This plant that I harvested today I've only defoliated and she took well to that. I LST and defoliated the other plant and she is still ripening will harvest her soon. 285gramms of wet bud is quite good for first grow, so i should get about 60g dry, I'll update actual value when dry. She was in the tent with 4 other plants under the Skyline 1000 lights which pull 500w from mains. She filled the room with some sort of orange/lemon candy smell. Smells really nice. I'll update when I harvest the other Candy Kush and report on taste/effect once dried. ------- Day 79 I harvested the other Candy Kush, gave 280g wet, not much of a difference between the trained and untrained plants, although I think she could have gotten fatter had I left her longer. Looking at the buds now that they dried up they got much smaller :D Really loving the smell, can't wait for them to cure.

There has been a bunch of action this week..LST, defoliation etc. The plants seem pretty happy. I am trying to slow them down so the little Black Apple Hitchcock can catch up. pH 6.0 240 ppm The water (solution) is 68F

This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.

a new grow is on the cards. it will be a race between two fast-flowering varieties. On one side we have fast buds with gorilla cookies and on the other side zamnesia with green crack F1. i'm trying to create the same conditions for both as much as possible. it will be an outdoor grow in an autopot flexipot system. both will get the same fertilisation and have the same substrate to grow in. the substrate is a mix of expanded clay from Plagron and coconut fibres from Canna. The fertiliser comes from Hesi. germination went very well. i first put the seed in water for 24 hours and then placed it in a wet paper towel for another 24 hours. the seed germinated after a total of 48 hours. then i planted it in the coco substrate and after another 48 hours the seedling broke through the soil and got its first rays of sunshine. it will be my last outdoor grow for this year and i'm looking forward to seeing how the plants grow in late summer.😋

Started her outdoor in a 1.5 l pot, had great weather with alot of sun, but in about 1-2 weeks in bloom the weather changed and the temp droped to about 5 celcius by night, so se slowed down in growth, took her indoor under a budget 150 w led light and after a few weeks she started to fatten up and eat alot again, shes a real gulper of nutes, A plessure to grow! The smell is amazing! Very strong genetics! This strain has potntional to yield enormous in a bigger pot and better light. Amazing work by @Fast_Buds A very very potent smoke! Perfectly balanced hybrid, love it! Starts in the head and lift you up and get you giggly then slowly gets down you're whole body and get you very relaxed

So a whole lot has happened in the last 2 weeks. My main goal has been setting up for season 3 outdoors in my new garden where I will test my theory. I went a little hard on the plant ferment I made and have been feeding because the Whiskey Zulu and the Girl Crush because have a few spots on some leaves so I guess they might've briefly locked up a little. No problem with the Ogreberry though. The Whiskey Zulu smells like purp—like GDP, the Ogreberry smells like fruitloops with some funk and a little like Northern Lights. The Girl crush smells like a sweet diesel og—and I've just switched her over to 12/12 not long ago. For season 3: I've ordered seeds from DDA who owns Boneyard Seeds Norcal on Dagga.garden please check him out before it's 2 late. Please checkout his fantastic selection of cultivars. He goes by Mr. Toad on youtube if you have any questions. The man is a fantastic breeder and educator. [With my order of Roberts Creek Congo × Space Cheese seeds he sent 10 free The Ghost of Toadally Haze and 7 of a cbd/cbg strain for breeding called Holy Ogre. In the package was also brown rice ocb papers, a soil inoculent, boveda packs, terploc curing bag, stickers, and arugula seeds.] I met DDA through a future cannabis project live, he was in he comments spreading killer knowledge and I asked him a few questions about my ideas and he educated me for a long ass time simply because he's all about it. That's a breeder whose genetics I want in my garden, (and then he sent me all the freebies without even knowing me.) The man will have my buisness for as long as he's selling seeds because he values education and fosting the next generation of growers. He gave me some tips about rooting clones and now I've rooted my 1st clone for this next season. I think the temperature wasnt consistent enough before... Día 02. Tuve que empezar la floración. Las raices estaban empezando a salir por el caño de descarga. Además estoy notando que al quedar mucha agua atrapada entre las raíces, la toman más rápido y los 20 litros que puse no sé si van a alcanzar. Ya había tenido este problema hace bastante y me había olvidado. Pero igual no me preocupa tanto. Sé que puedo manejarlo tranquilo. Así que al final, la semana anterior fueron sólo 3 días. Ahora voy a ir planificando bien, dado que la diferencia de altura en una de las Polaris, me va a obligar a ir llevando un LST riguroso. También estoy empezando a pensar en formas para evitar las tapadas de raíces. Creo que algo se me va a ocurrir para implementar en algún momento. Voy a hacer un corte de hojas muy grande cuando haya terminado el estiramiento de pre flora. Porque quiero probar cuanto afecta a una rama el quitarle la hoja principal. Algunas he cortado y otras cuantas no. Apliqué Feeding Enhancer de Greenhouse, en forma foliar la noche que pasé a floración. Voy a hacer una nueva aplicación en una semana seguramente. Tuve que bajar la frecuencia de reigo de 30/30 a 15/45 por hora, porque creo que eso hizo que se hagan tan grandes rápido. Igual es un dato que voy a tomar en cuenta para el futuro. Día 04 Me preocupa la velocidad a la que se toman la solución nutritiva. Les puse 20 litros hace 4 días y quedan solamente 12 litros. A este ritmo voy a tener que empezar a poner mucho más de los esperado. Aunque igual, creo que cuando haga un trim fuerte de hojas, ahí van a empezar a regular más el consumo de agua. Además al haber crecido tanto las raíces, es mayor la cantidad de solución que queda estancada en las raíces y es consumida. Así que eso también será un tema a mejorar. Me gusta que las plantas estén así, pero siento que no las voy a poder controlar.

Two out of three were fed with nutrients today on 8/10 2/3 were fed with plain ph water on 8/12. Back plastic pot still drying from plain water feed on 8/10 8/15/25: 7 more days until lollipop & slight defoliation. Need to feed all 3 with nutrients.

I cannot wait for the harvest to begin… dam… this plant is doing the thing that make the pots to be done[South African Phrase], she has shot up, during my absence it’s like it was getting watered with nutrients and water mixture, and all she was getting was water. next week hopefully I’ll find the measuring tape and measure the height of this beautiful plant, my eyes cannot believe my labour, it’s fruits are becoming unbelievable, I hope that the bud is going to be big and juicy, I want to nothing but to smoke the best.
