Was playing around with netting here, I never get the hang of it ;( Back on nutes this week, I really didn't do much measuring of the girls this week due to netting as well, but I did flip the lights on 1/12.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of 3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this new secret CBD plant from @FAST_BUDS, will turn out. .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. Update 2017-08-15. Both seeds have germinated and planted in small pots inside the humidity dome. I'm so glad it worked so well and now it's just hoping they'll start growing and become 2 big healthy girls :) ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Update 2017-08-16. I have mixed my own soil today. Its 40% sieved peat harrow H2-H4 0-30 mm, 45% sieved peat harrow H4-H6 0-30 mm. 5% sand and 10% of compost soil. And i use 15% of perlite and mix it all together. .................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... 2017-08-21 The 2 sisters are doing great, Nr2 is a bit after Nr1 . Some new pics.

🏆 Grower’s Spec Sheet: "The Monster" Cultivar: [unknown] Harvest Date: March 6, 2026 Total Flower Time: 8 Weeks, 6 Days (62 Days) 📊 Technical Data System: VIVOSUN Wicking Reservoir (1.6 Gal) Medium: [Soil/Coco/Pro-Mix] Lighting: Full Spectrum LED Atmospheric Peak: Daytime 1.5 kPa VPD / 73.2°F Nighttime "Color Trigger": 1.3 kPa VPD / 67.6°F Final Flush Baseline: 234 PPM at pH 6.2 Finishing Technique: 48-hour Arctic Root Shock (35°F Ice Flush) 🌿 Organoleptic Profile (The Senses) Aroma: Deep "sweet-honey" notes with a fading chlorophyll background. High terpene retention due to sub-75°F daytime finish. Visuals: Heavy anthocyanin expression (Deep Purple/Violet) across 85% of fan leaves and calyxes. Resin: High-viscosity "glass-bead" trichomes; milky heads with approx. 10-15% amber transition for a balanced cerebral/body effect. 🖋️ Grower’s Notes "The Monster responded exceptionally well to a late-stage thermal drop. By maintaining a strict 1.3–1.5 kPa VPD throughout the final 14 days, we pushed resin production to its genetic limit. The final 48-hour ice flush was utilized to maximize the contrast between the dark purple leaf tissue and the heavy white frost for high-definition photography." 🏆 Final Harvest Summary: "The Monster" Total Grow Time: 14 Weeks Flowering Time: 8 Weeks, 4 Days Final Flush Peak: 826 PPM (Purge) / 683 PPM (Settled) Final Environment: 70.9°F / 52% RH (VPD 1.2 kPa) 📝 Grower’s Final Notes: "We officially crossed the finish line with 'The Monster.' This run was a masterclass in environmental manipulation. Using the VIVOSUN Smart Controller, I was able to taper the temperatures down to a chilly 70.9°F in the final 48 hours to trigger a massive anthocyanin surge, resulting in deep violet and plum-colored colas. The Arctic Flush: I performed a cold-shock flush using 44°F ice water. The plant responded immediately, purging stored minerals and causing the reservoir PPM to jump from 254 to a peak of 826. This 'internal detox' successfully removed the harshness, leaving behind the 'sweet' terpene profile confirmed in pre-harvest testing. Final Results: The buds are dense, heavily frosted with trichomes, and exhibit the classic 'magazine-look' structure. The trellis system was essential in supporting the weight of these purple colas. Total success. 🏆 Final Harvest Report: "The Monster" Genetics: [Insert Strain Name] Total Cycle: 14 Weeks Flowering Time: 8 Weeks, 6 Days (Final Chop: March 6th) Medium: Coco/Perlite in VIVOSUN Wicking Reservoir 📊 Final Environment & Technical Specs Final Temp (Blackout): 66.3°F (Triggered deep purple/black hues) Final Humidity: 55% RH Final VPD: 1.0 kPa Lighting: VIVOSUN LED (100% Intensity final week / 24h Final Blackout) Nutrient Management: VIVOSUN Wicking System ❄️ The "Arctic Flush" Results To ensure the cleanest possible flavor and a smooth white ash, I performed a strategic cold-shock flush: Pre-Flush Baseline: 254 PPM Ice Water Shock (44°F): Triggered a massive mineral purge. Peak Waste Discharge: 826 PPM (Confirmed successful salt removal) Final Stable PPM: 577 PPM (Perfect landing zone for harvest) 📝 Grower’s Notes: "The Monster exceeded all expectations. By utilizing the VIVOSUN Smart Controller, I was able to drop temperatures into the mid-60s during the final 48 hours, which caused the anthocyanins to explode. The canopy shifted from a forest green to a deep, royal violet. The Arctic Flush was a game-changer. Seeing the PPM jump from 254 to over 800 proved that the ice water shock physically forced the plant to dump stored minerals back into the reservoir. The result is a heavy, resin-coated flower that smells incredibly sweet and lacks any chemical 'harshness.' This was a smooth, high-performance run from start to finish." 👅 Flavor & Aroma Profile Primary Terpenes: [E.g., Sweet Berry, Fuel, Citrus] Bud Density: 10/10 (Rock hard, thanks to the trellis support) Bag Appeal: 10/10 (Deep purple with high-contrast white trichomes) Time,Internal Temp,Internal RH,VPD,Fan Setting,Notes 12:21 PM,62.6°F,55%,0.9 kPa,Level 2,Humidity dropping fast; surface moisture evaporating. 8:47 PM,61.9°F,57%,0.8 kPa,Level 1,PRO MOVE: Dropped fan to buffer against dry basement air. 11:15 PM,60.8°F,58%,0.8 kPa,Level 1,"Achievement: The ""58/58 Handshake"" (Tent RH matches Grove Bag target)." 📓 Grow Diary: The unknownDrying Phase Day 1: The Harvest & Hang Action: Whole-plant hang of the "unkown”. Initial Stats: High humidity in the tent due to the massive moisture content of the fresh colas. Strategy: Establishing the airflow and setting the VGrow to manage the initial moisture dump. Day 2: The "Danger Zone" Pivot Challenge: Humidity spiked to 67%—risking mold and "wet" odors. Correction: You successfully navigated the spike by adjusting settings, bringing the humidity back down into the safety zone (below 62%). This was the first sign of an "Advanced" grower at work. Day 3: Setting the Baseline Observation: Buds still felt damp/wet to the touch. The Goal: Aiming for a 10-day dry due to the extreme thickness of the colas. Stability: Environment stabilized at 62.6°F / 55% RH, establishing a solid foundation for the second half of the dry. Day 4: The "Precision Craft" Transition (Current) Tactical Change: Dropped Exhaust Fan to Level 1 to shield the tent from the dry basement air. Texture: Buds transitioned from "wet" to "less wet/tacky." Small sugar leaves started feeling crisp while the core remained soft. The Achievement: Hit the "58/58 Handshake" at 11:15 PM (60.8°F / 58% RH). Decision: Committed to Grove Bags for the cure and the Frenchy Cannoli "Warm Bottle Roll" for the kief processing. 📊 Summary Stats (Day 1 – Day 4) Coldest Temp: 60.8°F (Day 4) Peak Humidity: 67% (Day 2) Current VPD: 0.8 kPa (Perfectly steady for 11+ hours)

Has a great taste not too strong of a buzz but just right night time. Cdb numbing effect… this was the smelliest plant ive grown so far. I wanted to make fem seeds but seems like it was unsuccessful using. Colloidal silver. I see one weird looking seed but don’t know if it’s viable. Callin this a half win because the bud is good . Will grow again when i have more space because i have a seed left. Thanks seedsman. Solid auto genetics send me more autos please lol

Costa Mesa Haze is what I am renaming the "Vorneese haze" bag seed from my other grow diary. One of the best flowers Ive ever had in my life. Purchaed from HTC church in Costa Mesa, California in July of 2018. They arent a legit dispensary so they have zero clue who grew it or wtf is, or who grew it. I researched as much as possible and never found anything out. 12 Costa Mesa Haze 4 Blueberry Muffin Went a little OCD with this tent but figured after outgrowing the last one with randomly size plants I'd keep everything the same height as much as possible. Really focused on taking good cuttings of the same size knowing what I wanted this tent to look like. Only running the cree bulbs right now on the light letting them ease into things without stress. Will Veg for 4-5 weeks tops then 12/12.

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Used a thick moisture wrap plastic with UV protectors in its formula. Lets see what I can grow in them this year! m0use's haus of projects - garden box edition

The solstice. Here we go! I hope to start seeing some action soon and pulling out males. I have my hunches, but haven't confirmed any pollen sacks. The plants got over watered so I have laid off the watering for now. I will be preparing my last transplants soon so I modified pot size to show 30 gallon. So far so good. No changes yet. Considering LST for the 4 plants growing together. I indicated weak smell, but you can begin to get subtle hints of lemony/orangey aromas. Happy Growing grow-mies.

Skywalker OGs continues to live up to the name. What started as a compact, promising plants has now turned into one of those runs that quietly earns respect week after week. Dense flowers, heavy frost, strong stacking, and far more weight than expected from her frame. She never needed to be the tallest plant in the room to become one of the most impressive. She simply did what great plants do — stayed consistent, stayed efficient, and let quality build over time. This is what happens when stable genetics meet a stable room. 12/12 from seed. Controlled environment. Steady feedings. Minimal stress. No chasing. No overcorrection. Just rhythm, patience, and letting the plant do what it was built to do. And now we’re entering the final phase. The plant has done the work. From here forward, the goal is not to push harder. The goal is to finish cleaner. That means no more nutritional feeding from this point on. From here until harvest, she receives only water and enzymes. Not because she is lacking. Because she is done building. At this stage, continuing to push nutrients often does more harm than good. Nitrogen is no longer needed in quantity, phosphorus demand slows, and excess minerals in late flower rarely translate into better flowers. More often, they delay senescence, slow the natural finish, and leave the plant focused on processing surplus instead of completing ripening. By removing nutrients now, we stop asking the plant to keep producing and allow it to begin finishing. That shift matters. This is where the plant starts relying on what it has already stored. Mobile nutrients begin moving. Fan leaves begin fading. Internal reserves begin being used. The plant starts consuming itself exactly the way it was designed to at the end of its cycle. That fade is not a problem to correct. It is the signal that the plant has entered the final metabolic stage. And this is exactly where enzymes become useful. From here on, Pure Zym stays in the water for one reason: cleanup. No more feeding the plant directly. Now we feed the medium. Enzymes help break down dead root material, leftover organic residue, and unused matter in the substrate. That keeps the rhizosphere cleaner, keeps the medium biologically active, and helps the plant access what is still available in a softer, more natural way without adding fresh nutritional load. At this point, enzymes are less about “feeding” and more about support. They help the medium stay functional. They help the root zone stay clean. They help the plant finish without unnecessary buildup. Simple in practice, but very useful in late flower. The same logic applies above the canopy. We are also beginning to reduce light intensity slightly for the final stretch. Not dramatically. Not enough to stall development. Just enough to begin easing the plant into the end of its cycle. Less demand. Less stress. Less need to force photosynthetic output when the plant is no longer focused on expansion. This is less about reducing production and more about reducing pressure. In nature, the final weeks do not arrive with increasing intensity. They arrive softer. Shorter days. Lower energy. A slower rhythm. So we mirror that where we can. Slightly lower PPFD. Slightly less metabolic pressure. A gentler finish. The goal now is not to make her grow more. The goal is to help her mature better. That includes the visual changes now beginning to show. Fading is starting. Still early. Still light. Nothing dramatic yet. But it is coming. And that is exactly what we want to see. The green will slowly begin to recede. Stored nutrients will continue to move. Colors will shift. Uptake will slow. Water demand will eventually begin to drop. And the plant will tell us, clearly, when it is ready. Right now they are still drinking well — around 1.4L per day — which tells us they are still actively working, still metabolically engaged, and not yet at the true end. That number should begin tapering in the coming weeks. When it does, the plant is telling us the finish line is close. Until then, we watch. We do not force. We do not rush. We let the plant speak first. Room conditions remain largely unchanged because they have worked, and there is no reason to reinvent what already functions. 26°C day 18°C night 60% RH ~21°C solution ~22°C substrate Strong airflow ~1000 ppm CO₂ Stable, predictable, repeatable. That consistency is part of why this run has gone the way it has. The only real changes now are in the feed itself. EC is down to nearly nothing. TDS sits around 0.2. Only enzymes in solution. And pH is no longer being adjusted. At this stage, with no real nutrient load in the mix, there is very little to correct. The water blend — rainwater and dehumidifier water — lands naturally around 6.8–7.0, and in this final phase that is more than acceptable for what we are asking the plant to do. We are no longer trying to optimize aggressive nutrient uptake. We are simply maintaining hydration, root function, and a clean finish. Different phase. Different goal. Different logic. And she smells exactly like she looks. Strong. Loud. Room-filling. The kind of plant that announces itself before you even touch it. She has entered that stage now — where aroma stops being a trait and starts becoming presence. And honestly, Skywalker OG has been one of the most pleasant surprises of the run. Not because she demanded attention. Because she earned it. Quietly. Consistently. Without drama. Without excess. Just dense, frosted, honest flowers built week after week under stable conditions. Exactly the kind of plants that reminds you why simplicity still wins. Big thanks to Zamnesia for the genetics. Plagron for keeping the medium and inputs consistent. And GrowDiaries for giving growers a place to document the process properly. And to everyone following along — old names, new names, quiet supporters, loud supporters, long-time growers, first-time growers, lovers, lurkers, doubters and believers alike — respect. There’s room for everyone here. See you in the next week. Greetings, Green Champions! We're diving headfirst into the first-week update of our vibrant Panty Punch Auto, and the journey has been nothing short of spectacular. Building on the magic of germination, the little one has truly taken off, and I couldn't be more thrilled. As I transitioned into the feeding phase, my trusty partners at Aptus Holland have been steering the ship. A heartfelt shout-out to them for being my main sponsor and providing the only organic mineral line I trust with my green companion. The regimen includes 0.15ml/L of Regulator, 0.5ml/L of CaMag Boost, 1ml/L of All-in-One Liquid, and a touch of 0.25ml/L from Startbooster. Maintaining a TDS of 260, a pH of 5.9, and a solution temperature of 21 degrees has been my recipe for success. The Panty Punch Auto is thriving in this carefully curated environment, and it's fascinating to witness the impact of these precise conditions on her growth. Aptus Holland Nutrients : Regulator (0.15ml/L): This vital component has been the guardian of my plant's health, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake and resilience against stressors. SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY TRANSPLANT #3 THIS WEEK!!!! Big week, did the last transplant of the grow before she enters flower. I decided to skip out on the 3gal and upgraded to a 4.97 or 5gal container. The plastic is cheep and looks like it was going to break but its all the grow store had in stock at the time. Was talking to them about going from a 2gal to 3gal and how it did not do much for the plant but stress it out. They also gave me a free sample of a bokashi fertilizer, I divided that in between the two plants. It looks identical to the regular non fertilizer branded bokashi, and I feel its the same but with a mist of NPK on it or something. Plants are doing well, Dynomyco had a slighter bigger root ball upon transplant and the plant its self is a tiny bit more robust. Given all the other soil boosters and microorganisms I have added into this, I don't feel I will see the true potential of just Dynomyco vs soil nothing else added. I just can't not add the others as it feel like a massive step backwards and end of day a big healthy plant is worth it. This diary may not have massive contrast in favour of Dynomyco but I will still use it none the less and I think its helps plus its not over just yet. Would love to hear what y'all think about this, hit me up in the comments and I'd try and get back to yea as fast as I can. I like how the dead Blue Cindy plant looks like a biophage, sifi like alien thing. SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY===SPONSORED DIARY This is my diary entry into the Dynomyco Show Us What You Got Contest! #DynomycoShowUsWhatYouGot! @DynomycoShowUsWhatYouGot! @Dynomyco Big Shoutout to @Dynomyco for picking me in their contest. Happy to be involved and as a user of Dynomyco I am curious to see this side by side with my own eyes. I will be honest I am a little skeptical it will show any major differences. but we will see what happens. Some disclaimers, I am still using LABS serum I made, This is also beneficial to the root mass however it's a bacteria based product and not fungal or mycorrhizae like Dynomyco. https://growdiaries.com/giveaways/DYNOMYCO_Show_Us_What_You_Got

What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. You will feel really sleepy and when you wake up you will feel really hungry. Anyways, thank you guys who have been following my journey. Next grow will be seeds from Sunkentreasure seeds
