Finally the cold front has arrived and temps dropped considerably into comfortable levels 22-26 which are perfect for flowering. You can have high temps if you have enough fans blowing at the plant buzt the increčased perspiration can kill your plants through a nutrient burn as they have to take up more water from the res.

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! 🌱 Grow Diary: Week 1 Wrap-Up (Day 0–7) Week 1 of Flower Complete Key Milestones Achieved: · Successful Flip (30 May): I switched to 12/12 with a healthy 90 cm root mass. · Stretch Phase Initiated: My plants showed significant daily water consumption (3–5l day). Canopy height increased visibly. · pH/PPM Stabilization: I managed nutrient stratification by lifting the pot tops to mix. Settled sediment was successfully reintegrated. · Concentrate Calibration: My homemade 5-7g/1.75L of A&B batch was measured at 3,455PPM and tested for real-world effect (+42 PPM per 100 mL in ~10 L). This is now a reliable tool. Tangie'Matic growing nicely, as expected. Really excited about growing this stain again at the end of my growing cycle. Tangie'Matic was one of the first strains I grew last fall and I really liked the results. But I'm hoping for even better results now with a few grows under my belt. I feel like I've learned a lot over the past few months. Hopefully it pays off here.👍

Day 84 from seed Each auto is in different flowering weeks So post is sorta confusing as my first diary Sorry! Everything seems to be doing good. Just been feeding water since last update. I will have new lights soon 4800 evo from mars hydro 2024 version planning to harvest the GDP before switching the lights out. Day 87 swapped the light to the mars hydro 4800 evo 2024 model running 40-50 percent 12-20 inch from cannopies adjusting them slowly to new light and much higher pffd than before

Took some microscopic pictures through the mini microscope and a video. Pretty cool. The microscopic world is so fascinating. Put a plastic ring around the pot today and retied. I literally look at my plants for hours. Love them.

Bueno, pues ya está, secada, manicurada y enfrascada. Huele muy muy muy bien, pero que muuuy bien!! Pues 7 dias de secado han sido al final, hubiera sido mejor algo mas imagino, pero bueno, estaba ya con poco stock asique no está mal reponer ya xD. Luego, se ve en las fotos, he dividido el recorte, uno en no fumable ya que son hojas mas grandes, y otro recorte o trim, de hojas mas pequeñas y con mas resina. Ambos los juntaré con sus respectivos recortes de las demás plantas para con el Pollinator hacer hash, peeeeeero con la cosa de que, el recorte de hojas mas grandes (también tienen resina) y mas secas no lo fumaré, peeeero el otro si que lo guardaré a modo reserva, para si me quedo sin fumar de aquí a la proxima cosecha (que en casa fumamos 2 😅🤦🏾‍♂️) pues poder tirar de ese trim de emergencia. Luego, el tema fotos, hoy el internet de mi proveedor ha dicho de caerse, un sábado 😅, y mi internet va del revés, asique subiré las que pueda e iré subiendo mas fotos y un par de videos conforme pueda. La he ido fumando haciendo el truco del microondas a lo largo de estos dias ya que me quedaba sin existencias 😂 y ya ahí tenia muy buen gusto y ahora ya seca... Tela! El sabor no lo identifico claro pero se nota el citrico tropical muchísimo! Es como si te tomases un Bifrutas de naranja y le quitases la leche.

The buds are swelling little by little, now we just have to wait, it hasn't given me any problems as a plant, indeed I recommend everyone to grow it as simple as it is .. I'll update you next week that should start to swell a lot.

OG Kush tuvo una pequeña deformación genética que pude controlar y creo que va a surgir de buena forma la planta... (No se abrieron las dos primeras hojas lo cual genero que el brote del ápice naciera abajo de estas, Ya abrí las hojas de forma manual así la luz penetra y llega al brote.

It’s a nice grow so far in terms of expectations reality on the seed breeders. Great stuff again. I had a real germination nightmare this time around though - lots of strains failing at seedling so the numbers and strains became more 😂. So the tents are mixed up again to auto on one side and photoperiod on the other. In this tent as well as Afghan and a red gorilla - there is sweet zensation , banana krumble and red hot cookies and a peyote skittlez. Water in using ro solely through the grow. There has been one issue. I tried a “pro” substrate from biocanna this time and I have those little fleas. Really annoying and my aphids are late so kind of annoying - takes the pleasure off a bit. Any good organic solutions let me know please on comments
