This is the last week before water flush and the harvest. Plants continue in their course. The week plant surprisingly will give some crop but the healthy one is very pretty. From today I started with the water to flush.

After the disaster with germinating the expert seeds Gorrillas, I was a bit disheartened, was so looking forward to them. But we just follow up strong by planting a Dutch Passion Skywalker Haze instead. Will be starting that diary this week, lets hope she germinates. And it looks like we might be lucky, one tiny seedling came up from the 5 expert seeds, looks like a bit of a runt now and doesnt grow as fast as the Dutch Passion Orange Hill Special. I wil put another Orange Hill in the tent if this doesnt work out. Last week was a hot week and rising temperatures inside and out of the tent, I decided to to remove the driver from the SP-3000 and put it outside of the tent. This light looks even sleeker and sexier this way. Also a dream to deinstall, 5 minutes. But my victory last week was my invention of my custom top down oscillating fan. Which comprises of a standing oscillating towerfan, hung horizontal by just making a little hole in the foot and hanging it sideways. It works like a charm. The tower has optional oscillation so I can choose to just cool the light or sway through the entire tent. Very happy with that and still very happy with the light by @MarsHydroLED, thanks so much. Dont forget their End of Summer Sale: https://www.aliexpress.com/store/911997108/ huge discounts at the moment if you are in the market for a tent or a light!

Excellent genetics. Highly recommend ETHOS Terps are the best Iโ€™ve grown.. I like the boutique stuff tho. Itโ€™s like grapes but sweet and sour to it. Hard to describe. Killer bag appeal. Rock hard nugs on 3 of the 4 phenos.. pheno 3 had some fluff to it. Had some lock out issues with dry back of the coco being so quick. Overall they turned out pretty damn good considering they were abused a bit.

Day 35-42 (June 4th - June 11th) (Day 36) After it stops raining Iโ€™m going to amend some 2 gallon pots and get some of these clones planted. Tuna recovered nicely from topping. The wind keeps impaling the slurricane leaves on the mini garden stakes. If everything goes to plan, I will be transplanting all the slurricanes and tunas into 5 gallon fabric pots on the 21st. If they recover nicely I will flip them on the 30th. (Day 37) Itโ€™s looking like I fucked these autos up pretty bad with the hot soil mix and low night temps. It was a dumb idea to sow directly into amended soil. I guess Iโ€™ll just leave them and see if they can push through the nutes. The 4 meatbreaths Iโ€™m going to transplant into 3 gallon smart pots in a few days. They wonโ€™t be transplanted into their final containers until the 10th of next month. (Day 39) God I wish this rain would fuck off soon. I want to get some of these clones transplanted but canโ€™t in the rain. Forecast says sun for the next few days then more goddamn rain. None of these plants are liking these low night temps. Itโ€™s currently 6 degrees (42f) which is guaranteed stunting. Zone 3 problems..... I honestly should have waited a little bit before planting the autos too. (Day 41) Weather finally let up. Got all of these clones and meatbreathโ€™s in their new homes and looking happy. (Day 42) The gelato 33 autos are definitely doing better than all the rest for some reason. Grapefruit, Dr seedsman and exodus cheese havenโ€™t even pushed their second set of leaves yet. Their containers are definitely too hot for seedlings but I will just leave them and hope they recover. Maybe the gelatos are just heavier feeders. Next year Iโ€™m going to establish the autos in coco before I put them outside. Or just start them outside in coco and transplant.

FBA2508-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. Happy Growing

********Week 1 Flower - Sept 19 to 25, 2020******* We switched to flower this week and put in the first SCROG layer.....been busy๐Ÿ˜ƒ These girls have some very thick main branches and are pushing out some huge fan leaves๐Ÿ’ช They were easily stretched out horizontally to fill in the net and the topping helped to keep the canopy at an even height. The girls are in the same tent as another strain that is known to grow big and will benefit from a SCROG. I donโ€™t feel these girls necessarily need one though. To combat this I decided to set the Cream 47 on boxes before putting in the netting. I set them on boxes which put them 10โ€ taller than Gorilla Girls......may still not have been enough but that is what we are running with๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ˜ƒ Pest maintenance this week as we are getting the last days I am able to comfortably spray the girls. Lost Coast Plant Therapy to keep the gnats, aphids and thrips in check๐Ÿ˜ƒ Had a small mishap this week and a damn fan fell on one side of C471 while opening the tent. The net helped to not make this more disastrous but it still set her back a day or two. She has bounded back now and that side of her is coming back and getting taller. At the end of the week I finally gave in and started to pull some of the upper fan leaves๐Ÿ˜—๐Ÿ˜— There is so much leaf in this little 3โ€™ x 3โ€™ tent that it is impacting airflow.......would love a 4โ€˜ x 4โ€™๐Ÿ˜ƒ They have reacted very well to the removing of the leaves and those branches are standing up taller and look more healthy the next day!! Keeping the waterings up and getting a fair bit of runoff from the feedings but that is best for Coco to avoid lockouts and pH issues. There were only three feeding days this week. We switched to bloom nutes for base and added silica for supplementals. Vitamin B and Kelp coming from B52 and sweetener for the microbes from bud candy. As well as Sensyzime to let the enzymes clean up the root zone because they have been in the pots for a few weeks now. Little more detail: Sept 19/20 - Day 1 - Plant Therapy @ 5ml in 1L water. Ph to 5.4. - Folier spray applied to whole tent half hour before lights on, used 3/4 of mixture - Feeding mixture was Sensyzime @ 1ml only - 25ppm and 5.2pH......missed it a bit. - each girl given 3L - SCROG put in Sept 20/20 - Day 2 - Sprayed the last of the IPM mixture on the tent tonight. - Noticed several small shinny spots on leaves later today.....suspect from Folier spray on leaves. Sept 21/20 - Day 3 - Nice full strength week 1 mixture applied today - Rhino Skin, Cal Mag @ 2ml, Sensi Bloom A&B , B52, Bud Ignitor, Bud Candy @ 1ml. - 625 ppm and 5.7pH - 3L given to each girl.......not enough runoff.....bump feedings up to 4L going forward. - silica added today. - freaking fan dropped on C471 today in the one corner๐Ÿคฌ Could have been worse๐Ÿ‘Œ Sept 23/20 - Day 5 - CalMag @ 2ml, Rhino, Sensi Bloom A&B, B52, Bud Candy, Bud Ignitor @ 1ml. - 850ppm and 5.9pH - 4L given to each girl. - better run off amount That wraps up the first week of flower........Cream 47 was more of a transition week while Gorilla Girl was well in flower. The net is in and the lights flipped. The girls were ready for flower and now we just need to keep giving them what they want for the next 6 weeks and then coast from there๐Ÿ‘ Hopeful they will find another 12โ€ of growth in them but not sure they will stretch that much in the net....time will tell. Sweet Seeds girls making me smile again with anticipation of some fat colas from these girls๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Tok off large fan leaves on day 24. Seeing preflower starting. Decided to try out a natural shape instead of doing LST. I hope this doesn't backfire... The blackberry gum on the right is getting big. I like how autopotamus has natural shape... But he also has much more light haha

D71. Week five of flower and the girls are simply doing their thing. I scouted the plants today and found thrips on the second girl. I was hoping the lacewings would have gotten them all by now, but no such luck. I'll give them a week before ordering another batch. For some reason, the thrips avoid the first girl. Visually, there's also a clear difference between the two girls, with the first girl being darker and having more buds. ------------------------------ D73. I brewed a short (6 hours) compost tea today consisting of worm castings, kelp meal, neem meal, humic and fulvic acid, rock dust, biochar, and molasses. After the brew, I added homemade Bokashi juice, which lowered the pH of the tea to 6.6. Each girl got 2.5 liters of tea (5% of pot volume.) I also did another light round of defoliation, down low on the plants. ------------------------------ D75. Each girl got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.5, with 5 ml of FFJ. The plants stretched SO MUCH after flipping them into flower that it's challenging for the light to penetrate the canopy, and it's pretty dark further down. I bought some LED grow light strips and installed them in the tent to provide additional side lighting. It's only 36 W of extra lighting, but I hope it will help to develop the numerous buds down low. I put the lights on the left side of the tent, around the first girl, since she has a lot more buds, but now that it looks like the concept works, I might get another set of lights for the right side of the tent. ------------------------------ D77. We've reached the end of the fifth week of flower, and all is well in the tent. Ahem, almost all since I still have the thrips to contend with, BUT I just put a bunch of Cucumeris predatory mites in the tent, so the war rages on. A friend suggested adding white cloth below the plants to reflect more light toward the lower buds. Sounds plausible, but I didn't have any fabric, so I went all ghetto by simply putting strips of kitchen paper on top of the scrog net. Not the most fantastic reflector material ever, but it's what I had at hand. Plus, it's easy to work with and costs next to nothing. I doubt it will make a big difference, but even a slight increase is still an increase, and I could see a visible difference in the amount of light hitting the lower canopy. Finally, each plant got 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.3, with FFJ and Bokashi Juice. ------------------------------

15.08 Day 22 Stretch is coming. 17.08 Mixed a new nutrient solution, optimized for flowering. Unfortunately, my tent got a bit flooded last Wednesday (13/08), so Iโ€™m still trying to find a better solution for handling the drain in such a small space. I even considered putting her into the big tent for now, just to be on the safe side.
