Been a slow week with it been so cold trying to get the temperature up

Gush Mintz clone

The week ends Mar-31, being day 91 - week 12 of flowering since flipping the lights / day 75 since from first pistils shown. This strain is expected to flower 60-70 days. Harvested the plant in 2 stages over a 10 day period. Lower buds got exposed to more light and definitely seem to have ripened further since the tops were harvested. Fertigation was resumed using GHE Ripen for first 5 days followed by a flush and water only (no pH adjustments) for the last 5 days. The remainder of the plant was trimmed, manicured and separated into A, B grades and trim/larf buds. The buds and sugar leaves are completely covered in resin glands - glistening away in every angle. This last harvest was done after an extended period of darkness (24hrs). Trichomes across the board looked good and ready with 70% cloudy, 10% amber and 20% clear. The water consumption definitely was slowing down in the last week. The drying buds have a very strong strawberry smell after being hung, whilst during the harvest and trimming there was no noticeable scent of weed. Really great stealth type of plant for harvesting :) Using the tent now as a drying area maintaining a higher humidity of 50-60% between 17-19*C, hopefully to extend the drying period whilst hung. Buds are placed in jars once dry to touch then managed until in the curing zone. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom. Super Genetik mit einem Nachteil für mich. Leider ist sie zwar zum waschen gut geeignet, aber sieben (trocknen) lässt sie sich gar nicht. Es klebt einfach zusammen wie Knetmasse und in der gefriere wird es auch nicht hart, sondern bleibt weich. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen 🙈. Aber sie riecht sehr nach Orange 🍊 🤩. Update 1 Kleine Test Pressung mit 3g gemacht und ist ganz gut, aber noch nicht ganz trocken. Geschmacklich schmeckt es sehr nach Mandarinen 🍊 mit einem Rosin Return von 73% (2,2g). 🤩

Same as the previous week, temps and humidity are way better, getting closer to the end of winter, its Spring Day tomorrow. This will be the last week of using Rippen. next week will be the final week before harvest. The Flower Smells comes and goes as the fans stop and start...

05/31 -Day 64 ~650 PAR across the canopy. A & B continuing to stack. C & D’s pistols are starting to change colors along with some swelling. 06/03 - DAY 67 (C) top nugs are feeling tight and hard. Still assuming another 2 weeks till chop. (D) Foxtails coming out everywhere but not too extreme. Possibly another 2 weeks. (A) & (B) slowly progressing still.

3/27 Been fighting the warmth of the lights and the rising temps lately. Amnesia is still sacrificing leaves, but much more slowly now, letting me pick out about 5-10 per day. I really don't know what caused it all, but at least this could make trimming easier. I'm trying to make sure I pull off all the browning and crispy leaves so that they don't get absorbed by growing bud. Trainwreck is getting much more purple, but is also browning in some spots. Trainwreck doesn't let go of any leaves, as the base of them is still green, which makes it more difficult to sift through the brown leaves and pull them out. Fed at the end of last week, may have been Friday. 3/29 Feeding 3/4 nutrients today! 3/31 Fed 1/2 strength nutrients and lowering lights to 50% before going away for the weekend. 4/1 They survived my time away. 4/2 Some crispy leaves needed to be plucked from Trainwreck to open up other budsites. Trichomes are still not amber.

Stickiest plant I've ever grown hands down. I'm looking forward to the end product - next week I will be looking under the microscope to see the status of the trichomes to determine when the flush will be.

This lady has gone through many changes this week.. Firstly I tightened the scrog net and she was stripped of her fan leaves and the lower future bud sites have reacted well to the light. She has grown immensely in the last 2 weeks and I have now stopped tucking her under the net. She is starting to shoot out her Pistils and beginning to form tricomes on her leaves. Exited too see what she does this coming week!!!! =D
