Because the seeds were eaten by fungus gnat larvae in the first two attempts, in which I placed the seeds in a large pot immediately after germination, I first grew the seeds in a smaller pot (approx. 10 cm in diameter) for this third attempt. Because of the fungus gnat larvae, i poured boiling water over my soil before planting and then covered it with aluminum foil until it was cold. That way I was able to kill all the larvae. I put the plant in my self-made growbox (50 x 50 x 120cm) after about 5 days. The plant was under a planting bell and was watered with 10ml of water on the 7th day after planting.

I really enjoyed watching the ladies grow.i just sprayed again against bugs.but did not see anymore damage by bugs..so ecocure seems to work.one was really infected at so cut some away.the focus is really on the other one.maked her a grid so I can tie the buds when they getting big and hopefully heavy.this is a strong strain. I'm impressed by the way she bounces back from root problems do to wrong container and heat.also bugs.Also broke main stem at top. Started bloom so I give grow and bloom nutritions.cannacure is hopefully preventing molds..

April 11 Just got done with some serious defoliation. Removing all kinds of nodes that would have wound up as less than popcorn bud while taking up valuable space in the light. Some of the tips of the leaves up top got sacrificed as I waited to feed for a bit too long while I wanted for a calmag solution to be delivered. Little ugly, but no worse for the wear.

Mimosa cake is growing beautifully, the next week I’ll feed her up and hopefully she’ll take off .

This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. One of the plants had some nutrient burn so I tried to flush her with plain water. I dont give her nutrients till she is good. The problem is that she got it from a fertilized soil layer which I put on the bottom of the pot. Sooo hopefully she is recovering. I'm scared that the other plant has also enough nutrients so this week I dont feed her at all. Lets see how she does next week. Buds are doing well on plant 1. Plant 2 is a little bit behind.

I hope it turns out decent! I been cultivating, with my wife, some Early Miss, Wedding Cake, Gelato, Fucking Incredible. We've harvested 1 early miss, 1 wedding cake,and 1 gelato so far. We have 1 fucking incredible coming down in a few weeks and waiting on 4 more early miss, 1 gelato, 2 fucking incredible, and 1 wedding cake. Obviously plus the widow.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Seeing as this is my first grow, I’m still learning to read the plant and know what’s going on. Think I’ve developed some fairly advanced leaf septoria. Might not be bad enough to affect the end result, but I’m pretty clueless, so I put up a question about it. Hoping to hear back from more experienced growers about what I’m looking at. Going on week 7 of flower, week 6 if we’re going off of the first pistils, when the breeder recommends 8-9. So I know I’m coming up to the end of things. Cutting back on nutes due to some burnt tips. Not any substantial amount, but put EC on the lower side of the range that GH recommends for its stage in life. Buds smell amazing and seem to be developing great IMO. Had to tie a few down to bring the canopy all to one level again. Didn’t think that sticking my arm down the leaves for 2 seconds worth of tie wrapping would make my arm hair all super sticky for hours. Lol. Every experience is a good learning experience for my first grow.

😃 Pretty excited. This is my 2nd attempt. Last time seedlings were placed in a window and I think the A/C was too much for them. I also used miracle grow potting soil in the yellow bag. This round will be in a full controlled environment in the basement. Ambient room temp is 73 degrees, 50%-60% humidity, and I am using MG moisture control potting soil in the blue bag. So far so good!

Well here we are at roughly 5 weeks of flower and I'm very pleased with the progress so far. The buds are stacking up better than I expected and the trichome production is on overdrive. I'm alternating the worm casting concertante every other watering and upped the Humboldt's Secret Calcium + Iron to yes 15 ml's every watering. This particular pheno to which I don't know how many there is has a big appetite for calcium and magnesium even iron. I'm using hydroguard root inoculate to aid in soil microbe activity and nutrient uptake. She seems to love the simplicity of how I'm doing this grow. Super charged Ocean Forest with Happy frog all purpose organic 6-4-5. This is my first Sweet Seeds genetic and if all are strong like the Gorilla Girl F1 I'm sold completely . Flushed her for 3 Days, after that i didnt give her any water for 2 days, and now she is going in the dark room for 2-3 days and then will be hung. Had to cut one Main-Cola due to Mold. The Plants are growing awsome, strong smell, and rock hard nugs in all colors. Its now the last week, she has been in flower since 8 weeks. Be ready for the harvest and the smoke report ;)

Week 8 there hasn’t been any drastic changes for either of the girls. Girl #1 is looking better and better each day. Girl #2 is just being as stubborn as can be. Girl #2 still hasn’t showed any signs of flowering. I’m gonna continue to be patient with her she’s a very late bloomer. I can’t believe she’s been in veg for 8 weeks.I know some of you expert growers have experienced a long veg similar to my experience.Not sure if it’s good or bad luck just yet being my first run of autos. I have to admit. When i saw this week coming to The end and girl #2 wasn’t showing signs of flowering, I got down face to face with her quietly whispering (You better flower soon or it’s time for the trash can 😂😂) lol 😆 I had a weak moment was very frustrated. I thank all of you that have shared your information cause without it I would have been panicking. I’m gonna be patient and let the plant tell me when she’s ready. Everything has been running smoothly. I have given both girls light bloom nutrients. I have learned so much and it has been a pleasure watching the magic happen.
