Day 51 - The switch to RO water has made the world of difference in DWC. Definitely don't over look water quality if you grow in any type of hydroponic set up. But the girls seem to be taking off, they smell so gassy and sweet, real strong aromas. Hard dense nugs which i know will continue to fatten up (the RO water change has allowed me to run a lower EC of around 0.8 and the pH has been super stable at around 5.7 i like a rise and dont mind it going up a little bit its been fine since using RO) The buds have got loads of colours coming through and I'm excited to see how the end result turns out. I think this will go 9 weeks (63 Days if im not mistaken) if needed ill let her go longer but we shall see. Day 55 - Girls are getting on well, slowly tapering the nutrients down letting the girls drink and eat. EC is at about 0.8. Won't go higher than that until harvest now, most likely. Leafs are turning a purple/black colour from the colder night temps. Buds are gettibg harder and thicker by the day. Will be feeding right up until a few days before harvest. Then a flush for 3-5 days with just RO water. Still about 7-10 days left.. maybe even 14 depending on what the trichomes are telling me. Stay tuned for the next one. Flavours

Had to defoliate again in week 5 day 32 so far we defoliated 3 times , day 19, day 26, and day 32. Start of week 6, this next 2 weeks the plants should triple in size and start crowning,and all defoliation are done.

Moved her to her final bucket, sat for a few days - then topped her down to the 3rd node, defoliating the 1st nodes completely It recovered and is now getting a set of nutes 24hr light cycle 7ph water

Well that was fun. First time delving into the homegrown world and I’m officially hooked. Following the cocoforcannabis nutrient schedule and method, I ended up with 200 grams of dry bud and an extra 40 grams of trim/larf for edibles. I may have had them in the dry tent for a day too long, the hygrometers in the jars have settled around 54% RH, but they feel pretty damn sticky and moist to me. Been toking the larf and the high is really nice, definitely smoother than anything I’ve gotten from a dispensary. Can definitely taste the 🍇 and I’m excited to see what a little more cure will do. Already have my seeds ready for round 2, thanks for checking out the grow!

I’m keeping VPD high to push metabolism and speed up bud development. Watering is split into two cycles per day, EC around 1.4–1.5. Fans are set just right – enough to make the leaves slightly move, but not enough to stress the pistils. Stay tuned – and keep growing 🌱

Flowering day 19 since the time change to 12/12. Hey all together 😀. This week she has developed beautifully ☺️. I poured it 3 times with 1.2 l this week. Tomorrow I will add the 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom because the first blossoms are coming :-). I checked all the leaves thoroughly for pests or diseases and everything is fine ☺️. Next week I'll look at your roots as soon as the coconut is completely rooted. As every week, the tent was cleaned and the entire technology checked. The humidifier was also refilled every day 👍. Im 20 days into veg. Recently gave them a feeding of compost tea with a top dressing of worm casting, they have responded very well. I topped 3 of the 4 plants. Only because the 4th somehow topped herself🤷‍♂️🏽. Put up a trellis that i had to maneuver around the AC, but seemed to turn out ok. Also added a small oscillating fan to go along with the other small 6 inch fan.

📆 Week 13, 16-22 April 2024 16-20 April - Let the plant grow. 21 April - Increased light power to 100%. 22 April - Let grow and observe for signs of light stress. This week her bud began to grow in length, so I decided it was time to turn up the light intensity to help manage this process. This will bring the DLI to 60. Understanding this is a high level I do closely watch and observe. Because the light has increased the heat will raise some, so there may be a chance of burn to look out for. I dont expect either one because of the distance from plant to light, but am aware. Repoted them into 5 litre pots from pot noodle cups , pulling top fan leaves still . The side branches are catching up slowly.

Hi to all friends of the green leaf, So, the move to the big tent went well, you can see the strawberries like the space, they started to expand immediately. Today I gave them one last "big" training, they are all starting to bloom nicely. Oh, and lest I forget, for the first time I'm experimenting with adding CO2, I used the normal fermentation process, using yeast, sugar and water. I mixed it all up in a bottle, made a hole in the cap for the tubing, and placed the end of the tubing in a circulation fan. So, have a nice time and keep it growing ! Peace✌️
