Losing colour in the leaves looks like some ph issues too. I flushed her to correct it. Nice stinky buds though

This first week in flower was a bit more exciting than previous weeks. I decided to put in a scrog net to help spread and even out the canopy. So naturally, I 3D-printed one. (Yes, I can be that nerdy.) Besides, it was the quickest and easiest solution as I don't like the stretchy-net kind so need a frame. Much easier to download a file and press print :D Installing it was a breeze and I also cleared away most branches and leaves below the screen. The stuff that won't make it above the screen and will just result in a bunch of larf. I'm still seeing chlorosis (which I suspect has to do with her transitioning into flower and stretching), so I gave her a bit of Orgatrex and Bactrex. Next week, I'll start feeding her PK booster. –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– This grow is generously sponsored by Bio Tabs Bio Tabs is an organic growing system that uses slow-release tablets of beneficial microbes, mycorrhizal fungi, and nutrients to create living soil that feeds plants naturally throughout their growth cycle. Number 7 is smelling great and has 1 more week of flush left before it is harvested. Starting to show signs on leaves as plant is using stored energy. Thanks again fast buds. Thank you grow diaries community for the likes, follows, and subscriptions on my YouTube. 🌱🤜🤛

I guess the correct headline here is bud rot. Took a while to figure out why I ran into these issues, after a bit more snooping around and investigating I came to a mostly certain conclusion. My passive intake was clogged with dust, barely any air was coming into the grow room. This, coupled with the fact my temperature and RH sensor/recorder was giving me back dated information and applying it to the present day. I didn’t realise I was getting 80%+ RH spikes during lights out for the last 3 weeks. I’ll call it a lesson, and start to check things more regularly around the grow room, not just the plants themselves. After a heavy crop scout with sterilised gloves and alcohol rub to hand, I carefully pulled back and inspected every cola, washing my hands between each cola. Unfortunately most of the largest colas fell victim to botrytis, in the end I cut off 7 colas completely and carefully sorted through into 3 separate piles on D100. One pile was the bin put into double tied sandwich bags with a good spray with 70% alcohol , this contained directly infected areas with a 5cm radius. (235g including fan leaves and stems (wet)) The second pile was for buds that were within 10cm of the rot sites that appeared to be healthy, this went into a brown paper bag, ready for hash making when I complete the harvest in the next couple weeks. (305g including buds and sugar leaves (wet)) The third, and most limited pile was bud sites that were more than 10cm away from the rot sites. These are now successfully dried and are now in their curing jars. Based on the smell, they already smell better than my last harvest so I’m hoping it’s a sign of things to come. (58g buds (dry)) I had to buy a 4x4 tent to temporarily dry the good buds, and will use again when I do the main harvest. The top colas that are left look a little stressed this week, not sure if it’s to do with shock from early harvest, but I am going in and checking every other day with clean clothes to make sure the problems are not progressing further. Based on the trichomes (video) the samples look like they’re a week or two away from harvest now, so hopefully I won’t have the throw anymore away before then. Anyway, waffling over, mainly wanted the detail for my own reference if I ever have to come back to this (I hope not). Good luck all!

She is a single main cola plant, I mean all the flowers have compacted together and there only one fat dense nugget, that's the whole plant, very sweet aroma, is very nice, it's not stinky at all, very sweet smell but you really have to get close to the flower to feel the powerful aroma. The cola is very very dense and hard like a rocket 🚀. Very nice strain but I would need to plant about 50 of these to get a good harvest. Hope you enjoy guys! 💚 🌱 ✌️

First off, I hope all who visit this journal watch the timelapse. I'm very happy with how it turned out. The GSC is in the foreground. Comparing the beginning to the end shows just how dramatically my plant has grown in the past week. This plant now has a photo-period neighbor! I have changed the light schedule back to 18-6 to accommodate. Her chronicles will be in a separate journal. Towards the end of week two, I noticed the leaves were forming brown spots that I took as a sign of calcium deficiency. To treat this, I used a gallon of (hard) tap water, adding calcium to the reservoir. Luckily this seems to have done the trick! The spots have been absent on all subsequent leaf growth. Sometime in the middle of this week, I had to re balance the pH from ~7 to ~6. Perhaps this pH fluctuation came from the tap water transfusion. In an effort to raise the RH in the tent, I've repetitively spilled a small amount of water on the floor of the tent. Doing this keeps the RH around 45-50%. I've made some other small changes to my grow setup as shown in the pictures. Prior to this week, I'd thought my plant was hopelessly behind developmentally compared to other user's because I'd compare their week two plants to mine. Luckily, this week has seen some growth! It's crazy how fast they shoot off after their first three-fingered leaves form. The first "real" set of leaves to grow in (not three-fingered yet), seemed to take forever to grow into their full size while not much else (besides the roots) seemed to grow. This week's three-pointed leaves have practically fully formed already. Alongside them, are the beginnings of yet more leaves! I'm not certain what I will do this next week. I may start LSTing this plant, though I'm not sure when exactly I should do this. My original plan for my plants was to implement a screen of green using a trellis. I have sense realized this may not be the best approach while using a DWC, because water changed would be made much more difficult. Have any of you DWC growers experiment with this? Is it worthwhile? I will likely not replace the water for another week, though that's not set in stone. I appreciate any advise regarding the training techniques I mentioned, water switch outs and anything else that may be relevant to this grow. I will more than likely ask a few designated questions. To those who take the time to answer, thank you!

Really enjoyed growing this plant. The smells and colors are incredible. The size of these nugs are huge! I'm so proud of myself but I also know the genetics were key. Atlas Seeds - WOWZA! Can't wait to taste this delectable fruit. I worked hard for it, working even harder for that first taste. 👽 4 Full OZ of dry weight.

Moin, Die 7. Hey, The 7th week of flowering is almost over. There isn’t much to report. Until the weekend, temperatures were nearly ideal at around 25 °C, but now the next heat wave is rolling in, causing some foxtailing to appear on the Mainbud. This could also be due to its proximity to the LED; the White Sweet Candy OG shows no other signs of sunburn or photobleaching, which only reinforces the impression that it’s a truly robust strain. The buds have gained significant mass this week, and it’s clear that it’s not over yet and the plant isn’t in the ripening phase. Unfortunately, sooner or later I’ll have to make a compromise between the Z and the White Sweet Candy OG. The Z would probably be ready in 2 weeks, whereas the WSCOG would certainly benefit from 3, if not 4, weeks. However, since I’m traveling to Amsterdam at the end of August and need to have harvested by then and ideally have it cured to the point where I no longer have to open the jars daily so it will likely be ready in 3 weeks (end of the 10th week of growth) and I’m super excited to vape the White Sweet Candy OG for the first time! The terpene profile continues to grow in complexity and is now dominated by a sweet-spicy profile, accompanied by a slightly earthy undertone. I really like this, especially after all the candy and gelato terpenes.

I killed 3-4 bugs around the tent and dont see anything else for the moment. Both of the Gorilla Zkittlez’s looking good and frosty and all of them except the tallest Gorilla Cookies, I think it was meant for bigger spaces :D Anyway assuming last 2 weeks before chop

A memorable harvest. The buds are all very high quality and cleaning them was easy as the pruning I did did not produce any popcorn buds. The flavor is among the most intense I've ever tried and it's a plant that I would recommend to everyone.
