Noticed spots on leaves. I think she might have a calcium Or manganese deficiency. DAY 16. TOPPING DAY 18. removed 2 top leaves to clear light for undergrowth. Day 19 definitely think i have calcium deficit plant. Will be adding some cal-mag nutrition in next couple days. Say 20. Major fan leaf pruning. Hopefully new growth will explode soon.

In this diary we will dedicate ourselves to Watermelon. 😀 I would like to thank James of the Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these strains. 🙏 LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Watermelon Automatic. The breeders from RQS set out with the intention of crafting a strain that lights the taste buds on fire. To achieve such a tantalizing terpene profile, they selected two of the most flavorful parent strains available: Tropicanna Cookies and Lemon OG. Both of these varieties are packed full of limonene, myrcene, and other fruity and earthy molecules. Watermelon Automatic emerged with a genetic makeup of 75% indica, 20% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. The speedy autoflowering strain managed to inherit all of the tasty terpenes from her ancestors. These are the characteristics, we will now see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Soil is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with soil. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the soil and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to Watermelon, there are two more Purple Punch Auto on the Farm to keep him company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put humidifier to raise humidity. I think everything was well but then i see the Doppler Plant starts automatically to bloom 😳🤯 and that under a 18/6 Cycle. I know that S1 Strains (self pollinated Mother Plant) are not Automatic Plants. Only when one of their Parents have these Genes. So i was a little bit confused and started to write with the Breeder about that. They are really curious too, how this can happen Was a wild Week with that News. But don’t worry i give her the best Light Intension as i can for the other Plants Veg. PPFD Range was between 500 and 600. Get the Pot higher that she get enough Sun. For now it was not that bad I‘m sure there come not really an Stretch. I started to spread the Plant out as much as i can with LST Mixed her before i discovered that 500ml Water with 20ml Orgatrex and 1g Bactrex in it. It wasn't quite what I expected, as I now drive one Auto and three Photperiods. But I'm still in a good mood 🤩

Checkout my Instagram @smallbudz to see the Small budget grow setup for indoor use, low watt, low heat, low noise, step by step. 01/11/2019 - Started using BioBizz Alg-a-Mic on spray, using it once per day at lights off, 1 or 2 puffs to create a light mist, only on non feed days, I mixed 0.1ml on 100ml water 6.4 PH. 03/11/2019 - Gave her 250ml plain water with 6.4PH 05/11/2019 - Gave her 0,15ml of each BioBizz Grow, Max and Bloom on 300ml water 6 PH didn't manage to get it higher to 6.3 at least. 06/11/2019 - She started to show some pistols, probably entering pre-flower. 07/11/2019 - Soil was to dry due to 2930c temps gave her 0,500ml of 6.5PH water with 0,25ml Grow, 0,25ml Max, and 0,45ml Bloom BioBizz.

This is hands down the tallest I have ever seen an auto flower get this fast. I have a feeling this is going to have a rather large yield given the container size. I hope you enjoy the pictures and videos I have added. The data is nice to collect on the cloudcom thermo-hygrometer. Critical Purple Kush ha pretty much finished the stretch phase and entering the finishing stage. A noticeable amount of hair changing to orange and lots of trichomes. Some node stacking this week, but starting to slow down. Lower buds started bulking up. Smelling very strong this week, and very sticky. This plant has thirst like not other, but started to see more runoff this week. Flowers stacking hard and Still drinking 6-8 gallons of water every 3 days. Getting oranges hairs and resin production is ramping up. I was able to get a batch of boogie brew in this week. I also went ahead and added the bee pollen I was curious about. It has lots of ammino acids, and so does the fish fertilizer i have but I don't like using that in flower so maybe this could help. Its been sitting around for years and says its expired in 2019 though i don't think it ever really goes bad unless it moldy or something. I figure at worst I piss off some people for being curious. So i dissolved it in some water and added about a cup to about 40 gallons of water. Each plant got roughly 1/4 cup. I been pushing these plants to the limit. I haven't been wanting to turn my lights down because they are helping to keep my humidity in check. Even been running the de-humidifier day and night now. Also been trying to go an extra day between watering to keep the humidity down as well. it was over 90 percent humidity much of the weeks outside. The thermostat got messed with mid week and temps in the tents got to 92 again a few hours at the end of their day cycle. I think this week I will adjust the lights to turn off 30 minutes sooner, and try to get them to start drinking a little less water

This week the plants seem to be adjusting well to the Mega Crop nutrients. Also the plants are doing well with the 19 hrs on & 5 hrs off light schedule. Today is January 31st which means it is time for another feeding. They received a 1/2 gal of feed each.

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. This week was when I first recognized that there was something wrong.... Initially I only realized that the stems of my little girl were slightly bent downward. In some cases I have experienced this orientation when a plant is exhausted and about to got through its sleeping period but, this seemed different. In the following days I began to notice that the lower leaves were beginning to fade, the stems began to turn red, and still the leaves were bending downward and not praying to the light! At first I just figured that my plant was in need of a feeding and transplanting to a larger container but, after doing a bit of research I realized that the I may have been experiencing a phosphorus deficiency. From my understanding I knew that these plants require nutrients that is high in nitrogen during the vegetative part of its life however, I did not realize that it's still needed an adequate amount of phosphorus in this stage too. As I mentioned perviously, I decided to reuse my soil for this grow and as a result of sterlization my growing medium no longer had any nutrients to offer my plant at the time. I believe this is the reason I began to see signs of deficiencies and going forward if I ever reuse my medium again I will make sure to re-amend it before using it. *I also topped the plant at the 5th node this week as well*

The plants Start to have the same size. Except the #3, but maybe with the stretch I'll can work on it.
