Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎.

Bella oggi finalmente ho iniziato il ciclo di fioritura, due piante mostrano segni di carenza di magnesio ? O nitrogen nn so....solo quelle due le altre sembrano apposto ,oggi ho defogliato un po' e tolto i rami più bassi che nn prendono luce , le due auto ancora sinceramente non so da dove provengono saranno semi che mi avranno regalato e sono finiti in mezzo..... comunque procedono bene iniziano a buttare resina e di questo ne sono contento. Ho spostato le piante con i vasi più grandi verso il fondo sembrano promettere bene. Ci si vede al prossimo update.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

This strain likes to stretch a lot so in full swing. Bottom leaves crumbling and turning brown/ yellow. This is in a shared autopot base so increasing nutrient dosages throughout.

Update: Nicer photos. Looks good to me. Hopefully it will fatten up nicely. Easy week. Feeding it like mad... no additional burn.

Half way through the flowering now. Oreoz from the super sativa seed club is looking great. she loves food and supports HST very well, we did several toppings, and is very suitable for a scrog, she stretch more like a sativa plant, with longer branches but the buds have the typical indica snowball structure, a well balanced hybrid i must say. The smell has some nice hints of chocolate with some gassy creamy background. Very rich in THC and in general a very easy to grow plant. some support is required due to the longer branches
