26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. Entering the second week full of doubts, are they stunted? I transplanted four of them into 8 l airmax pot.Also a little bit of something similar to mold appeared on the seed shells (grey little hairs).Can it be the mycorrhiza? I began adding Royal calk, cause i heard and readed that the autos need it since the begining(this one is susprisingly concentrated) and inoculatethe first time with the microbe photosynthesis plus,3 ml/l the first time and 1,5ml/l the next weeks along with a sugar application once a week in order to feed the microbes and fungi from the floor.

Week#5FLO, Aptus nutrients 💪🏻

This strain is very heterozygous. 4 seeds were started. The 4 phenos were very different. I saved 2 of those phenos for my arsenal, which is quite exceptionnal. I ususally save just one pheno from a strain. The Pheno #1 was mainly sativa (75%). Long branches. Lots of fluffy buds. The more resistant to mold, but it has to be with the fluffiness. The taste was cheesy and spicy, which has nothing to see with the 3 other phenos. Not a single ressemblance with ak-47 parents as well. It shares the musky undertones of the strain, but nothing else. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. Terpene profile was deceiving, just as the cannabinoid content. The Pheno #2 has more indica in it (45% indica). robust and tall plant with dense heavy buds. No mold resistance at all. Biggest producer. The taste was earthy and musky with hints of wood. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. The Pheno #3 is my favorite one. It reminded me of the good old Ak-47, with her flowery/sweet/skunky smell and taste. Pure nostalgia! Tall and quite robust plant with huge fluffy buds coated with trichomes. She grows pretty similar to Lemon Skunk if you know the reference. Great producer of top quality buds. So sticky! In my top 3 sativa for 2 years. The aroma is very close to the old school Ak-47: sweet, flowery and skunky. It tastes like sweet lemon on the inhale, with a sharp touch of spicy lavender and earth on the exhale. IMO, that is the pheno we want to save from that heterozygous strain. Backcrossing this one would be a very good idea. The Pheno #4 is just as interesting as my favorite #3. The only issue with this one is about mold resistance. Crazy compact and heavy budst! One of the most productive I’ve ever seen too. More traits of the Ak-47 in the aromatic profile, but nothing like the #3. On the structure side, we can immediately recognize the sturdy and bushy structure of Ak-47. THC content is very high too. I suspect the CBD content to be high as well. The effect is a mood elevation, with good focus and a deep body relaxation; a bit similar to what White widow does. The aroma is earthy and pungent. Very skunky and musky. It tastes very sweet and earthy on the inhale, with hints of skunk on the exhale. That pheno #4 expresses the best traits of the Ak-47 in its structure, while pheno #3 kept the aromatic profile.

All I can say at this point is these genetics are stellar. She is still putting on bulk and has formed some truly beautiful colas. She's showing mostly cloudy trichs at this point so I believe I may chop her next week. I am not wanting to go too far past peak THC production as I am not looking for sleep medicine with high CBN. The smell is floral and quite pleasant to behold. She's frosty and looks like she will press into decent rosin when all is said and done. She's just coasting now, drinking plain pHd water and enjoying the last of her time in the tent. Really looking forward to the cut on this one. Lots of defoliation to help with humidity levels. Flowering time now fingers crossed for nice big dense buds. Advanced nutrients in full use with a tiny cheap dehumidifier added but doesn’t seem to be getting humidity down to target levels yet so may need to invest in something better. 1 liter of water almost everyday and feedings are 3 times a week. Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday feeding schedules with nutrients added right to each plants water intake for the day.

Hi everyone ! it's the end, a bit sad for these ladies, but happy to taste my own production and i hope i can be self sufficient i learn a lot from this first experience, and i want to thanks all people who support me 🙏. I have a goal for the next session, keep a healthy plant / root system until the end 💪 thanks for all the advices. if i can leave a feedback and some advice for my next grow and for people who are interested by this method : - NEVER use a (too big ) rigid frame if you can't walk around your plant. you need full access to remove leaf, cut some branch, etc ... and check plant/root health during the whole session. - For NFT Setup, Change the nutrient solution frequently and if you are a beginner and don't know how to keep a healthy system, Don't take risk ! and change the solution each week or 10 day MAX, "you are not a wizard Harry !" - Oxygen is life ! Muy buenas, otra semana más por aquí, (bueno no hace tanto que subí la anterior semana😅) pero sí, su ultima semana; 😢😋 Tuvimos un problema a última hora, una Super OG Kush fue infectada por la araña roja, como se conoce comúnmente, pero que en realidad es un ácaro que se alimentan de plantas que se suelen encontrar en ambientes secos, en la zona que hábito (hemisferio norte), hubo muchos días de verano en plena primavera😓, debido a eso, llegó la plaga. Para el próximos cultivo de indoor, que será en septiembre, ya que en verano, si sistema de climatización, no se puede cultivar en óptimas condiciones. Esta Super Og Kush fue sacada del armario, y revisamos todas las plantas, por suerte la plaga, sólo atacó a esa planta. Y fue cosechada dos días antes que las demás, Dicho esto, muy contento con el resultado, agradecer a la familia de Kannabia y a Mills Nutrients, por haber colaborado conmigo.
