Week 16 - Day 103 08/16: Harvested Aaliyah on 08/15, Day 102 from soil and Day of flowering. After one week of pure water for Aaliyah, some of the trichomes have turned amber. I decided to harvest about 3/4 of the plant. Some of the lower buds didn’t receive enough light during the grow, so I’m hoping they can grow a little more before I bring the whole plant down. I also removed some of the dead and very young growth that was coming up. I didn’t have another spot to hang the buds because of the smell, so I tied them over the other plants. Now that she is mostly harvested, the smell has increased. I now have Annie on the side so she is getting less direct light. She already took some bleaching on her main colas. Alexis still has about a week left. I’ll check her trichomes before the next watering to see if I should start flushing. 08/18: Aaliyah’s harvested buds were getting close to being dry, so I decided to start cleaning up some of the sugar leaves. The smaller, less developed buds got chopped up and set aside for some dry ice hash. Since she was on the left side of the tent, a lot of her colas did not receive enough direct light. I hung up a few of the nicer looking ones that I’m keeping as flower to finish drying. [General notes: I still don’t have a scale to take note of the exact wet weight, but I’ll make sure to have one for the dry weight. And since all three plants are of the same strain, I’m going to wait till the last one is chopped up before posting the full harvesting results.]

I'm still not a huge fan of the node spacing, it's much wider than we like, especially near the base, i'm not sure if full intact colas are in our future but these may surprise us.. the main stalks have really toughened up and should be able to handle any weight they put on in the coming weeks..thanks for reading if you made it this far and happy harvests friends! 💡🌱❤️😽💨 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~ 9/13/21: 😺the plants are looking especially healthy atm, we started adding a little bit of grow solution with bloom about a week ago when their color started to fade, they're now the most perfect shade of green, however we noticed a little clawing on the smallest of the 3 Big Bud..we plan to go back to our regular feeding schedule for flower now that everyone looks good.. there's actually a good amount of nitrogen in our bloom supplement but I guess these are just really hungry plants.. Hey everyone! Another week down for the Mental Rainbows, and the two that have always shown that extra gear have absolutely exploded in terms of height and volume. What excites me most is that their stems have thickened up proportionally. They look invincible and ready to produce some seriously impressive colas. The other two, the ones that struggled from the very beginning, simply haven't kept pace. They're in good health overall, no complaints there, but they haven't grown like their sisters and inside the box they're clearly the underdogs. It is what it is. On the feeding side, EC has been nudged up by 0.1 as runoff was consistently reading below input values. On the environmental front, VPD is still something I'm actively managing as humidity keeps climbing beyond what the dehumidifier can handle alone. If it stays above 65% heading into the final weeks, a second unit will be joining the setup to protect bud quality and density at harvest. First pistils have started showing up, so bud formation is officially underway and Big Bud is now part of the stack to support it. Can't wait to update you all next week. Hi everyone! THIs is my first grow and any tips and constructive criticism are encouraged. Right now they’re in a five gallon bucket with a 60watt cfl light in the top wth the lid closed. BLacked out walls from outside stops the light from being exposed and keps it inside. I plan on ordering a grow tent very vey soon(2x2x3) with a 1000w led grow light.

Did she stretch 2cm? I'm saying: yes! Otherwise same old. Oh, just realising I didn't measure bud width. Man, it's depressing. So many leaves in the bud, it's going to be hell trimming these two sad colas. But she's doing her best, so I should do, too. Chopping time is close.

Using biobloom in each watering atm.. watering a little every second day.. feel like there plenty going on and I'm actually surprised I've gotten this far.. I'm so excited.. I'm shocked at how many buds are forming shes really putting out for me on my first grow or am I crazy and will it be nothing 😂

Week 5! GG4 finished week 4 on a rough note, she drooped hard overnight from 07/15 into 07/16, I'll will feed her an extra 1 liter of water + nutes this week, to prevent this from happening again. Aside from the early drying out, bud sites continue to develop nicely and she's got a good smell to her now as well as stickyness starting to appear.

The girls continue to do their thing! Looking amazing , starting to see signs of the clusters closing up , cloudy trichomes, a few amber's. Really sticky, smell great like a sweet ,pine , citrus smell. Nice & dense buds. End of week 7 , day 49.👍

Turned lights up to 400w

Most of the Clones are doing very well! There is two that I'm a little concerned about as you can see from the pictures they have a little bit of burn on them, I'm not sure if it's over spray or actual nutrient lockout. I am now leaving the top off for longer and longer periods of time to let the Clones get climatized to the environment. I hope everybody's grows are doing well. Cheers! -G.I.JOSE

Hab heute (31.1) die Apple Fritter aus dem Zelt geschmissen. Kollege ht sich gefreut, hat leider gespargelt, hab sie noch für ihn umgetopft auf 20L. Wird ihr denke ich sehr gut tun wen sie die nächsten Tage gut behandelt wird. Die Apple Fritter geht dafür gut Steil. Hat wie die anderen gute Stickstoffmängel aber die hab ich hoffentlich gelöst bekommen. Jetzt wo auch mehr Platz im Zelt ist wirds denke mal :)

hello. this is the first plant I have used big bud and bud candy but I don't test the water and the plant was damaged with high PH so I had to buy a PH meter and TDS meter so wish me luck with other plants

Wow! She has been upgraded to a 4x4 tent with 600w of flowering lights (2x Mars Hydro TSL2000; 300w each) and she is LOVING IT! Continuing on the Early Bloom nute schedule and holding a super-solid pH/EC through the end of this week. Her uptake has started to slow, so I'm thinking that she is close to being done with stretch. She is definitely going crazy with buds as it looks to me like they swell more each day. I've been very happy with her growth so far; impressed even. I'm just hoping that the increased lighting doesn't cause her to herm due to the close distance. Exploding in size this week. She’s a hungry one

Hey now, this week went very well. I transplanted her on day 17 and she looked a little grumpy for about 24 hours but her leaves are now pointing upwards and she is responding very well to the larger airpot. I still have the Spectrum X in V1 at 30% which is doing an excellent job of keeping her low to the ground with nice tight nodes. She is only six inches tall and working her on her 6th node by day 21 so I am very happy with this light fixture so far. I transplanted her into a mixture of Coco Coir and Perlite and set up an auto watering system that is currently feeding her 4 times per day, Once at lights on, and then every 5 hours thereafter until the 4th feeding, then it repeats at lights on. I will top her just above the 6th node as soon as I have room between 6 and 7, which will be in the next several days. I know some people don't think it's beneficial to top autos, and I would certainly agree it is not the best way to go in all setups. However, when utilizing high frequency fertigation in coco coir it is absolutely necessary. The issue is vertical growing space if you are growing in an indoor tent. I use a combination of LST, topping, mainlining, manifolding, and super cropping to try to keep my plants from growing into the lights, but it can be difficult with certain strains. As soon as I top her just above the 6th node, I will begin LST and start bending the mains down and tying them off to the side of the airpot via rubber coated wire. I will gradually increase her feed and just continue with LST and occasional defoliation the rest of the way. I am also super happy with this new MedicGrow light and how tight she is keeping the nodes on ALL the plants in the tent currently including my tomatoe plants that have just exploded since going under this light last week. I will post a few pics of them as well. They will go outside in about a week and will get fed the runoff from the Cannabis plants which will be mixed with my basement dehumidifier water to lower the EC, then I PH it to between 6 and 7 and the tomatoes absolutely EXPLODE....I hope everyone is have a great week, be safe and Blaze On!
