I used Cotton pads that I stole from my wife 😂 😎 They work better. I sprayed them with bottled water and placed them in a zip lock food bag. I also sprayed the bag a little and zipped up 75% of the bag. Left it in a warm dark place. (Kitchen Cupboard). After 2 days both germinated and I placed them Coco Coir Plant Starter Pellets. After 2 days under my grow light they sprouted. Temp was 23c

Heatwave is here:( Equipment is struggling. Hard to watch over grow room constantly. Surge protector tripping out as the equipment never cools down or has a break. A/C and dehumidifier running 24 hrs. Plus I had to hook up another a/c unit for the family. Got to keep them cool at night too. I’d feel bad if my ladies were cooler then my girls 😜 Got new lights but they were to intense even at the recommended distance. Just had to much light and to much overlapping made it to intense. I took out the 2 smaller 600’s and now just have the 2-2000’s in there but with the heatwave I had to dim them to 50% and now 25% incase I don’t get home in time from work and not able to open tent all the way as equipment is not doing the job in this heat:( also if the circuit trips out again then I don’t want the temps to sky rocket. Last few times it trip temps and humidity increased to 86F and 65% RH, mind you I corrected it within the hour of it happening each time, so not to bad and that’s at the top of the canopy and lower into it didn’t quite get that high as on the floor it only raised to 82F. And for my troubles I see what I believe is the start of burnt leaves:( I should have known better as the top growth seemed to be a bit lighter and stretchy:( I’ll have these lights better dialled in for next time! Grow on!

These ladies continue to develop very nicely and lucky stopped stretching pretty much in the beginning of this week and the buds are forming super nicely. Since I also don’t observe a stretch in flower anymore, I decided to feed pk13/14 for the next week. It continues to surprise me how hungry these autos are, much hungrier than my glookies fro example. Unfortunately I realized that the plant on the very right of the box produces much smaller buds than the other two. I am pinning that on the fan right above her, so have pointed it slightly higher, but I guess the damage is done:(.

Well today is day 77 and after looking at trichomes there are still plenty cloudy but alot Amber so I've started a flush on friday plan on a 1 week flush so that would take it to day 81, if it still needs longer I'll do a 2 week flush but like I say after looking at trichomes there's alot Amber so she's obviously ready,.. there's purples coming in the buds now all leaves faded and dying off, hopefully these colours pop abit over the next few days. I tend to forget about her as im mesmerized by others, she’s the one with the best perfume currently in the room. It’s very possible she starts busting late flower, trellis is up show me what you got girl. Coated top down she is some sticky icky oooooh weee! Yep hydro still in Veg Ive topped for a second round shit will be bonkers and going in the flower tent after this round. Maybe she had like a week more to go but I am going on vacation in a few days so she had to go. Trimmed everything off that did not have any trichomes on it. Looks great, smells great.

July 11: ouch. A hail storm went through in the afternoon and shredded things pretty hard. Big old fan leaves were ripped apart while smaller leaves are fine. She will recover but it’s a bummer of a setback. July 16: removed some damaged fan leaves yesterday and adjusted scrog net today. The hail did damage but she is recovering.

Somehow I miscalculated the days and started week 6 prematurely. I will just continue here thru to week 7 Day 32 From Seed NYD#2 Started LST. Pot was light, watered at 6.3 including Fish Sh!t. NYD#3 The pony tail backfired. The main is mangled. Despite small nodes, I started LST and watered at 6.3 including Fish Sh!t. Day 33 From Seed Did some research and found out the ponytail should only be used during the light cycle and removed for the dark period. I left it on, which caused the ugly. Lesson learned! Day34 Adjusted and added LST. Watered #2 at 6.5. #3 was still heavy, no water needed. Day 37 Watered, adjusted LST Day 39 From Seed Watered, adjusted LST. Found a bug that isn't a fungus gnats (NYD#3). Inspected both plants for more. Did a neem oil top drench and added Vicks Vapor Rub to the pot rims (bug deterrent). So raised light roughly 4 inches. Day 41 Light watering, adjusted LST ties, top drenched with Neem Oil. Added a few ounces of peroxide to the humidifier. They'll both need a top dress soon.
