Still chugging along

I started germination of 5 Royal thai regular beans on 01/01/2021. HAPPY NEWYEAR! I am germinating them using rockwool cubes and a humidity dome. I pre moistened my plugs with ph balanced water to 6.4 . Than enlarged the pre made holes using a wooden dowel. Than sowed my 5 beans into the holes. I then ripped a small piece of rockwool off each plug and mulched it up. Than lightly filled in the holes using the mulched rockwool. Than it was into the humidity dome to marinate, and complete the germination process. Will likely take roughly 4 days to get some sprouts. Starting my adventure with Spliff Seeds Royal Thai. After they emerge I will get the plugs planted into 3 gallon pots to rock and roll. Cant fucking wait! Spliff Seeds Royal Thai is a cross of a Early Thai mother and a Skunk #1 father. This mashup produces a lanky, stretcher variety signature of classic sativa strains. The strain gas a roughly 12 week flowering time. There is 3 distinct phenotypes from these genetics. One with fluffier sativa signature bud structre. One with chunkier, bulky bud structre coming from the skunk #1 father. Lastly but definitely hope to get me one of these!!! Is the phenotype that Carrys over that signature thai chocolate terpene pallet. Though it takes the longest to mature... Best believe it's well worth the wait. Considering the natural plant stature and stretch. This will be a short veg, faster flip run. To keep these ladies tailored and suited for a indoor grow. All things considered... I'd probably get best results throwing these beans out during outdoor grow season. Letting them beast out and become trees. Mabey we just might try that with another batch. But with the research into the variety I've done I'm sure I can make em work some magic indoors. I'm amped for this.

The stems have become a little too long, but they grow much faster after fertilizing once. I bought a starter kit of Canna Terra fertilizer and will try it out for my grow. In a few days I will top them for the first time, pictures will follow.... I have the little ones in the tent for 12 hours during the day because the light is much better _______________________________________________________________________ I discovered bud rot on my Red Hot Cookies, I first looked to see how far the fungus had penetrated inside the buds. Then I decided to cut the whole headbutt. I checked the entire plant thoroughly and couldn't find anything else. I think it's due to insufficient air flow...I had my fan off for 2 days, my mistake... hope the fungus hasn't spread further.

Dutch Passion Shaman Eine aufregende und intensive Woche liegt hinter uns! Lange lasse ich die beiden nicht mehr stehen, Nebeltau und sehr hohe Luftfeuchte haben beiden Pflanzen etwas zugesetzt. Das tägliche Absuchen ist nun unerlässlich, ich finde regelmäßig neue Stellen an Blütenstielen, die sich im späteren Verlauf zu Fäulnis entwickeln würden. Die betroffenen Stellen befinden sich dort, wo ich während der Regenperiode entlaubt habe. So habe ich den Verdacht, dass ich die Blätter zu nahe am Stiel geschnitten habe. Denn dort, wo etwas mehr Blattstiel stehen blieb, sind die Stengel weiterhin gesund. Insgesamt empfinde ich die beiden als sehr robust und widerstandsfähig, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass dieser Sommer und Herbst immer wieder feucht bis nass war. Dennoch sollte man in dieser letzten Phase wachsam bleiben und die Pflanzen wirklich gründlich absuchen. So blieb der Verlust durch Blütenfäule sehr gering. Mit Hilfe einer Taschenlampe zum Ausleuchten von schattigen Bereichen, etwas Aufmerksamkeit und Liebe zu den schönen Pflanzen, werde ich ein sehr zufrieden stellendes Ergebnis in der Trockenkammer aufhängen können. Der Duft der beiden Shamaninnen hat sich intensiviert. Sie sind noch einmal deutlich frostiger geworden und schön ölig-harzig. Nachdem ich bereits Probeblüten getrocknet und vaporisiert habe, sowie mehrmals einen starken Cannabistee aus den Blüten gebrüht und getrunken habe, bin ich mir sicher, dass ich nun jederzeit beruhigt ernten und eine ausgewogene Wirkung erwarten kann. Es ist ein klares aktivierende Sativa High, dass mich fröhlich und kommunikativ stimmt aber nie laut wird, selbst bei sehr hoher Dosierung im Tee. Die Wirkung setzt jeweils langsam ein. Auf ein fröhliches Gähnen folgt ein Hallo-Wach-Kick und ein langanhaltendes High, dass mich sanft zurückkommen lässt. Danke für‘s vorbeischauen und das Interesse an meinen Shamaninnen. 💚

I’ve been a bit behind on posting, but everything is still going strong at day 135, with trichomes just starting to cloud up. I did harvest the Cookies Gelato, but honestly, it wasn’t my favorite grow. It was tough chopping both a gifted Humboldt Orange Cream Pop clone and the Cookies Gelato at the same time. The Humboldt absolutely dominated—it wasn’t even a fair fight.

Critical Orange is almost ready. Melonade Runtz looks amazing. It is completely covered with resin. The scent is slightly sweet

5-27-20: getting closer. Shes my first autoflower and think ive done good so far. 5-30-20: had to harvest her. Too many nanners went unnoticed with too many other plants in the room. Thats common with trainwreck strain. Will update and close this out when its ready for curing.

Apple Fritter is doing good. I changed solution today, and adjusted levels to suit her needs better. She is not showing any flowering signs beside a litter stretching so far. Day 64, 22nd of November 2021: Hi there! Here we go..... so basically pistils are appearing stronger this is the 2nd weeks since they started producing pre flowers. The plants getting a bit light might be some air circulation problem? However they look good and of course closer to the end the gettin' older so the leaves also die. Set up and timing is the same since flower season started. ViparSpectra XS2000 is on full power which is 240W so 100% capacity. Ventilation: 12 hours period when the lamp is on it switches 1 hour on and after one hour off mostly to keep the temperature and of course because of fresh air flow. When the lamp is off it switches on in every 2 hours for 15 min at the same time with the extraction fan. The extraction fan is on 12 hours when the lamp is, and then it switches on in every 2 hours for 30 min. That's all a bit more water for them from today also. Humidity quite the same approx 50%, temperature as well approx 26-27 Celsius. Fertilization remains the same since last week, the BioBizz family raised up to be 2ml/L each so it is like 2ml/L of BioGrow, 2ml/L of BioBloom, 2ml/L of TopMax... see the ratio above. The schedule of the fertilization has not changed happnes 2x a week except epsom salt just 1x a week.
