Really love a set of scales to keep track of weight too. pH and EC are both critical for thriving plant health, but temperature also plays a pivotal role in achieving optimal growth. It also happens to be the fundamental parameter that's most commonly overlooked. When you think about temperature in the context of a growing environment, you could be referring to the temperature of the air around the plants or you could also be referring to the temperature of nutrient solution or irrigation water, which will affect the root zone temperature. While air temperature is important, for the purposes of this piece, I'll be focusing on root zone temperature and its effect on nutrient uptake and overall plant health. That's because a plant's root system is the location of two essential chemical processes: water and nutrient absorption. In each of these processes, having the correct root zone temperature is paramount for these to occur efficiently. In a nutshell, root zone temperature will affect the rate at which your plants are able to absorb nutrients. If you let your root zone temperature remain unmonitored and uncontrolled, this could lead to disastrous effects on your overall crop yield. Nutrient absorption is largely driven by chemical processes, which take place in your plants' roots; the efficacy of these processes is determined by the temperatures to which those roots are exposed. Once your root zone temperature moves out of its optimal range, the plant will not be able to deliver optimal levels of nutrients and water. Hi all growers. I'm reporting the end of the fifth week. At the beginning of the week, the girls received a flower fertilizer - 50g BIO Bloom from GHS each in a grow box. As is usually the case with autoflowers, after starting stretching, the girls started showing the first ailments on their bodies and they're really annoying me :) I don't know if they don't like the flower fertilizer, or the higher pH that has risen in the drain, or they're just taking a while to realize what they're supposed to be doing. In the last few days, they seem to have understood what's expected of them, their condition has improved and they're starting to smell nice. Good luck to you all! - Čau všem growerům. Jak už to u autoflowerů bývá, po nástupu do stretchingu děvčata začaly ukazovat první neduhy na těle a už mi s tím pěkně serou :) Nevím jestli jim nechutná květové hnojivo, nebo vyšší pH které se zvedlo na odtoku, nebo jim jen trvá si uvědomit, co že to vlastně mají dělat.. Poslední dny zdá se už pochopily, co se od nich očekává, jejich stav se zlepšil a začínají i hezky vonět. Ať se vám všem daří!

It’s the first week of growth, and my cannabis plant is off to a great start! I used the method of placing the seedlings in coco tabs right after they sprouted, and it seems like it really worked well. The plant took to the coco quickly and is looking healthy and strong. I moved it to a small propagation station for the first few days, which definitely helped it establish itself. Now that it’s in the tent, it’s still progressing nicely. The leaves are starting to form, and everything looks on track for a healthy grow. I’m excited to see how the plant continues to develop in the coming weeks. So far, everything looks promising!👨🏽‍🌾🌱

🌾 Week 27 Harvest Update 🎉✂️ Harvest week is finally here — and what a run this has been 🙌🌱. Both plants were taken down right on schedule, with trichomes sitting in that sweet spot: mostly cloudy with just a touch of amber ❄️✨. The flush did exactly what it was supposed to do, and the fade coming into harvest was clean and natural. Red Hot Violet finished strong 💜🔥 — dense, well-stacked buds with rich coloration and heavy frost. Structure held up beautifully all the way through chop, a clear payoff from the long veg and training. Amaretto Sour was an absolute treat to harvest 😮‍💨🍋

🌱 Sticky Broccoli – Grow Diary 🌱 Week 10 | Late Veg | Coco + Perlite SCROG net is now installed and canopy is being trained into position 🌐 Branches are being tucked and spread to create an even canopy 🌿 Plant is filling the screen steadily with strong upward growth 🚀 Structure is wide and controlled, setting up for optimal light coverage. Some areas still need final topping to even out height ✂️ Lower growth also needs additional lollipopping to clean up under the canopy. Foliage remains healthy green with good vigor 💪 No signs of stress despite ongoing training. Airflow improved under the canopy 🌬️ Roots fully established in the larger pot ? Clearly got dominated by her pot mate. Looks and smells awesome though. She got planted about a week after her pot mate. Maybe thats why she got the short end of the stick. These plants are not mine. I am just documenting them. Day 22: Today I increased the lamp output to 100 watts. So that the fresh new leaves are supplied with enough light. In the little video you can see how I mix the fertilizer. I also find the play of colors of the individual components quite beautiful. Of course I also solved the small visible residue before I watered the plants. Day 25: The trunk is slowly becoming a trunk. With increasing growth and the number of leaves, the seedlings slowly become young plants. Day 27: The first roots protrude from the bottom of the pot. I think it's time to plant the young plants in larger pots. The plants became 3 times this week 200ml of water with 0,4g/l Hybrid Powderfeeding by Greenhousefeeding.
