It's vegi week 4, and the two lemon ladies are doing splendidly. If they continue to grow like this, they should be ready to switch to the flowering stage by the end of week five.

DAY 65: Whelp, 8 weeks of shaming, abuse, experimentation, more shaming, and neglect-- the Lucky Charms plant is a f***ing female! Absolutely in-shock. I was so happy to learn she's a girl, but at the same moment was filled with so much regret, for how much better I could have treated this plant/how much larger I could have grown it. Just wow. So I took a clone cutting. It was a little small, but hopefully she takes because this plant is more resilient than a cockroach!! The White Widow plant is steady bushin' in the veg area with the little ones. I really love how short and stocky I've managed to get this plant through all the LST. Its starting to feel. like a bonsai tree. It has certainly earned its adulthood after the catastrophe it endured in Week-5. DAY 68: The re-potting of the Lucky Charms stunted its growth as expected, but its got a long way to stretch, so it should be able to utilize most of the new space. Itching to repot the White Widow. She's ready. Im just short on medium and space at the moment :/

Hello and thank you for stopping by my diary and checking it out. This week I have only watered when dry with a pH of 6.5. My last watering was spaced out about 6 days. I did some low-stress training this week a little later than I wanted to but better late than never. This next coming week I will be doing my first top dress as she has just been living off of the pre-charged time released nutrients that I mixed into her coco before germinating her. I do have very slight gnat larvae issues that the plant is showing via small white spots on the edges and one tip of a big fan leaf. I noticed these splotches on very few leaves but I was still curious on what was going on so I started scratching at the surface of the coco and with my decent vision I could see tiny tiny gnat larvae squirming around in my coco. So I have watered with a deluded neem oil solution and yellow sticky traps are on their way my shop was currently out of them when I stopped by. Other than that small issue I'd say everything is cruising along nice and easy with the purple punch auto from Barney's farm! She's definitely filling out and I am not seeing any signs of pre-flowers quite yet so she still got a ways to go I am so looking forward to this one! I'll see you next week! ☺️

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 12 June 8-14 FLOWER 7 Sadly, my journey with Frostbanger is almost over. This grow started as an unnamed FBA2502 tester strain completely unknown regarding growth habits, size, flavor profile or smoke effect. I used LST on two plants: #1 because she was leaning over so I decided to pin her down immediately. I decided to LST Plant #3 when I saw her nodes were short and stems were tight. To quote Fastbuds “Growers must know that these difficult-to-grow plants will pose specific challenges in terms of environmental control and nutrition” , making them best suited for cultivators with some experience under their belt. I mention this because 2 plants #4 & #5 always looked lighter than their counterparts. Having overfed in the past grows, I did not want to repeat the same mistake, especially when the other plants were lush and green and did not look deficient. I thought it was genetics, but I found out that these two plants probably had nutrient lockout and would have benefitted from a good flush. Overall, I didn’t make mistakes with overfeeding or over trimming. I had to manually control the environment since the ventilation went out. I did pretty good at maintaining a functional environment. Plants #2 & #5 developed pretty reds in their upper buds and leaves probably because of the air conditioner. The A/C brought the night temperatures to 65-68. This week I am flushing with an anticipated harvest this weekend. I did the last plant pictures and videos and trichome shots on each plant. I did preliminary defoliation removing the remaining fan leaves. For most of the sugar leaves I trimmed off the ends leaving the base with all the frost. These are going into the trim bag to be washed into bubble hash. Grow diary 11 Stage 2 Days 11-20 The light schedule was altered to 19/5 on day 11 and the 6 inch distance was maintained until she went into the main tent. Lights on 7pm off 2pm Day 12 was the 1st time she was watered/fed since day 6 when it was soaked for transplant. After day 12 she was fed 300ml every day and the run off checked to make sure everything was in range. Day 18 she was topped after the 2nd set of nodes. She wasn't quite ready yesterday when i did the other 3 strains, and i forgot to take picture's. I'm thinking of removing the lowest set of nodes in a few days and doing a small mainlining project, She was moved into my new main tent (gorilla shorty gt225). The light is my mars hydro TS1000 set at 50% power 20 inch above the canopy. The wilma system is just hydroton/clay balls, and the feeds are on at 8pm for 15mins and on at 12.30pm for 15mins. Day 20 she seems to be adjusting to the topping and the transplant. I'm happy with how the last 9/10 days have gone, its still been mega hot and i have managed to battle the heat quite well so the plants haven't suffered. At the moment all 4 strains are at about the same point in growth. Temp Max 27.8c Avg 23.8c Min 19.4c Humid Max 69.5% Avg 55.7% Min 45.4% VPD Max 1.98 Avg 1.32 Min 0.71 Hope to be back in 10 days without hitting any problems.

No training, just hope for them to deliver. Day 57 . All is good, small doubts about FD3 but she has to make it or bin it ... Future looks brighter, other girls form some buds and 50 g is looking achievable at least on couple of them ;) Future will show ;)) N went down as feed chart, still no huge hopes from them.... Some leaves look hungry, couple redish stemps with mini Mag def on FD and thats all for now.... Day 58 Morning. Girls starts to love it 4 sure. Droped down temp by 2 degrees from 28 to 26, they liked it even more. Hope it will stop pistils going amber in begining of flower ... In the midle of the day all will get molasses and cal mag, leaves a bit too bright, hope molasses will boost bacterias and last bits of N will be used. Increasing level of Top-Max aswel. So feed looked like : Heavy feed Water with silica Water Water with molasses and CalMag At the end of the week they will get heavy feed again. Day 58 Evening. New attack system ;)) instead of 2-3-3 , girls regrouped into two heavy rows and now go like 2-2-2-2 ;)))) Girls are drinking really fast, still get only around 1.5 liters every second day. For auto i quess its ok. In couple hours afer feed they pray, so its a good sign always ... Day 60. Heavy feed day, they started to bulk up everyday, really nice to see them everytime. Day 61. They are bulking up. Thats all i have to say and i really really like it ;))) Day 63. End of week. Everything looks fine, just i really would want to defoliate them a bit, but dont want to stress at the same time. They look too sensi for me. All 3 FastDiesels started to show Mag def even on stemps, gave stronger cal mag water mix just for them. They need it often and a lot. Happy growing !

Day 56-63 (Day 57) I might have to fix the light to the roof of the tent so I can get another 3 inches up. The ppfd is just too intense at this height. The node stacking is super tight, I’m seeing some droop on almost every plant and the plants just look stunted. I might have to take out the big shelf I just paid 90$ for and raise the light to get the ppfd level down. This happened my last grow as well. It’s a great light for flowering but sucks ass for veg unless it’s hung 5’ above the canopy. I’ve seen videos of others with the same light and they have to fix it to the roof. The dimming function only works with a master controller I don’t have the money for right now. Pulling bbb #2. I’m seeing very small but clear pollen sacks. It’s also drooping like crazy. The roots don’t look as healthy as some of the other males I pulled earlier. They have a slight brown tinge but still mostly white. I wonder if I accidentally gave top dressed it too many times when I mixed them all up a while ago. I’m going to transplant bbb’s #1, #3, #6 & #7 into my 10 gallon destiny/coco pots lightly water. This is kind of a gamble because 2 of them are not showing definitively. Although I’m about 75% sure they’re fems. If not, I got my two backups. (Day 58) I was reading about symptoms of high PH and I definitely have it indicated by the twisted and stunted growth on top. I’m going to try to water in a full gallon at 5.8 and see if I get a good response. I sprayed the pump nozzle directly into the soil after it was empty to put some oxygen into that big 10g pot. The blackberry I gave the lowered PH water too noticeably responded within a few hours. The clawing has pretty much stopped and it now looks like the healthiest plant in the tent. I’m going to see how it responds over the next few days then try it with my other plants if everything looks good. I’m going to try it with bbb #5 in the 1.7g pot and see if it responds in the same way. I ran a gallon of 5.8 water through 1.7g and got less than a 100ml of runoff which is a little surprising. The runoff measured 1750ppms which seems a little on the high side but isn’t insane for peat based soil. (Day 59) Wow. The plants responded to that little PH adjustment insanely well. #5 isn’t dropping at all and the leaf wrinkles are actually flattening out. It’s starting to look like one of the healthiest plants in the tent. I’m still hoping for #5 to show female. 5 plants would cut my veg time down and give me another opportunity for a keeper pheno. All 4 plants are looking like they’ve already recovered from their transplant. #1 in particular was drooping like crazy yesterday and today it’s bounced back and looking happier than ever. I’m seeing a bit of tip droop on a few plants but they still seem fine I wonder if because my soil is 50% coco I should try watering on the acidic side, around 6.0-6.2 from now on. I’m almost certain that solved all the issues I was having. (Day 62) Plants are all looking really healthy. They all seem to have outgrown the initial light stress actually but node stacking is still really tight and I hope to raise the light up next week sometime. I’m going to drop the humidity to 60% for the rest of veg. These pots are massive and I’m still a little worried about dry downs but they aren’t showing any signs of overwatering or lack of oxygen. BBB#3 is starting to show some weird discoloring like an mag or nitrogen deficiency. Which is weird because it’s freshly transplanted into nitrogen rich soil. Guess I will give it a kelp foliar spray. I’ve been looking for a good organic source of K without an absurd amount of magnesium and sulfur like langbeinite has. I found some 0-0-15 kelp/seaweed extract in soluble crystal form. So from time to time I will water that in at half strength or with compost teas to keep my soil K dominant. (Day 63) I’m still waiting on #6 to show sex. I am shocked it hasn’t shown sex yet. Although it was started a week and a half after the others but still. I’m going to be so pissed if it ends up being a male. I’m taking a gamble but I’m confident it will show female when the time comes. bbb#3 got a little more color back from that foliar spray. Hope that doesn’t get worse because it’s my favorite pheno so far. I will give a N boost in the form of compost tea tomorrow afternoon to both of my tents. I’m starting to utilize the scrog net and boy does it make training way easier. This seems to be a much smarter style of growing for yield and quality. I’m getting tired of these pH fluctuations every time I water. I’ve been eyeballing for the most part and I need a consistent formula. I found the perfect mix to stabilize my RO water and stabilize the pH at 6.2. I moistened the top soil of each plant and will watch for any reactions. Water recipe: 60ml bottled water 2000ml RO water 3ml calmag 2ml microbes

This week I moved them into their own grow tent because I realised I couldnt wait for them to naturally flip into flower. It would have taken atleast 4 more weeks. Im really excited for the orange sherbert as the stem smell amazingly orange like. They are under 300watts of LED from mars hydro (samsung evo LM301H EVO). I might add another 250 - 400 watt HPS later in the flower stage as the plants will fill the tent. I will give it another 4 - 7 days before i start tying them down (LST) to make sure I maximize the grow space and allow time for the final stretch. Like this i estimate a yield around 500g to 700g of dry weight once harvested

Looking forward to my first ever grow. Any tips is welcomed, growing a Critical XXL CBD strain. Its been exciting this far seeing the rapid growth under the full spectrum E900 LED light.

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.
