Trucking along into flower now, stretching well. Main stem is just packed with early buds!

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Well what an eventful week, after trying to get her to bounce back, the smoothie has been put out into my outdoor grow house, if she finishes I'll take it as bonus buds, had to weigh up the pros and cons and figured giving the zkittles all that free space and concentrate on her would be best,.. first run on autos so you live and learn,.. zkittles is now on a adjusted week 9 feed, dropped the bio grow by half and just knocked the others down a little but, don't want to go through the same thing again with her,... she looks well though, what do you guys think?.. 🤔 day 56, roll on next week 👌👍🤞

Runtz was choped and wet trimmed on day 120, 74 days after switching to 12/12. Was an quite easy trim job, few leafs and a lot of big and very dense nuggets. Super sticky with a beautiful smell. I'm not happy about that. Because this girl deserves better than a quick look while I'm running around the room. She deserves to be stopped. Observed. Photographed. Stacked. Zoomed in on. And properly exposed for what she really is. So... next week? I'm making time. I'm going to dedicate some proper attention to this girl. Some beautiful macro photography. Some photo stacking. Some serious close-ups. Because I already know there's a lot going on underneath all that foliage. And I want to show her properly. But even without the photographs this week... she's doing amazing. She's alive. She's growing. She's developing. She's sitting there in the jungle and doing her thing. And honestly? And I think that's one of the things I like most about this phenotype. She has a very recognizable personality. Dense. Frosty. Compact enough to be manageable. But with flowers that give her a much bigger presence than the plant itself would suggest. She's one of those girls where the more you look... the more you see. And next week we're going to look properly. ──────────────────────── ❄️ THE FROST IS STILL THERE — I KNOW IT ──────────────────────── I may not have the macro photographs this week... but believe me... I know what's hiding in there. 😂❄️💜 This girl has been getting seriously frosty. And nothing about this week's observations makes me think she's suddenly stopped. Quite the opposite. She's continuing to develop. Continuing to mature. Continuing to build. And I'm really curious to see what those flowers are going to look like under the macro lens next week. Because this is exactly the kind of plant where a normal photograph tells you one story... and a stacked macro photograph tells you another. From across the room: "Beautiful flowering plant." From close range: "Oh..." 😂📸❄️ And then the stack: "Jesus..." 😂💜 That's what I'm looking forward to. ──────────────────────── 🌿 THE ROOM IS ALIVE ──────────────────────── This week has been busy. Very busy. And that's probably the simplest explanation for why she missed her photography session. The room has been alive. Everything is moving. Everything is developing. The girls are changing. Flowers are progressing. The jungle is getting deeper. And when you're managing an entire room of individual plants, sometimes one girl doesn't get the camera time she deserves. But that doesn't mean she's being forgotten. Far from it. She's right there. Growing amazingly. Doing her thing. And I know exactly what's waiting for me next week. A proper visit. A proper inspection. And a proper photographic session. 😂💜📸 ──────────────────────── 💜 SAME ROOM. SAME PHOTONS. SAME GIRL. ──────────────────────── The lighting environment remains the same upgraded setup we've been running through this part of the adventure. The Future of Grow Black Series LEDs continue providing the main overhead lighting. The two additional Black Series 600W fixtures remain part of the room's upgraded lighting ecosystem. After adding the extra fixtures, we reduced their output to approximately 59% from the plug rather than simply running everything at maximum. We're working around: ☀️ ~1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy with intensity naturally changing according to plant height and position. And Purple CousKush Pheno B? She's right there underneath those photons. Same artificial sun. Same room. Same general environment. Same lighting strategy. Different plant. Different expression. And she's clearly using the opportunity. She's growing. She's flowering. She's developing. At this point, I'm not trying to force anything. We're not trying to make the plants rush. We're not trying to create artificial timelines. We're watching them. Observing them. And allowing the room to progress naturally. Purple CousKush Pheno B is still looking like she has plenty to show us. And that's what I'm interested in. Not a calendar. Not an expectation. The plant. Her flowers. Her development. Her story. Week 8 of flower is at a close and these girls are really starting to express themselves. They're slowly putting on their colours and getting ready to really shine. Some of the close up pics looks like a red trichome here and there, will have to break out the scope soon and keep an eye, aiming for the 5-10% range. They're smelling delicious and quite strong. Not as strong as the Pink Lemonade I did last run, but they're close! Nice fruity smell and a heavy dankness hahaha. Carbon filter on the 6" fan , don't even notice the tent smell being in the same room. Dropping humidity to 45%, will have the VPD between 1.1-1.3 for the remainder of the grow. Let's keep these girls healthy and cruise to that finish line!

Buds starting to bulk up some and trichomes starting to form

The grow began with great anticipation for these two legendary strains: 420FastBuds Blue Dream and 420FastBuds Moby Dick. Both strains demonstrated strong initial vigor, living up to their reputations. After planting, the seeds of both Blue Dream and Moby Dick sprouted quickly, with healthy roots emerging after just 32 hours. This rapid germination was a promising sign of the robust growth potential these strains are known for. At the 44-hour mark, the seedlings were introduced to their first light. Both Blue Dream and Moby Dick responded well, showing strong early development. The stems appeared sturdy, and the initial leaves were vibrant and healthy. With such a solid start, the grow journey for Blue Dream and Moby Dick is off to an excellent beginning. The fast germination and quick adaptation to light suggest these plants are well on their way to becoming the potent, resilient specimens they are famed for.

I love growing its a big passion of mine , and the fact that GD exists makes everything so much better, one can interact with others and enjoy and learn from each others. Thank you all growers love and keep them green <3 <3 <3

Got rid of the root rot. Got some nice looking healthy roots. Got a little too excited with chopping the big fan leaves off. Had to chop the ones on the topt plant it was having some weird spots on the whole leave.

Semana con sentimientos encontrados!😂😢 Contento por que voy a poder probar por fin la Ansiada Gorilla Snow ultra CBD y La Katana de Élite Seeds, el que es para mi el mejor banco por su gran trabajo con sus genéticas, por otra parte triste por que hasta que no pase el veranito no volveremos a cultivar por el tema de la calor! Esta semana empiezo a quitar hojas poco a poco, esta es la segunda semana que están con la limpieza de raíz así que para final de semana las cortaré, estoy empezando a ver que algunas tienen un poco de araña roja espero que no se extienda mucho y no me fastidie! Las Gorilla Snow Ultra CBD parece una variedad exquesita, y en unas condiciones climatológicas mas adecuadas debe de ser una pasada en cuanto a su producción de resina, no os quiero contar La Katana...😵 menuda manta de resina tiene encima es una barbaridad!!

end of week 4 I have finished heavy defoliations, now just plucking one or two loose fans here and there. Stretch has totally stopped (finally whew!) and stacking has really begun on the colas. lots of new pistils at bud sights, very few but early signs of some orange pistils, but majority still all white. the smell has gotten outrageous. Nemo smells literally like a blueberry patch! after I defoliate her my hands smell like i was smashing blueberries all day long! V has a more distinct lemon scent, with undertones of mint, basil and spicey peppers. Occasionally the mix smells like a gasey pinesol, but I'm not sure which one the petrol smell is coming from, I'm guessing V, she's a unique boquet for sure! I am not sure if it is heavy 16 full line, or because I have been religious about getting lots of compost tea feeds, but I've NEVER had a run smell so strong, and so distinct this early! I'm stoked to watch these buds fatten up!

Well look at this little girl growing up in a hurry! Doubled in size this week and starting to branch out nicely. Just ending the veg phase, as I'm seeing pistils starting to pop out all over the place. She's a nice healthy colour, albeit a bit smaller than the other strains but she is just starting flower so should see stretch next few weeks. Very hands off otherwise, just watching her do her thing. Lights hitting 520 umol/s
