Harvest time, the flowers seem ready. The seeds were given as gifts and this was my first scrog. Given the high summer temperatures I thought I wouldn't even finish, I'm satisfied in the end. a couple of weeks to dry everything and then the fun begins.

Seedsman Sour Diesel Haze is in its pre-flowering stretch, she grew a lot over the past week and I don't think she's done stretching yet. Excited to see how big she gets! 👍

In the begining, I had ph issues, but got it figured out and the plant grew like a champ. Over 6 foot just out of a 7 gallon pot. She grew very vine like and very much so is a sativa phenotype. When the buds started forming, they grew very long and lanky like and the buds drooped to the ground. I had to harvest earlier than I had wanted to but I should have done it before the rain hit buy even besides the little bits of mold, I found quite a few bud worms/caterpillars while trimming. I had to throw away quite a bit due to questionable mold and bud damage. Conclusion for my first outdoor grow, all in all was good I suppose. But next year, bigger pots or put in the ground. Defend against bugs even if I can't see them. And possibly even a greenhouse, which I had planned to do this year but never got around to it due to personal problem in life.

Day 50 - Fully recovered from defoliation, starting to show signs of flowering.... Day 51 - Added some pics.... i forgot to turn on the 600w light panel after i turned it off for something... this was during the swap over to flower... so they were on mostly 2700k for afew days... Day 54 - Added some pics/vid, in the sunshine.... looking good, starting to flower..... pics of roots coming out everywhere... might have to defoliate some more..... 😎 Day 55 - Added some pics, they look happy in the light :) The girls are drinking alot, i'm still just bottom saucer watering, and just wet the top soil every few days.... It's alot easy way of letting them drink as much as they want without me over feeding them, The 8 ml/1 lt of dutch master gold one, is approx. working out to 800 ppm and about 6 PH mixed (i just add it until it's 800ppm), and i'm making up a 2 lt bottle of that every few days.... i think i'll have to go upto 1000-1200 ppm soon.... Both girls have root balls fully taking up every bit of room in the pots soil, the roots are coming out the top of the dirt, and out the bottom of the pots.... i'll take some pics of the roots and ventilation/exhaust, this week... The ventilation , exhaust, and filter are working properly, now that i have worked out the proper setup, there is no smell, and it has no impact to the home, other than the size of the tent. Something to notice is the home DIY LED setup i built, and the color in the pics, notice the yellowy sunlight color spectrum of the LEDs .... the details of the lights are in previous weeks...... 2025 Plagron / Zamnesia Eternity Grow Runtz Auto Week 11 Flower 7 Runtz Automatic is in her last week; March 17 had her wet trim and was put in the dark for 2 days before getting the chop on March 20. Runtz fade and nutrient usage apparent in the leaves combined with a check of her trichomes were an indication of readiness. The older pistils are turning orange brown and water consumption is slowing down. Many leaves were fully yellow and fell off when I touched them. Her leaves look pretty with lime greens, pinky purples in the bud formation. The buds are dense and covered in trichomes supported nicely with her stems. Through the microscope, the trichomes are mostly milky with some amber as well. She was harvested on day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. She will hang to dry in a darkened room. Temps are 71-72and 50% humidity. This week the gals were fed on March 17 & 19. Pics were taken on the 17th. The plant was easy to grow overall .. it grew fast and a little on the tall side which had me nervous but I was able to raise the lights up just enough to finish, so it all worked out in the end. buds came out hard and frosty no complaints . This was a freebie seed too! didn’t expect it to come out as fire as it did man was i wrong. Straight fire 🔥 Ran into root rot in the beginning of veg but the great white and hydroguard saved my ass.🙏

Day 64 Flower (Day 106) Today is the first day of the 10th week of flower and I put on a powerful headlight and some magnifying glasses and closely inspected the right girl during the dark period, so the colors from the grow lights didn't fool me. Unfortunately, I found another couple of buds with bud rot. Soon I'll have to decide to harvest the plant now and cut my losses even though she isn't done, or I'll take my chances and let her go a while longer. I turned up my extraction fan, installed another circulation fan, and ordered a dehumidifier that will arrive tomorrow. I'm hoping that all those measures will bring down the humidity in the tent (unfortunately, I can't do anything about the temps) and prevent further rot. I will let her go another few days and see if any additional rot pops up. Fingers crossed that it won't. The left girl is just doing her thing, but it doesn't look like she will fatten her buds. I guess all that stress in the tiny tent was too much for her. No matter what the result of this grow will be, it certainly has been a great learning experience. Day 65 Flower (Day 107) Things are looking good for the right girl as I haven't found any more bud rot yet. Turning up the extraction fan certainly helped, not only with the humidity but also the temperature dropped. Not by a huge amount, but I'll take whatever improvement I can get. Today the dehumidifier arrived as well, and I put it in the tent right away. The humidity in the tent has now dropped from the high 60s to a much more suitable mid-40s, and I hope this will be enough together with additional air circulation to prevent any further rot. I looked a bit closer at the trichomes today and found that most have gone cloudy, and I finally found some amber ones (about damn time!). I'm aiming for around 20-25% amber in this harvest as I'm hoping for a relatively "heavy" smoke - one of those frying-pan-to-the-head kinds of smokes suitable for late nights. Day 66 Flower (Day 108) Still no signs of more bud rot. Fingers crossed All I did today was to mix up some more nematodes in water and then feed each girl with 3 liters of it at ph 6.4. I'm not sure it was necessary for my main tent as the fungus gnats seem to have died out by themselves. I put in a new yellow sticky trap yesterday, but it was still empty today, and many dead gnats were lying on the tent floor. I have no real idea why, as I don't use any pesticides, but maybe the gnats really don't like this new low humidity in the tent. In any case, I'm just happy that the little buggers are gone. Day 67 Flower (Day 109) The bud rot is still staying away, and I'm getting hopeful that it will stay gone. All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.4 water. She was a bit thirsty as I had the irrigation turned off for a couple of days due to the nematodes I gave them yesterday. I've now turned on the system in each tent and will just cruise along until harvest. The girls are already way over time, but most trichomes are cloudy, and I've started to see some amber here and there. Although, not much of a fade so far. Day 68 Flower (Day 110) All I did today was snap a couple of pics. It's all just a waiting game at this point, and I hope it won't take that much longer. I'm ready to cut the girls down and have some time off before the next season is here. I plan to grow a couple of photo CBD girls in my main tent and maybe an auto in my smaller tent. We'll see. But yeah, first, the current grow must come to an end. It looks like the left girl is starting to get her fade on, so there's that at least. I didn't bother looking at the trichomes today, but I'll have another look in a day or two. Day 69 Flower (Day 111) I didn't do a single thing with the girls today except snapping a couple of pics. What I did, though, was to make a smoke test of the right girl. Let me explain: Earlier this week, I had to cut off four buds due to bud rot. Out of those four buds, I saved two small tops after trimming off all rot (as well as plenty more just to be safe). I left those tops on the tent floor, where they dried in only a few days, and yesterday I decided to try a smoke. Naturally, I can't say anything about taste as this weed is dried the worst way possible: fast, hot, and in the light. On top of that, it's not cured either. That being said, holy smokes, batman! This stuff kicks like a mule, which is why I didn't post this last night already. I was too stoned to care. Precisely the effect I was hoping for from this harvest: properly stoned and incredibly lazy. Boom! Day 70 Flower (Day 112) Today was the last day of week 10 of flower. Not much exciting is happening this late in flower, so it is primarily a waiting game at this point. I did remove the irrigation system from the left girl and will hand water her instead. That cheap system I had was too erratic, and I'm better off without it. Plus, I hope that she will be done soon-ish. She will never win a beauty contest due to her scraggly foxtail flowers, but I'm still happy to get something from her considering all the stress she went through. The right girl has been doing fine all week, and no other bud rot has been seen since I fixed her environment. I rechecked the trichomes today, and still hardly any amber in either girl. I'll let them go for another week, but then it is time for the chopping block. This grow already went a lot longer than planned initially, and it is time to bring it to a close soon.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. Beautiful growth overall, the tallest plant stands at around 54.5 inches with a potent Kush Aroma. Another week but no dramatic changes aside from a slight red color developing on the leaves.

The stretch came in with a bang. Gonna have to stay up on my training. Ladies look lovely no complaints as of yet. Smell pickn up quickly. I think the new amendments and bigger pots are payin off. Cant wait.
