Harvested at the first sign of amber, could have gone longer. I will be running a full tent of these in a few weeks so look out for that grow. Considering these ladies were all five in a 40l pot, I am pretty happy with how they turned out. My intention was to LST them away from each other to give them room, but unfortunately a combination of moving house and lack of space meant that plant didn't happen, so they were certainly restricting each other light. I am really very excited to give them a proper focused grow in the upcoming series. I will add more to this when I fill in the smoke report.

So I definitely remember now why I put these stupid jiffy peat moss pellet things away awhile ago. They are the worst!!! There either swamped wet or rock hard dry. Really hard to keep them in between. Lol I had to take them out of my cloning machine do to the fact they where just to wet for this stage. I usually use rock wool cubes but I ran out of them and decided to try these stupid things again. I was able to get her sprouted though and I will be moving her to a 3 gal DWC bucket as soon as I build them. For watering, I’ve just been dunking them halfway in my cloning reservoir and letting them soak up some water for a sec and pull them out. It seems to be keeping them wet but not soaked, and there good for about 24Hrs untill she is dry and needs more. I will upload some more pics later in the week once I get her in a DWC bucket. Sorry for being late with this update! 😱 Plants are maturing well but I noticed Matcha is developing slower compared to Pistachio and I assume that's because the height of the lights are very different from each plant, but both are still going forward. A clear sign of maturity is Pistachio's brighter color leafs and the amount of "brown" pistils on both plants. Trichomes are developing well too. Anyway, I think I will give Pistachio one more week and then see how Matcha develops to cut her. I also started to defoliate my girls, there were tons of dying leaves! See you all in my next update!

Little defoliation

All ladies have grown a lot this week again, with the Blue Dream CBD growing at the rate of about 10 inches a week. That's almost a foot and I will admit to being a bit unprepared for this kind of growth rate, especially given that flowering season will not start until about late July... All said everyone seems healthy and happy. UPDATE - Interesting and unexpected development: the ladies (both Trainwrecks) seem to have flipped into flowering. I have no idea how this happened at this time of year. The seeds were not planted under lights, the plants have been sunlight only since they sprouted. Perhaps this explains the crazy growth all plants have been exhibiting. I'm keeping a close eye out on the two others to see if the same happens. Any thoughts?

I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 9.5.25: Hulkberry has certainly started her stretch! I'm really low on space to train her out, and the light has been turned up to full power. She has begun to drink more, and I gave some more dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with ♡ 1/4 tsp of Greenleaf nutrients Sea K(elp). PPM: 800 PH:6.4 I am very pleased with the recent growth spurt, so let's hope I can accommodate her! 😅 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). By Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 1/4 tsp Ecothrive Biosys. PPM: 564 PH: 6.4 12.5.25: Hulkberry was very dry, surprisingly. Although I guess I've been giving her less. She was fed with a high dose of Ecothrive Trace: 7ml/7l. She was fed with 6 litres over the course of the day. PH:6.4 PPM: 515 I had added this as a foliar spray last week, and it has apparently damaged some leaves. Outdoors........time passes slowly.... Tropical weather here, this week. Hot morning, evening storms , cooler nights, high humidity, wind. What else? No problems to report, fantastic grow, girls full of life. Lots of work to bend and rearrange plant's shape every day, sometimes twice a day. Defoliation. Plant is responding fantastically. Pineapple Kush is a monster, she has almost 20 big branches, every single branch is big as an indoor plant. I've growth 30 strains in my life but I never seen a plant with a such LTS attitude. You bend her, she responds quickly, you bend her again? She responds faster. Little bit late on flowering.

1 Day before Week 3 , Fattening up now and getting ready to grow into hopefully nice juicy buds. Absolutely stinking and responding well to my efforts to train!

So she enter week 7 this Monday she growing spectacular my ppm is on 956 and I did do a mini flush just ph'd water prior to entering week 7 which was Sunday but i do adjust what I put in her at different stages. For every other watering I do put in cal-mag in the plain water and pH adjust it to 6.5 as well and she has been living healthy since she sprouted.

Comenzando semana 7 de estás nenas, aun las mantengo en 1L y hoy le hicimos su primera defoliación masiva, ahora a esperar que se recuperen para hacerle trasplante a maceta de 3,5L. La verdad no eh tenido muchos problema, todo sigue igual siguiendo el mismo orden de nutrientes, bacterias y hongos benéficos una vez por semana, enzimas ahora se las estoy dando día por medio o cada 3 día. Ya logramos sacar los primeros clones de la watermelon, punch y cookie y la thc bomb. la dss aun la tenemos tirando fuerza que no va mal pero no tenia espacio para más clones. Saludos

Day 28 Flowering: Good afternoon growmies. I hope we are all well and sane while this world silliness plays out. Here we are at the fun side of growing again. The stretch is well finished and they are now beginning to stack the colas on their long stems. Six-shooter has remained fairly small and is not a very attractive looking girl at all. lol A bit like the spotty teen about to emerge the butterfly I am hoping !.. She is a really odd looking girl with a scruffy appearance even after a little defol. She looked underwatered in veg a few times too but was not the case. She has a really sticky build up of resin already and smells quite strong of urine.lol I think she will be a late bloomer but not dissapointing. Strawberry Pie is looking huge and lanky now her stretch has done. Her node lengths are a little wider than I had hoped but I get the impression she will still join them up for some very long colas. Her trich build up has started already and is very productive too. Sticky fingers that smell of sweet fruity candy at the moment. She is around a foot tall with lots of room to swell and get air around her frame too. Mexican Airline is the star of the bunch right now, she is huge already. Her bud stacking is really beginning to take form and with the size and amount of them, she will be a great yielder. She has filled her space nicely now and will benefit once I harvest some other the other plants i have running. The potential for the two bigger ladies to gain plenty of size is certainly there and without me doing the l.s.t early on in veg , I think they would be very tall plants . The attempt i made to try to tie the 5th node up while the others caught up was beaten by her determination to keep growing it and even after I totally bent and created a knuckle to again try to hold her down , she powered herself through and carried on with her plans for the flowering cycle.... It did help to create a nice crown of Buds though which should fill our rje whole structure of her. Feeding every 2 days and showing no issues to worry about besides a slight tip burn which is down to the pk warrior strength. A decrease in dilution will sort this quickly. The Fungus gnats are now under total control , by this I don't meant have started training them to do aerial displays like the "Red Arrows" or fly patrols of the grow room but that they are no longer an issue. Still the odd one of two to keep mindful of but the sticky traps are a help too. So there we have it for this update. All going well and the harvest date is not so far away now.. Be well and safe.

11.05.24 So wie es aussieht, hat keine Thripse überlebt, die Behandlung mit BAC Vital hat geholfen, die Luftfeuchtigkeit konnte ich ein wenig höher halten, indem ich mehrmals am Tag Wasser versprühte. heute wurden die Damen in ihre 2 Liter Töpfe gepflanzt, dort können sie jetzt wachsen bis es in die 30 Liter Töpfe geht. es gab einen kräftigen schluck wasser mit Terra Aquatica Root Booster, Terra Aquatica Seaweed und Glückspilze Mykorrhiza Soluble. 12.05.24 Pflanzen haben das Umtopfen bisher super überstanden, sie zeigen keinerlei Stressreaktion, die Blätter stehen super gegen die Sonne. 13.05.24 Die Kleinen zeigen schon wieder ein starkes Wachstum, daher wurden sie heute mit der Pinzette getoppt, ich denke mal, dass sie nun die nächsten drei Tage den Stress abbauen und dann die unteren Triebe anfangen, nach oben zu wachsen. Da wir eine Fläche von 120x120 mit einem geschlossenen Kronendach bekommen wollen, ist es wichtig, dass die Kleinen frühzeitig in die Breite wachsen. 16.05.24 Pflanzen zeigen generell ein gutes Wachstum, trotz nicht passender Umgebung, die Temperatur und die Luftfeuchtigkeit sind zu hoch, an Besserung wird gearbeitet, aber die aktuellen Außentemperaturen machen es nicht leichter. Phänotyp 1 zeigt ein merkwürdiges Kräusel Wachstum, wächst aber trotzdem normal in Höhe und Breite, Phänotyp 2 zeigt sehr komische braune Flecken an den unteren großen Blättern, es scheint fast zu verbrennen und nekrose zu werden, ein Nährstoffmangel schließe ich aus da es allen anderen Pflanzen gut geht. Phänotyp 3 entwickelt sich bis jetzt vollkommen zu meiner Zufriedenheit.

Today is day 54 from planting, and I have a log of optimism that they will finish out strong! The girls continued to stretch until a couple or days ago. Then they seemed to slow down and start focusing on bud growth, which was a welcome site. I'm super happy with the lst on the right plant, the left was a learning experience. There are a handful of stalks that are 10-12 inches above the lower canopy, which is obviously and issue. The main stalks just got so stiff that I couldn't bend them without risking a snap, which I have had happen in both previous grows. They continue to be thirsty, drinking almost a gallon per day each. Unlike previous grows, I have been doing the full amount of nutes, as I've heard Green Crack is a particularly hungry strain. Not much else to report, should be close to the stage where I just try to maintain everything and hopefully watch the buds fatten up.
