***** Week 10 growth - February 13 to 19, 2021 - Week 2 Flower *****
Mandarin Mimosa is certainly growing beautifully!!! MM1 has been strong and a taller grower from the start. MM2 however has taken off in stretch.......she is also being grown in a 3gal pot so she will be slightly smaller than MM1. These are 1:1 girls but I am really looking forward to smoking this strain😍👍 The terps should start coming out more over the next couple of weeks, Terpinator being added now as well to assist with aromas. Tips up on these girls almost all day long, they are the happiest in the tent this week😂😂
2nd SCROG layer in now....finally😞 Lots of work to do in cleaning up the lower leaves next week. Will do larger leaf strip and lolipoping when they start focusing more on bud development.
Light is at 24” only pulling 310 watt, and the meter at the tops of the girls is roughly 28,500LUX. It is feeling like it’s a little strong for them but it’s close......the curling leaves is slowly increasing on the tops. By the end of the week we are at 400watts and reading 38,500LUX, this should be roughly 980 umol/s/m2.......over 900 and less than 1,000.......should be good for going into week 3.
Nutrients switched over to flower schedule and following week 2.....but so-called back a couple of items. Adding some other items beyond IPP line so backing off some of the ppm to compensate. Still only one “feeding” per week. Early flower so hitting the microbes a little harder this week and next and then slowly start backing off. I like Remo’s Natures Candy for sweetener because it has humic, sweetener and old school molasses, amongst other things to feed the microbes as they are in coco. Bud Fusion being used now for pk boost.........no more “red kool-aid”😂 Still adding Rezin from Green Planet becuase it seems to boost my trichome quantity.....Terpinator likely this week as well......increase some of the sulfer to increase aromas.

Feb 13/21 - Day 8
- 3.5L watering with CalMag @ 1ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1ml, Resin @ 1.5ml
Feb 14/21 - Day 9
- 2nd SCROG added today.....finally. Plucked a bunch more leaves in the process
- watering with microbes only today. Recharge has some molasses in it so just adding that.
- 4L water for these girls with Recharge @ 1/2 tsp/gal
- 320ppm and 6.0pH
Feb 15/21 - Day 10
- today is big feed day....its been 7 days.
- 3L each girl with all the IPP line as listed plus silica @ 1ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1ml. (Bud Fusion was 0.2gr/L)
- 1325ppm and 6.0pH
- Girls gave run off at 3L today so didn’t push past that.
Feb 16/21 - Day 11
- some feed left from yesterday so added 6L of plain water to dilute it and watered into the girls tonight.
- 3L full feed of nutrients for each girl
- 800ppm and 6.1pH
Feb 17/21 - Day 12
- 3L each girl with Terpinator and CalMag @ 2ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1ml, Recharge @ 1/2 tsp/gal
- 775ppm and 6.1pH
- increased light power to 350 watts. Now at 32,500LUX.......take it slow over the next week and keep creeping up. Leaves have a bit of a taco shape coming out and looking fairly serrated at the edges.....pushing the light intensity on the tops👍
- leaf colour on the girls is very good......tips are not burnt either.
Feb 18/21 - Day 13
-3L each girl of plain water today
- added beneficial bacteria and enzymes @ 1.5ml
- 330ppm and 5.9pH
- was looking for a little lower pH as I have not been checking runoff.
- have to do a leaf strip this weekend......start of week 3.
- light power increased again, 400 watts now.
Feb 19/21 - Day 14
- day out day.......they have not had one in a bit.
- humidity was higher today as door to grow room closed today to assist clones with more humidity.
So that takes us through two weeks of flower now. Not knowing these girls enough yet, I suspect feeding will stop at the end of week 6. That leaves four more weeks. I will treat the next two weeks like mid flower for nutes, and the following two weeks as late flower. Feed supplements accordingly. These two girls are very happy and looking like we should get some nice colas from MM1!! They are rocking ETS.......looking forward to seeing the bud swelling next couple of weeks💪👍👊

Auto Northern Dragon Fuel is growing really well. The only issue is I need to go to twice a day with water. She has been drying out she is drinking, and absorbing a lot. Everything is growing great. Good development like her sister dark devil #3 planted tje same day on August 3rd,good size for 17 days old, let's see how she performs,looks super happy in a very rich and complete soul full of organic amendments and beneficial bacteria and fungi life.

This gorilla cookie by fast buds is freaking awesome guys, I'm really in love with this genetic, very strong smell, trichome glands everywhere, and 2 out of the 3 plants that I'm growing are going to develop full purple buds!! Amazing autoflower plant man, I'm not disappointed at all, I hope to get a nice amount of buds with the 3 Gorilla cookies because I cannot wait to taste those buds! Let's keep on working! 💓💚💛👨🌾

This week has been one of great gains in both size and vegetation we have seen a vertical leap in two plants that is astronomical almost 4 inches in a week! Had to do some pruning to expose new bud and a little bit of low stress training on to plants to see if we can expose light to the underside and perhaps get a little more love out of our lower buds The stalk size on almost all of these plants is almost as big as your thumb but on one it is actually relatively skinny that is the one we’re doing the low stress training on we just started the low stress training and it is taking very well to it One of these plants is extremely dark in color on the vegetation and has typically about 11 fingers per leaf! Not sure what that means yet

-Empiezan a enfermarse las hojas. Puede ser falta de calcio, potasio, magnesio...no lo se. Les he echado uns buena dosis de potasio y las que están más afectadas les he echado sgua limpia y un poco de potasio.
-una de las GG le falta poco para cortar. El resto les quedará poco menos de un mes

Ladies and gentlemen, day 66 is here and as you can see, she has a long way to go... but she has had one heck of a stretch and the internodal spacing is awesome, so i'm just going to let her go gonna be probably another 2 months before she gets the axe because I really want these buds to swell up big and fat ... Big shout out to Zamnesia Seeds and Plagron for making this grow possible and inviting me to participate in their awesome contest.. other breeders, take notes.This is how you do a contest 👌 ... i will update throughout the week if need be and if not, I'll be back in 7 days like clockwork to update my diary ... thanks, everybody stopping by and showing love.It is much appreciated.. Still HOT and dry! Full sun almost every day, and she's loving it. Pistils are wildly long, and buds surprisingly fat for this early, maybe she will be a early October harvest? Hoping the weather holds out!
Did another compost tea (Epsom, Kelp, Molases and Compost, aerrate 24hrs), wildly foamy this time, tons of microbes ready to get to work.
Will squeeze in a final top dress of Gaia Green Power Bloom next week. All in all looking great, haven't done any more defoliating, buds are spaced nice, may snip a few fan leaves here and there covering bud sites, but it's hard to get to them being so tall, so hoping for the best.
Getting some rain, maybe thundershowers over the next week, still spray link LCPT for PM, and BT for Caterpillars. Did find a ton of eggs on the underside of a fan leaf, so BT is necessary.

Depuis la fin de la semaine 10, j’avais commencé mon rinçage après avoir observé les trichomes à l’aide de différents appareils, microscope de poche vendu dans les Growshops, microscope à fixer sur son smartphone ou encore les lentilles macro de type Apexel lens 2 en 1.... Les lentilles macro m’ont permis de voir de manières assez aisées que ceux-ci étaient pour la plus pars laiteux, j’avais donc pensé que c’était le moment pour moi, d’entreprendre ma période de rinçage. J’avais lu sur différents sites qu’il fallait effectuer 2 semaines de rinçages afin d’éliminé tous trace de nutriments et d’avoir un weed savoureuse. Je pensais donc que le timing était bon et que mes 2 semaines supplémentaires me donneraient les 15 à 20% de trichomes ambrés mais j’arrive à la fin de la première semaine de rinçage et très peu d’ambré. J’ai donc ce weekend redonné un peu d’engrais, car les feuilles sont en pleines sénescences et la maturation des trichomes demande encore un peu de temps. Un peu perdu, pour être honnête, le contrôle de ce jour montre un stress plutôt bénéfique pour les filles qui vont être à nouveaux rincées. Afin de m’aider au mieux, j’ai commandé l’appareil Higrade analyseur de cannabis que je recevrais lundi, je vous donnerais donc plus de détails par la suite mais cet appareil est sensé nous donné de précieuses données quand coupé, taux de THC, carence, maladie bref un gadget qui promet de belle prouesse à voir donc. Cependant après plusieurs recherches, j’ai appris que l’on commençait son rinçage seulement quand les trichomes devenaient ambrés et après 10 jours de rinçages et après on coupe....

Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of flowering. One week to go.
OK... 1 week to go. I'll post before harvest pics.
Been flushing for a week now and have got some yellowing and dying leaves going on. Part of flushing.
I add 1 oz. of 30% hydrogen peroxide to each 5 gallons of tap water that goes into the reservoir.
Great flushing agent... add oxygen to the water, helps with root rot, and helps to finish the plant before harvest.
OK. Keep Growing Straight.

DAY 29 - Plants are starting to show sex, removed 2 Urkle Mints males, the other two are females, the rest are fems so we're down to 13 female plants total with only a single weakling

I retied down the branches on RQS Northern Lights auto.
I had to clean the tent, so the opportunity had to be taken, I hope not to have to move them again. I ended up snapping a small branch off another plant 😖
She is looking so big out of the tent, and even bigger than I thought! Now, having readjustmed, the fabric ties, and she is looking even larger still. This really is an absolute giant of a plant! 😱
I really am struggling to get them all in, I think the 8 gallon pots were a definite factor in that. They certainly are great for getting big plants, but be prepared if you have a small space.
She's still stretching and not really focusing on her bud development in these mid flowering weeks. I think we will be in for a long haul with this lady. I hope she doesn't get too much bigger.
I watered some bloom nutes after I top dressed, with Mega Crop Part A by Greenleaf Nutrients. I watered 3.2 litres
PPM:745
PH:6.0.
This time, I'm going to keep the top dressing moist. So as not to kill all the beneficial microbes. Other than that, I will wait until the pots are light again.
Overall, she is doing great, I wish she had stretched a little more evenly to catch up in height. I just can't even out the canopy anymore.
I'll leave it and hope she'll sort herself out 😅

I don't want the top dress to dry out too much, and the plants are starting to drink much more.
9.5.25:
It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now.

Northern Lights has been srayed with the foliar spray and all symptoms have resolved.
Due to having a few leaves burnt with that, I've decided to use the Ecothrive Trace in the water instead.
It left some orange spots of damaged leaves.
