go untrimmed to my friends as presents, one was already given away ... Think I will have like 300 g easy, and my friends got same amount as presents. Not a bad project, with loads of issues, happily almost no care was given or needed, so I count it as a result achieved : 1. I know that Hermie is bringing other hermies. 2. UK weather is only for autos, that lesson should be learnt long time ago, but I still hope to find mold resilient strain... No updates or other strain harvests will be done, have no time to play ... In the middle of the 5 week most of them show their sativa characters with long branches, now in the 6 week they are completely start flowering, more photos soon Today 14/05/2021 I will change the lamp bulb to a specific one for flowering (always 400w) and will experience the CalMag for the first time in 4 years, all I have learned was self taught and I have never used this product...in my opinion it was a big mistake, hope to have a positive result 🌋🏔️🌋🏔️💚💚💚💚

Tag 25: Die beiden entwickeln sich doch sehr unterschiedlich. Sehen auch völlig anders aus. Naja malsehen wie es weitergeht. Tag 28: Aus Platzgründen musste ich die vordere Pflanze runterbiegen, hoffe sie verkraftet es. Zu allem Übel ist mein Ph Tester kaputt gegangen 😭 ich musste also heute ohne eingestellten ph wert gießen. Glücklicherweise bekomme ich schnell morgen Ersatz. Doch habe ich diesen Ph tester erst seit nicht mal 2 Monaten. Ich könnte heulen das alles so kompliziert geworden ist ......😢

(Update: 4/20/19) Please stand by while they dry. (Update Everything is going great though! The smell is very strong now; no more cut grass smell. From looking at all three today, I believe that some of the smaller branches will be done drying and ready for trimming and weighing in a day or two. I have one guess for dry weight of Big Lemon, any other guesses?? Remember, the picture of Big Lemon hang drying looks like its two plants, but its all Big Lemon; I had to cut it off to be able to hang it. The amputated branch left of the main plant is bigger than my other two plants alone! (Update 5/2/19) Woah...Okay. So after drying the whole for about nine days, and trimming for four days, Big Lemon's dry weight SO FAR is about 430ish grams of super dense and sticky nugs. Its amazing that I got more big bud than I got popcorn nugs from such a big plant. I have one more 1/2 gal Mason Jar of untrimmed tops to finish, then I'll post pics or a vid of the weigh up and glamour shots etc.. Oh, almost forgot, Little Lemon produced about 40 grams of very nice bud. This surpassed expectations because, although it was planted on the same day as Big Lemon, it was the runt of the bunch because it got pushed out of the main tent that had all the lights and Co2 environment and everything. It spent much of late veg under a very weak light. I remember how limp it was when I gambled on it and chose to switch her over to 12/12. But it was totally worth it in the end! Alight back to work for me. Check back later today for pics, vids! (Final Update: 5219 @11:09pm PT) Its done. Its finally done! I had to trim both plants with my own two hands! So Exhausting, yet so rewarding. So above are several videos of the weighing. Grand total for Big Lemon is 14oz of prime top shelf nugs, and about 3oz of nice popcorn/LARF (they are separated as shown above in a video. Forgive me for not throwing it all together to weigh it, I spent a long, long, very long time trimming and sorting and canning the buds according to their respective grade/quality. I may add one more update to show their respective weights. Oh and little lemon produced about an 1 1/2 oz of prime nuggets and quite a bit of popcorn/LARF, which I haven't gotten around to weighing yet. So, Grand Grand total of Both Lemon OG Candy (amazing job with this beast of a strain, Philosopher seeds) is about 18.5oz, or 1lb 2.5oz for two plants; 15.6oz of which is entirely made up of top-shelf buds 😎 Damn I love SoCal, I didnt even need to run carbon filters because no one be trippin about a lil stink weed. Thanks to those for following this grow! Tell me what yall think! Cant wait to see some comments from all you growers out there. (Update: smoke review after a week or two of cure) This Lemon OG Candy had an extended veg period, about 4 months maybe a little longer, and I harvested her on day 56 of flower (recommended harvest 60-70 days) because of the size/distance to light and her root-bound problems. The results so far, a very uplifting and stimulating quality.
