The plants have been on cruise control 🛳️ so far and they’re loving every second of it! Despite all of them being popped around the same time, I can see the purple lemonade finishing up much faster than the lsd-25’s. No deficiencies to my eyes, slowly plumping up day by day 🤘

Que hay familia, volvemos con malas noticias, un ejemplar salió hermafrodita y toco sacarla de su hueco os dejo fotografías de algunas ramas. Las 2 que quedan no pintan mal , se me fueron mucho de altura pero bueno XL. Ph controlado en 6,5 temperaturas máximas 28 y mínimas 19 , sin problemas aparentes. Variedad algo difícil para principiantes.

Getting bushy and starting to stretch out. They're so compact and tight😀 I boosted the ec this week to prepare for the growth spurt that seems to be coming. Short spade shaped leaves. Lush green and all of the bottom branches have stretched and evened out with the main topped branches. No problems so far any I'm happy.

Day 1 drying: Really nice strain! Easy to grow, medium dosage of nutrients. Smells amazing, I’m really curious how they will end up after the drying. Let’s see in some days. Drying day 7: finished and damn the terps are amazing! Smells and taste amazing. It reminds me of amnesia but in a mix with mimosa. Super special. I do really recommend trying this one out. But I would recommend using living soil over coco!

It has been very difficult keeping the temperatures down due to the hot summer weather. It has been over 90 degrees 3 weeks in a row here and I'm running lights during the day... bad combination. These plants haven't slowed down though...

Creciendo (nesecita trasplante)

Ya empecé esta semana regando con un litro un día si y un día no y alternando también los fertilizantes un riego con ellos y otro sin. Al poner le el led a la carpa pequeña para el final de la floración ha subido mucho la temperatura pero espero que aguanten.. creo que esta será la última semana que eche fertilizantes como lo veis?

La semaine 5 s'est plutôt bien déroulée, même si les autres plants ont connu un léger excès d'azote. Heureusement, mes plantes n'en ont pas souffert. J'ai pris la décision de les nourrir exclusivement avec des éléments favorables à la floraison. En parallèle, je commence à défolier délicatement une à deux feuilles par jour. Elles ont arrêté de s'étirer et elles commencent à se concentrer sur les bourgeons. Un grand merci à Louloutre qui m'apporte son précieux soutien !

Week 8: the last week of veg for Gigi! During these days I've started watering normally again with ph'd water and some additive. This week was really flat: nothing bad or good happened, I think it's time to put her 12/12 and start the flowering session. I'll defoliate the next week, she need some chill before the light change. I'm troubleshooting with my reflex and pc right now, this old stuff doesn't work. 😑 However I've managed to do something. Making some beats and growing right now and I'm feeling good after work😁

End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. These are going to be some pretty in a month from now. The tallest is at approx 6” from the light at approx 380w so we’ll see so far no sign of light or heat stress.
