Happiness is opening the tent each morning to this plant! Her scent grows exponentially almost daily. She is a frosty lady and packing more trichomes on daily! The trichomes are still almost all clear with mabey 10% being cloudy on the larger top buds. I am thinking she will be closer to a 10wk finisher, but we will see! I am continuing to slowly lower her nutes over the weeks as we get closer to the end. Also continuing to pull large fan leaves that may be blocking or rubbing against and causing damage to other buds. As always, happy growing and stay safe friends ✌️🏻😊

You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. 8/12 (Day 56) - Well it’s a week and things are looking ok I suppose. Everything is staying in check and I’m feeding full strength and the plants seem to be handling it well. Drinking 4-5 gallons a day. I think the stretch is pretty much done so hopefully we can get some big juicy nugs to develop. These ladies are sooooo stick. I defoliate and 10 seconds later it’s like my hand is covered in stick glue, and the smell…sooo sweet. Like a tropical candy. Going to be doing probably one last big defoliation on these girls in the next day or two. I’m always plucking here and there to be honest. But seems to be ok. Thanks for looking! 8/13 (Day 57)- Did some very light defoliation on three of the plants, then the back right plant I ended up removing a ton of the lower growths and leaves. It needed it pretty bad I feel. She is a little behind the other plants but looking good none the less. Just going to continue to monitor and feed regulary. 8/14 (Day 58)- Started the morning with the flush and change of water and nutrients. Everything is looking good, going to leave them alone for a few days let the one plant recover and grow. All conditions are steady and constant. 8/15 (Day 59)- Just continuing to monitor and check for issues, feeding around a gallon or more every 4-5 hours. I am noticing more and more frosty goodness as the girls continue to develop! As always tips and recommendations welcomed and appreciated.

This was my first time growing outdoors, and this variety did well in Eastern Ontario region. I started seeds indoors and put the mainlined plants in the garden in early May. They were done flowering September 27th. The plants were beautiful and purple. The flavour is sweet and earthy. This is remains my favourite variety. One thing I learned from this outdoor grow is that I need to allow more space between plants. One of these Purple Kush plants was choked out and didn't grow as well as she could have. Next year I'll do a better job.

Nothing new on the leaves at all. So I think the trio that I added is helping. The plants also seem to be in raised happy position going towards the light. I still plan to change the water on Saturday and go from there. 3/10/2023 Week 3- Day 6 of Veg (Day 37 overall) Moved the light up to 41 1/2" so 3' 4 1/2" away from the top of the Plants. PPFD= 363 Power on my Light =62.5 Water Temp is holding steady=70.3 PPM= 534 PH= 5.92 Tent Temp= 72.5 Humidity= 50-60% I have 2 humidifiers running on INK Bird controllers monitoring it 24/7. I will be changing out the water tomorrow even though I could let it go an extra week but I am still concerned that the Root Rot is clearing up and I don't want to risk it coming back. I want fresh Nutes/ water in the tanks. 8/23 Fed 2 gallons of nutes to the garden. I'm planning to increase feeding to three gallons as plants look hungry. Ice cream cake isn't as vibrant as it once was. Still losing leaves but I find that is consistent with others in my area according to the local growers page. The hurricane missed us but the rain and humidity are still a problem. It's not raining (plants were soaked so it rained last night) and rh is still 100%. It's outdoor so what can I do? What I NEED to do is spray BT and something to combat PM. Plants are flowering nicely. It's good to actually have some flowers to look at. The smell is great too. 8/24 Didn't water as it rained last night. Defoliated what was dead. Fog was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Everything is in flower. The little ice cream cake flowers don't look like they like this rain. I don't blame them. I don't remember the last time it didn't rain at night. I noticed more damage on plants or maybe old damage. Either way bud shoots are gone on a few lower limbs. I can't pull up my bags as the are firmly rooted. I checked under the five gallon buckets (which were also somehow firmly rooted) and found a shit ton of earwigs underneath. I killed what I could. I tried spraying a bug with dawn but it didn't kill it or at least didn't kill it right off. I stomped on them and tore open the earth. Logic dictates they are probably under the grow bags as well. I'm going to try Spinosid tonight. I'll look up some other methods as well. If anybody has advice please hit me up. UPDATE: Went back down at 6. Super sunny and humid today. Temp was 92 with humidity about 90%. I couldn't spray. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Found four more moth leaves on the sick isolated plant. They must like the injured ones better. 8/25 Watered and defoliated what needed it. Buds are growing rapidly. Took pictures but have been unable to upload due to slow internet connection. Hopefully the weather will allow me to spray tonight. 8/26 Watered heavy as it's been in the 90s. Couldn't spray as it was to hot last night. Buds are tightening up. Ran out of LCPT so I need to find an alternative. Now that plants are flowering it's easier to see the damage from the earwigs. No buds where they should have been on some low branches. Not many and hopefully the few that got lollipoped will focus growth on the top. I hope I'm able to make it down late tonight to work. I was worried about my plants flowering late but that might be a blessing in disguise. I've seen lots of people losing plants to bud rot. This heat is killing me. Yesterday was over 95f with rh in the 90s. My medication makes the heat harder to bare. Defoliated what needed it. I'm in town looking for a fungicide. Planned to use apple cider vinegar this morning but of course I couldn't find it. Buds still rapidly forming. I'll update later. I picked up potassium bicarbonate and citric acid and have the recipe and ingredients for both diy green cleaner and green cure. Once the sun starts going down I'm going to use the potassium bicarbonate recipe. Bought a bunch of potassium bicarbonate and citric acid. I am now able to make diy versions of both green and green cleaner. I mixed 1tbsp potassium bicarbonate with 1/4 teaspoon dawn and sprayed two gallons on the plants last night. Leaves were yellowing more and traveling upward on the blueberry. Bleeding like nitrogen deficiency. I'll monitor. If plants don't improve I'll need to do a flush and an application of Spinosid. Wanted to take pics but the phone died. 8/28 Thoroughly watered today. I also had to defoliate a ton of yellow leaves on my blueberry's. I'm hoping it's not nutrient lockout. I still have three issues that could be my problem 1) the WPM 2) PISSIBLY ph fluctuation or worse w lockout and 3) earwig or inch 🐛/ moth larvae causing damage. I'm coming out of my funk so hopefully I can fix these issues. Smell is amazing and the buds are really starting to develop. They looked bigger in the evening than they did in the morning. It was over 90° f yesterday and I woke up to 50 this morning. I'm sure these big temp swings don't help much. 8/30 Rained last night but I watered slightly as there wasn't much rain. ADDED TWO MORE I.R. CAMERA'S last night. I feel more secure as the area is also protected with motion sensors and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not going to mention. Anything bigger than a porcupine and things get bright and loud and signals get sent, roads blocked ECT. Not my first rodeo deep in the Maine woods. The grow will not be left alone and hadn't been for a few weeks. Anyway I lifted a 5 gallon bucket and found more earwigs. It jives with some of the damage I've been seeing. I'm thinking of spraying spinosid instead of BT tonight. At least the buds are starting to fill in. They don't seem to bother those as much. They did bite off a bunch of grow shoots though. Either way I have a few issues to deal with. As long as the weather stays alright until October I should be fine. My ice cream cake is barely flowering and it's HUGE. I have another seed that's in a similar state. Others are further along. We shall see how things go. The little ones could be transported inside at night if necessary.

Germination and Preparation The Do-Si-Dos seeds from WeedseedExpress arrived well-packaged in a discreet envelope with bubble wrap and a branded shopping bag. After just a few hours, one seed already sank to the bottom, not a good initial sign. Despite this, I kept all three seeds in the germination process, and all of them developed roots. I did a slight defoliation of the skinniest branches, changed up the nutrients a bit, and dropped the light schedule to 12/12 today on 5/31 Canopy is clearly wall to wall, pretty level. May add a second support net during/after stretch. 5/1 noticed a bit of potassium deficiency in some older lower fans, so I added more trio bloom. 5/4 update: The plants are now 33in tall, and showing some N deficiency. My runoff is 1500ppm, which is about double my inflow, so I'm increasing fertigation events, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, I'll be lowing the ppm of my solution.

This is my first coloured cannabis strain and this red critical Autoflower from BSF seeds is an amazing strian. The smell of the buds is so fruity. Cant wait to harvest this red plant.

This girl took very well to LST and defoliating. Didn’t notice any sort of stunting from the defoliating, she chugged on as if nothing happened to her.

The buds have gotten a bit fatter since last week 😼Im very happy so far. I did over feed them a bit a couple of days ago, probably for the excess PK13/14. You can see some of the leaves have burnt tips. Well now ive ran out of CANNABOOST and decided to replice it with Canadian Xpress Headmasta, ive read great things about this booster and its also much cheaper :)) Peace
