I am happy to announce a new beginning! Left them alone this week except for a watering. First strong one I gave them. Found a mushroom in my soil a couple days later. Think I might have disturbed him because he died on me.

Tag 45: Leider hat eine Pflanzen braune Flecken bekommen. Vielleicht weil ich den Ph wert einmal bei 6,2 hatte? Der anderen Pflanze hat es nicht geschadet. Die schlimmsten Blätter hab ich heute mal entfernt, jedoch scheint sich das ganze noch weiter auszubreiten. Zum Glück ist es nicht mehr lange bis zur Ernte. Diese sollte spätestens in 4 Wochen sein laut RQ.

Added Exhale c02 and top dressed in each pot with 1 tablespoon per gallon of growing medium my pots are 3.6. I added 3 tablespoons. It is my hopes that with adding the slow release dry amendments and once the c02 bag sarts growing my plants will finally grow. They are short but have 4 nodes at day 21. What is an exhale c02 bag? “The ExHale bag is a patented strain of mycelium that produces an abundance of CO2 without fruiting. This means that when our bag is activated, the mycelium grows, eating the substrate it comes with, giving off heaps of CO2 straight into your garden, and it does all this for 6 months - guaranteed!” At day 25 I am not impressed with the size of these girls? Hope they hit a growth spurt soon? Their internodes are stacked very nicely. At day 28 growth is very slow. Practically none existent since my top dressing at day 23. 2 plants have received a very minimal nutrient burn. As I do not have a soil ph tester? I will be watering with a ph of 6.0 rather than 6.5, hopefully that helps. ONWARD!

Fruity Pebbles auto 2 is not as big as plant 1 is. She had a lot more issues getting to the solution then 1 did. She is in it now and starting to show the extra boost in grow. I did clip the tips of the few longer roots. Everything has been looking good. She should be getting her first lst soon. Week 4 continues with recharge and TPS1. I added Fox Cal mag increasing ppm to 685 - 805. 5/1 That was a fun feeding week. I got heavy handed with the TPS1 which put the ppm to 1600= so I had to dilute with more water which changed the ph. So I carefully added the smallest amount oh PHdown..then the PH was 5.08 so then added ph up. Oops too high, let’s try again. Ok finally within range with 6.02. Am I the only one?? Hopefully next week I have better control on the nutes. With my AC controller in charge of the humidifier, I must add 3-4 gallons of water a day. (Getting my lifting exercises in regularly). Girls are fed 2 liters of water every other day. Nutrients: TPS1 7ml per gal Recharge 5 ml/gal Fox Cal-mag 5 ml/gal Took pics /51 and 5/3 which show the vigorous leaf growth after only 2 days following defoliation and training. To achieve this, I am aggressively pinning down each branch coming off the main stalk while defoliating regularly to keep the top open. The weather was way better this week then last week. Days are getting shorter and i'll noticed she's getting ready to bloom because she's streching a lot! i'll guess she will show the first blooming signs at the end of this week.

Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training.
