This week was good, stopped feeding nutes, ro water only, the buds are so solid, nice and thick. Didn’t think this was going to be so big, the 16”x16” fits the growbed perfect, it the plant is a little cramped, a 24”x24” would be perfect, as the branches would be able to droop more and allow more light to some lower growth. However after this I’m using these tents to do smaller scrog plants, which are photos. And I’ll do the auto-flowers in a more open environment.

New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. I've started using 0.6 "grams" of peter's per gallon of water. Not 0.6 mL. I don't know how to enter that. Before I started defoliating they were each drinking a full gallon of water per day. A couple days I misjudged and opened the tent to weeping lower branches. Now that I've defoliated, they each drink somewhat less. Pistols are still yellow. I'm assuming they'll turn brown/red before they're ready to harvest? My eyes are so bad that even with a scope I'm not sure I can spot cloudy trichromes turning amber. I'm not even sure I can tell clear from cloudy. I don't think they're getting close yet though, maybe 3 or 4 more weeks? I put the undersized screen up only because a few colas started falling over. I don't like that I can no longer rotate them but with the defoliation, I can see the back side. These were freebies from lucious genetics. Photo periods. I don't know what to expect from them. Until recently I hadn't smoked since the 80s. I'm sure they'll do the trick. :)

Day 21: From day 10 to 21 I couldn't take care of the plants because of private reasons, I asked my friend to take care of the plants and he didn't do a good job! He should had asked me or alerted me when he saw mayor problems, not just saying a little bit of light green or yellow. As you can see, we have alot of yellowing beneeth the plants, different sizes and even got some burnt leafs indicate that he didn't water on time. Did some run-off checks and saw many various values😓 Ph between 6.8-7.5 and EC between 1 to 2. The PH should had been 5.8-6 and EC at this stage 1.8+ since they need alot of nutrients because cocos soil doesn't have any. Because of this shit, they have been underfed, burnt, stress and more. Not ideal for autoflowers. Even the reservoir from humidifier was empty, indicating that it hasn't been filled for days!! Also it didn't got sorted out, there are always spots that get dryer faster or stay more wet. Get more light or less. Therefore it is wise to change spots of your plants all the time, I call it dancing. Your plants will grow more equally. If you look at the bigger plants, this should had been the size of all the plants sadly. They now look like they are in end of week 2 instead of week 3 and the bad plants end of week 1 😕 I did some defolation on some plants on the lower area. Roots start to show underneeth the pots, which is really good. I putted the bad plants in left under corner, Lets hope I can still nurse them. I still have 1-2 weeks to fix this before it goes into flowering, lets hope they will still grow double in size, otherwise this will be a lower rewarding grow.

Week 9 - Venom OG and an unknown seed strain. Tap water and Espoma Bloom full dose - 12hr light schedule

She's filling in nicely , I'm having trouble deciding on when to start my flush as the buds are not quite like rocks yet. Maybe in a week, flush for two with AN flawless finish. We'll see. She looks frosty as hell though. I'm cutting the moab out this week. Blackstrap molasses this week too.

Very fun strain to grow. Easy to train and love to get big. We had 2 different expressions on the plants and both where very pleasing. Both plants grew vigorously and provided me with just over 3/4 pound of dry medicine!

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. Comenzamos la 2° semana con un riego de enrraizador Deeper Underground (Top Crop) añadiendo 1ml/l en el agua con pH6 donde la dejamos reposar durante 1 día con una bomba de agua para eliminar cloro e impurezas. Día 9: La planta ya tiene 4cm y sigue creciendo sin problemas y ninguna señal negativa. Tanto la temperatura como la humedad la seguimos teniendo en valores óptimos. Día 12: Hoy tocó riego con agua limpia, sin nurientes con pH6, 200PPM y 30°C.

hello guys, second flowering week. i put one big fan for my flowering period. and some small stigmas coming slowly. i put more BH,BG and BB. 😀👍

The white widow is still smaller than the rest but she is looking good. She is back row center. Gave them a flush and fresh nutrients. Been pulling some leaves here and there to keep budsites open. Going to keep spreading her out as she grows. Will switch them to flower in a week.

She has started her bloom. She is growing so well. This week I took off all her tie downs. Then 2 days later decided to tie her back down. She has had steady tension on her branches. So when I released her, she tightened back up. With the ties on, there is little reason for defoliation, as of now. She gained height, but nothing crazy. All her main top branches have always been pulled down to be side branches. Everything else was let to grow that came up the center. Really the side branches are the top of the canopy. Surprised I have not broke a branch. 8/26 2 gallons Fed 8 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom, 15 MLS Tiger bloom and Foxfarm Open sesame 1/2 teaspoon. 8/30 Gallon and a half of tea. Cow and worm poop. Every year I'm going to grow a photo in a different shape. This year I just wanted to see how many tops I could make. Looking forward to next year's design. However not as much as I want to see what this voluptuous beauty produces. Voluptuous seems to be very fitting for her. Love this plant, she has been very fun to grow. She also thought me a lot.

the cutting time has arrived!! It's time to taste it, it smells really good, but not at all like the fresh plant, I'm a little disappointed.. after drying and curing, the variety smells like bananas, very ripe yellow fruit, with an earthy and sweet background!! it's very round in the mouth, very sweet and resinous, but there's some rubbish in the taste, on the exhilaration it's a bit acrid.. I missed the drying, the heads are compact but cottony... I will succeed better next time!! see you

Wow she leapt for the sky this week! Grew another 38cm this week!!! Over doubled her height!!!!! Look at her weird split stems!!! Very strange.

Day 91 from seed! She's been fed/watered every 4 days (when media is 90% dry) with 2.5 gallons flood-and-drain style of the above listed nutes. Other than that, I have only been plucking the occasional leaf that looks at me funny! :) Next week is flush week! I'll start next week by dragging her into the bathtub, to flow 50 gallons of tap water through the roots. Then she will be on plain tap water(2.5 gallons every 4 days) for two waterings - She should be dry on day 100, and ready for harvest!
