MY WEED SMELLS LIKE WEED. Filling the room, creeping through the apt, what a glorious time. No major smell worries where I am so I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. 😍 On to Backbuilding/Bud Tipping. (Shoot me any advice on this down below!) I experimented back mid-week with 3 tipped buds that had similar control buds side-by-side. After 4 days there is a noticeable difference in density and bud structure in the 3 tipped buds compared to the very fluffy and softer buds next to them. No overall size difference but the tipped buds are rock hard and filling in gaps down the cola compared to the untipped buds. A light squeeze on both a tipped bud and untipped will tell you the difference right there. Happy with the results after seeing them for myself and lucky enough to find this technique at the end of week 4, I tipped majority of the main colas on Danny and some larger buds on Arnold today. Which means I also get what OG growers call a "First Taste" once my tips dry out and cure for a few days. 😛 Other than tipping, I've just had to keep up with Arnold's feedings since lower leaves are still fading if I skip mineral nute feedings. Looks like they will be getting only PH Perfect and/or Molasses feedings until the final flush since they can't get enough food in the ProMix medium. I've still had constant defoliation during to avoid leaf overlap and light blockage. Since I'm now entering week 5 of flower I'll have to get it where I want in the next couple days and go hands off for the last month or so. Thanks for checking out my grow! Follow along as we're getting to the good part and I'll update again this week once the tipping sets in 💪 MID-WEEK UPDATE: Random Heat/Humidity wave in Southern Ontario so I'm keeping a close eye on the buds after dark periods. Keeping air moving well so far so hopefully I can avoid mold/mildew in last few weeks. Twins are looking good. Arnold still super hungry so I've upped the nutes a tad and skipped plain water feeding until the flush. Just fed them PH Perfect/Molasses cocktail. Big Arnold on the right is definitely rootbound by how the water is draining so I'm looking at a lower yield from the right plant. I get run off from small Danny during a regular feed but takes a lot more to get any from Arnold and I don't want to overwater in this random heat/humidity wave. The Backbuilding/BudTipping is working like a charm. The tipped buds are filling down and way more dense than the untipped. Popped the SoundLink in the tent today to give the twins some music while I go about my business. 1st day of week two. still seedlings. Followed the simple Fox Farms Hydro Chart but only used 2/3 of the recommended nutrients. The two on the left are Delicious Seeds Dark Purple Auto, back center is Sugar Candy, front center is Eleven Roses and the two on the right are Delicious Seeds Golosa.

Come nella settimana precendente tutti nella norma credo, sto trovando qualche foglia con delle macchie marroncine al centro ma non ho ancora capito il problema, avevo i ventilatori al massimo e ho diminuito un po' la potenza visto che ho trovato delle voglie con un po' di twist

Been away for 10 days so had a friend go up and water for me just water without feed as I realised I was giving it the bloom and the dragon force which should be one or the other first I’ve seen since being back looking pretty done to me gonna leave it a few days see if buds are still fattening up a decent amount

Ending the fifth week of flower, we are humming right along. Needless to say, weeks 1 to 4 of flower is where the hard work comes into play (pre and post flower top dressings, PPFD light adjustment, defoliation, structure netting, etc.). Now, it's just a matter of ensuring good health until harvest. Towards end of this week five, you can see the canopy of buds gaining in density and weight. I'll continue to gauge whether or not a second netting is needed. The super soil medium was top dressed at the end of week four, so that's it in terms of feeding. The final tea will take place at end of week six. Thereafter, ph'd water until harvest. The estimated harvest window is January 28 (day 56) to February 11 (70 days). Aside from the physical beauty of these girls, the smell is getting stronger by the day. Installing new carbon filter today. Plants doing really well. This one isnt drinking as aggressively as the other 1 gallon plants. She's getting the same amount of water but is becoming more water logged than her counterparts previously. She's turning dark dark in the leaves. Almost black.

About day 38 i am just realizing that i am stupid and been feeding the biogrow for cocoa coir 🤦‍♂️ way iver nuting with soil it says never to go over 1ml/L So i will be flushing for at least 1 or two waterings. Looking for the tip burn to stop spreading and the tips to not look like there clawing

Purple Crack from the Cali Connection Moving into flowering now and she is growing very nicely , lots of potential bud sites developing and Ive done a full Bucket rinse , wash and nutrient change . I also rinsed the roots with some nice clean water to remove anything unwanted. I've also upped the nutrient strength to 4mls per litre and added Big bud to the regime. 28/04/2021 (Day 43) Se realizo un nuevo cambio de solución, las plantas ya están tirando pelos y los leds están al 80%, se observo un gran crecimiento radicular y las paredes del tallo son increíblemente gruesas y duras. 03/05/2021 (Day 48) Las plantas vienen con un crecimiento optimo pero la flora se está tardando demasiado en hacerse presente, se estima que es debido al estrés que tuvo en semana 3 de vege produjo un retraso de algunos días. Esta semana se incorpora Safe Roots al sistema con la finalidad de que deje la solución lo mas limpia posible. También se realizaron bastantes defoliaciones ya que no existía penetracion de luz teniendo en cuenta el tamaño que están ocupando (85% del espacio de cultivo a 30/35 cm de altura) 05/05/2021 (Day 50) Se realizo un nuevo cambio de solución, esta vez utilizando safe roots para limpiar todo el sistema hidroponico. 600w de Citizen a 30cm en 160x80 y la plantas parecieran que si les doy mas luz van a usarla, es increíble la tolerancia a la alta intensidad de ppfd que tienen, gracias a esto logramos subsanar esa semana de raíces marrones. La temperatura bajo drásticamente y nos dejó el indoor en unos 22 grados, donde todo marcha perfecto.
