It's been a good week for the girls they're stretching into flower real nice. Plant height is 14 to 20 inches. I just got the dripper setup going at the end of the week and will be fussing with it till I'm happy. I will be watching the ph and ppm's in the res to make sure they're on point and topping off when needed. Thanks for looking😊

Letzte Tage vor dem Chop – Flieder-Terps & milchige Trichome 🌸👀 📅 Blütetag 73 | Gesamttag 133 Jetzt wirklich die letzten Meter im Double Run. Viel passiert nicht mehr – außer dass beide Ladies sichtbar auslaugen und immer zerlotterter wirken. Genau das, was man sehen will: sie ziehen jetzt konsequent die letzten Reserven aus den Blättern. Die White Gushers 33 braucht weiterhin Geduld, während die Triangle Sherbet Kush schon fast komplett milchig ist – kaum noch klare Trichome zu sehen. Reif ist sie definitiv, aber ich gebe beiden noch ein paar Tage extra, um den Sweet Spot sauber mitzunehmen. Beim Öffnen des Zelts kommt jetzt ganz klar eine florale Fliedernote durch – richtig angenehm und deutlich wahrnehmbar. Das Ganze geht in eine fruchtige, leicht süßliche Flieder-Richtung, sehr rund und schon jetzt ziemlich ausgeprägt. Seit einer Woche gibt es nur noch Wasser. Trotzdem trinken beide noch erstaunlich gut weiter – läuft also sauber bis zum Ende durch. Draußen wird’s langsam frühlingshaft, VPD deutlich entspannter – aktuell eher nebensächlich, aber zumindest keine kritische Feuchtigkeit mehr. Was mich etwas fuchst: die White Gushers 33 schiebt auf eigentlich fertigen Buds noch diese kleinen Türmchen. Nicht ideal, aber jetzt auch nichts mehr, was man noch beeinflussen kann. Ich gebe ihnen noch 3–4 Tage, maximal 5 – dann ist Schluss. ? 💬 Grow Frage Feedback – Dark Period vor der Ernte Im Zuge meiner Frage zur Dark Period vor der Ernte wollte ich das Ganze hier nochmal zusammenfassen: Vielen Dank erstmal an alle für den starken Input! 🙏 Es war wirklich interessant, die unterschiedlichen Meinungen zu sehen. Die meisten Grower sind sich einig, dass die Ernte am Morgen vor dem Einschalten des Lichts im normalen Zyklus der gängigste Weg ist. Einige setzen weiterhin auf eine 24–48-stündige Dunkelphase, während andere diese für unnötig halten und den natürlichen Rhythmus der Pflanze nicht unterbrechen wollen. Am Ende scheint es so zu sein, dass der richtige Reifegrad und das Timing wichtiger sind als eine abschließende Dunkelphase. Ich schätze die vielen Erfahrungswerte hier sehr – richtig wertvoller Input! Not much is happening anymore – except both ladies clearly fading and looking more worn out by the day. Exactly what you want to see: they’re pulling every last bit of nutrients from the leaves. The White Gushers 33 still needs a bit more patience, while the Triangle Sherbet Kush is already almost fully cloudy – barely any clear trichomes left. Definitely in the harvest window, but I’ll give them a few more days to really hit that sweet spot. When opening the tent now, a very clear floral lilac note comes through – super pleasant and quite pronounced. It leans towards a fruity, slightly sweet lilac profile, already very round and well developed. For about a week now, they’ve only been getting plain water. Interestingly, both are still drinking quite well – smooth finish so far. Spring is slowly kicking in outside, VPD is getting more stable – not very relevant at this stage anymore, but at least no excessive humidity. One thing that bugs me a bit: the White Gushers 33 is throwing small foxtails on already finished buds. Not ideal, but nothing you can really influence at this stage. I’ll give them another 3–4 days, max 5 – then it’s chop time. ? 💬 Community Feedback – Dark Period before Harvest Following my question about dark period before harvest, I wanted to sum it up here: Thanks everyone for the great input! 🙏 Really interesting to see the different opinions here. Most growers seem to agree that harvesting in the morning before lights turn on during the normal cycle is the most common approach. Some still like to add a 24–48h dark period, while others consider it unnecessary and prefer not to interrupt the plant’s rhythm. A-Day 88, B&C-Day 84 A-Nearing the finish line, she is in the middle of week 13. She has been getting nothing but water for the past 4 feeds now. She is fading fast. Lots of colours under loupe, I see pink’s and purples. Tricomes are almost all cloudy now and are close to about 5% amber. I’m going to ride her out as long as I can so I can get the other two closer to the finish line as well. Fat buds, some as thick as a pop can! 😎 B- Still getting full feeds of nutrients every other feed, on the off days, just a very lose dose of nutrients instead of just water. She is fattening up and stacking very nicely. Doesn’t have the same structure of A, but then again C, doesn’t look like A at all either. Same seed pack, same environment, slightly different training techniques, but what a difference in pheno expressions! C- Has slown down some in stacking, most likely due to the length of her buds and how long it takes to make a difference. Very decent at this point, I feel like she is almost 2 weeks behind A, and 1 week behind B in growth, but if she puts on some weight like I think she will in the last 2 weeks, she’ll have a good final weight 😎

Looking good height wise. But humidity is high at 68% and she is getting blackening / darkening of lower leaves that continue to fall off.

Harvest time for this naught OG kush from FastBuds. Not a lot that have been harvested, but there was a lot of tests that took placed. one thing i focused on this grow is how this gall is gonna operate when temps reaches 5 degrees and lower at sleep time and throughout the whole grow, how wil she do with 35% humidity. It was not outdoor grow season here so the challenge was on. She dit super well and at the end showed off some of the best colours I've seen in a long time with a tricone production that is thumping to the eye. Outside season, with no of the perfect conditions, this girl ripped it out and impressed me. I didn’t focus on massive hield but looked at how she performs and how the end product looks. Only have 2 things too say, beautiful buds, thumping smoke! I realy appreciate the creation of this strain by fastbuds. Really recommend this girl for all growers and to grow in extreme weathers. Long live FastBuds

8/12 day 64 plants in smaller pots suffer a bit from nutrient deficiency. Living soil seems to fit better in large setups, anyways they will be feeded with tap water only until i chop them.

Back from near death. The plants are doing well now. Hopefully a couple more weeks and I can move into flower

The CMOG from my other diary looks like it will be my first 1OZ plant when it dries. With my past experience of wet buds drying out to about half of bud weight, I'm hoping that they both come in JUST under an Oz a piece. Going to update with more pictures, going to take a couple days to dry and get a good weight and hopefully get somewhere close to the 64 grams of the ONLY sized Boveda packs I have right now 😇 -- UPDATE - Dec 20 2020 - Cure Day 😵😭 i once again got my hopes up by pulling the classic male "over-exaggerating" and all the wet weight came from the main stems. After 3 days or so of drying both plants together came in just under an ounce. The smell is great and I have no doubt it's quality bud but I need to up my density game somehow for sure. New nutrients or better set up, still very low-end with all my equipment as I've just slowly been finding affordable pieces to add as I go. Maybe more light? Feel free to hit me up below with ideas short of switching to a Hydro set up 😹 I can hardly afford my bags of soil so I definitely couldnt keep up with the financial costs of a Hydro set up yet 😓 Have had a few bowls of the dried/uncured bud and it's very nice, clean, and crazy good for being uncured at this point. She is now coming into preflower and loving the new T5's. She is growing nice and bushy with future tops shooting for the stars. The stretch is definitely near. She will continue to be tied down and has been pruned and defoliated as needed to give her that sexy shape i want her to have in flower. Her terpines are beginning to be noticeable and is of lemons, earthy notes, and loud gas. She is now also getting kelp extract added to the nutes. She is growing very nicely and i could not be happier at the moment. So far OSSC has my attention as their phenotypes have been very nice.

Very saddened by the turn of events, 3 herms, 2 different grow environments, but each tent had another strain growing along with it. No seeds or problems with the Cookies strain… I had no power outages, no light leaks, no schedule changes, and performed relatively little defoliation during flower. To me, this cannot be attributed to stress, as they showed no sign of stress or deficiency’s throughout the grow. Long story short, booooooo.

Great development. Good smelling too, pine and sweet lemon. Nothing out of the ordinary, but very nice and strong. Stretch sems to slow down now. Major defoliation on day 94. There still is a lot left since I am a stern believer in cutting off rather less than more. Over the next few weeks I will only take a select few leaves here and there blocking light to budsites up top and everything sickly looking down below.👍 Another few scoops of megaworm and Guanokalong added on top of the soil. No change in feeding, she looks like close to the max she can take and I already feed her a lot.

Day 47

Today was Harvest, Wet-Trim & Hang, we'll have to wait a bit more for dry-weights, flavours & effects. We were given a couple of clones from a family friend to try our hand at a straight, 8-Week Flowering. With both plants in the tent, we were able to really cut out teeth & watch as each plant responded differently. What was instantly surprising during the initial harvest was the drastic difference in overall yield. I'm sure we over trimmed, early on & as a result, Northern Lights came in looking thinner, taller & by comparison, OGPK came in looking a bit shorter, stout, thicker, heavier & much fuller. At the scales, Northern Lights comes in at 106.56 grams (wet), OGPK 76.4 grams (wet). So, that big buffy, thick look certainly didn't tell the tale. We'll have more in a few weeks once we get dry, trimmed weights & hopefully we'll have some flavours & effects to report!
