Smoke report! The smoke is heavenly! Tastes like a dessert for real! Get hints of vanilla and nutmeg with a proper shortbread or cookie flavour with earthy tones! The high! One for the end of the day! Euphoric feels with giggles like everything becomes funnny lol with deep body effects with feelings of can’t be botheredness 😂 Loved growing this plant especially when I revived her from a bad mistake! she can be trained a lot and suggest only topping once! I gave her a wet trim and dried in brown paper bags in temps of 20c-23c humidity was 60+ never 70 and dried in 7 days! First taste was amazing she literally tastes like a pudding/dessert tones of vanilla and almonds with a shortbread or cookie type flavour with earthy tones! Can’t wait to see what she’s like after a 4 week cure in jars with 58% boveda! Great week. Added some big bud nutrients and defoliated a bit. The buds are swelling nicely, the Advanced Nutrients is doing its job without a bit of burn.

Week 6 flower. Not much to report with this one. Growing very slow, little buds, smell musky and not very nice but improving, very frosty and getting frostier. Watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Day 36 flower I turned off Blumat drip and will water with the watering wand from here on out. Just another potential runaway dripper so I eliminated the risk. I will just build another reliable system with a timer and use the Blumat outside. Thanks for the view! Have a great week!

Week 7 baby, ok so what's new this week well I upgraded to a new grow light and all I can say wow, it's hard to tell by pics but the sugars leaves are showing trichomes all over and growth has exploded , this light is not playing! Anyway on to week 7 will continue to feed and and monitor keep you guys posted thanks alot

Day 56-63 (Day 57) I might have to fix the light to the roof of the tent so I can get another 3 inches up. The ppfd is just too intense at this height. The node stacking is super tight, I’m seeing some droop on almost every plant and the plants just look stunted. I might have to take out the big shelf I just paid 90$ for and raise the light to get the ppfd level down. This happened my last grow as well. It’s a great light for flowering but sucks ass for veg unless it’s hung 5’ above the canopy. I’ve seen videos of others with the same light and they have to fix it to the roof. The dimming function only works with a master controller I don’t have the money for right now. Pulling bbb #2. I’m seeing very small but clear pollen sacks. It’s also drooping like crazy. The roots don’t look as healthy as some of the other males I pulled earlier. They have a slight brown tinge but still mostly white. I wonder if I accidentally gave top dressed it too many times when I mixed them all up a while ago. I’m going to transplant bbb’s #1, #3, #6 & #7 into my 10 gallon destiny/coco pots lightly water. This is kind of a gamble because 2 of them are not showing definitively. Although I’m about 75% sure they’re fems. If not, I got my two backups. (Day 58) I was reading about symptoms of high PH and I definitely have it indicated by the twisted and stunted growth on top. I’m going to try to water in a full gallon at 5.8 and see if I get a good response. I sprayed the pump nozzle directly into the soil after it was empty to put some oxygen into that big 10g pot. The blackberry I gave the lowered PH water too noticeably responded within a few hours. The clawing has pretty much stopped and it now looks like the healthiest plant in the tent. I’m going to see how it responds over the next few days then try it with my other plants if everything looks good. I’m going to try it with bbb #5 in the 1.7g pot and see if it responds in the same way. I ran a gallon of 5.8 water through 1.7g and got less than a 100ml of runoff which is a little surprising. The runoff measured 1750ppms which seems a little on the high side but isn’t insane for peat based soil. (Day 59) Wow. The plants responded to that little PH adjustment insanely well. #5 isn’t dropping at all and the leaf wrinkles are actually flattening out. It’s starting to look like one of the healthiest plants in the tent. I’m still hoping for #5 to show female. 5 plants would cut my veg time down and give me another opportunity for a keeper pheno. All 4 plants are looking like they’ve already recovered from their transplant. #1 in particular was drooping like crazy yesterday and today it’s bounced back and looking happier than ever. I’m seeing a bit of tip droop on a few plants but they still seem fine I wonder if because my soil is 50% coco I should try watering on the acidic side, around 6.0-6.2 from now on. I’m almost certain that solved all the issues I was having. (Day 62) Plants are all looking really healthy. They all seem to have outgrown the initial light stress actually but node stacking is still really tight and I hope to raise the light up next week sometime. I’m going to drop the humidity to 60% for the rest of veg. These pots are massive and I’m still a little worried about dry downs but they aren’t showing any signs of overwatering or lack of oxygen. BBB#3 is starting to show some weird discoloring like an mag or nitrogen deficiency. Which is weird because it’s freshly transplanted into nitrogen rich soil. Guess I will give it a kelp foliar spray. I’ve been looking for a good organic source of K without an absurd amount of magnesium and sulfur like langbeinite has. I found some 0-0-15 kelp/seaweed extract in soluble crystal form. So from time to time I will water that in at half strength or with compost teas to keep my soil K dominant. (Day 63) I’m still waiting on #6 to show sex. I am shocked it hasn’t shown sex yet. Although it was started a week and a half after the others but still. I’m going to be so pissed if it ends up being a male. I’m taking a gamble but I’m confident it will show female when the time comes. bbb#3 got a little more color back from that foliar spray. Hope that doesn’t get worse because it’s my favorite pheno so far. I will give a N boost in the form of compost tea tomorrow afternoon to both of my tents. I’m starting to utilize the scrog net and boy does it make training way easier. This seems to be a much smarter style of growing for yield and quality. I’m getting tired of these pH fluctuations every time I water. I’ve been eyeballing for the most part and I need a consistent formula. I found the perfect mix to stabilize my RO water and stabilize the pH at 6.2. I moistened the top soil of each plant and will watch for any reactions. Water recipe: 60ml bottled water 2000ml RO water 3ml calmag 2ml microbes

she grows very well in her third week of flowering ... under a little temperature ... but she stays strong ... let's hope she offers us in the future ... outdoor ... she grew a little ... this week I eat only with tap water ...

Welcome to my Kosher Cake Diary. Be sure to drop a like so I can visit your diaries. Wk 4 VD23 25/5 Doing really well. Loving life and she a very nice plant to grow. Takes to LST and any light training like a champ. Very nice lady to have in anyone's garden. A beginners delight. Looks like she's coming into preflower gonna be a small harvest. 27/5/22 Made a new batch for feeds for this week. Brought it down to 810. Added Atlas, goddesslada, fire yields to jungle juice trio. Will give another Epson Salt feed this week also. Had to add PH + as it was only 4.3. Brought up to 6.2 keeping EC at 1.6/800ppm. 28/5/22 I know this is the 2nd round of Epsom Salt. But this one marks the start of a new weekly process I'll be adding. I usually do 2 feeds 2 water feeds mix em up over 8 days. So, for one of them water feeds will now be Epsom Salt. Every 2 weeks Calmag will be added with it instead, or just calmag by itself instead of Epsom. I've heard ppl swear by it and then some not. So, I'll make up my own mind. I'm overal happy with how I've done this grow. I've sat back much more and been very hands off. I think I'm going to scale it back down a lil.. too big for my needs. This 1 will be my shorty and we gonna c how dense we can get the buds with high co2 with negative pressure environment. Ye, I know the exhaust will take away from the co2 but the ambient co2 in the room is fairly high. I have 2 co2 exhale bags going and got my friends co2 meter wasn't home but my partner said he dropped by but couldn't leave it as he was passing through and took a measurement for me. 825 in the tent and 8-850 in the sealed grow room. 29/5/22 Yup, I was right days ago. She has more or less started flowering. 1st 1 to leave the veg stage. Thankfully I'm using jungle juice trio, so no need to flush grow nute, I'm going to even the nutrients ratios out and after a week I'll do 1 part grow to 3 parts bloom and fill micro. With a few Terra Power specials. 31/5/22 Coming to the last week in the 4th. She started flowering around D25 was showing signs she was coming into preflower have a video up to show what to look for to know when to flip to bloom nutrients. If I was running on GROW+BLOOM separate nutrients I'd of flushed with water for 2-3 days before you flip to bloom base nutrients but as these nutrients (jungle juice trio), it's just a case of changing the nutrients ratio. For the 1st wk of pre flower it's recommend you use half and half then 1rd grow to 3 parts bloom so that's 1ml grow to 3ml bloom (these are just ratios not the actual mls that will be used). I have started flushing my other grows that are showing signs of coming into pre flower. I'm still giving the grow&bloom base nutrient La Sirena as this is given through grow and bloom so no need to flush that out. Shes short. The way I want her. I had this 1 set at 30-35cm after wk 2 up until flower and I'll move her close to the light at 20cm as I have high co2. I know you need high PPFD to get the most out of it but the benefits are the same, (been able to withstand a higher temp/ higher RH/ higher PPFD) SO, hoping to get a short nice dense buds from top of canopy right down to the middle, everything below that has been stripped so dense buds throughout is the goal here not so much mass but quality and eye appeal. At 20cm the ppfd will be 11-1200. Not perfect I know but it'll give some sort of better bud quality. The rest are grown nice and big. All plants are 45-59cm just before coming into pre flower there's a few more that are still young so height is still yet to be seen. But the aim of the game is nice dense kosher cake bud. After 5 weeks of flowering we are in week 6. Grape Apes need water every -45 days and just 1.7L. That ain’t much. Tangerines are about 1.8L every 3 days.

Start of 12/12 light cycle, round 2 with the citrus skunk strain. Increased feeding to 6L per plant (water + nutes), hopefully this increase will keep the plants healthier throughout the grow.
